Home was very clean and nicely decorated! It had everything you needed. Perfect for our family of 4. Nice area with easy bike ride to beach. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home in Naples!
The decor is so tasteful and very beachy.
The home was incredibly clean as well. We’ve been coming to Southwest Florida for years and I truly think this is the nicest place we’ve rented.
The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, tons of silverware, cooking utensils and even food storage containers (which is a rare find in my experience).
There were TONS of towels for the beach as well as bathing. It made it so nice not having to constantly be washing towels.
The shower in the master bathroom truly felt like a spa! The ceiling was so high and the neutral tile as well as amazing water pressure made showering a dream!
Lori was a wonderful host! And we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This home is clean and lovely. The master bed is extra comfortable. The pool is the perfect size and is heated. The living spaces offer plenty of room. The house is well stocked. The location is hard to beat with Vanderbilt beach and the Ritz just a short walk away. The included bikes make it even easier. The host is gracious and accomodating. We will be back.

Stayed at Lori's vacation home for a week in May. The home was simply amazing and far exceeded our expectations! The pool and spa were just incredible. The house was immaculate and everything seemed like new. Amenities were numerous - loved having the bikes to ride to the beach or the Mercato. My son asked if we can book the house again next year which I hope we can!

The property was well maintained, clean, well organized, beautifully decorated and just as listed!
Everything one would need was onsite, from plastic wrap to storage bags, spices, towels galore!
Area was close to so many stores and shopping and right down the street from the beach!
We were very well pleased with our choice of this home!

Our family of 4 (2 boys ages 12 and 14) visited for Spring Break. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy a week’s stay. Close to beach and local restaurants, bikes were great. Would definitely return!

Overall this was a nice property and the owners were attentive. The only draw back was the hot tub timer setup. We wanted to use the hot tub before 9am and at night and because it was set on an app with a timer we had no access to control and expand the time. We spoke to the pool tech contact and he indicated the owners would need to disable the timer in order for us to use. This was not able to happen. My kids enjoyed the toys and pool gear and bikes were a plus, pool was nice!

Great house and pool as advertised. Lori was great . Great location in North Naples. My family had a great time . Kids loved the pool.

Our holiday could not have been better. Lori's house is a gem -- beautifully situated, comfortably furnished, and amazingly well equipped. We spent very happy times swimming in the lovely pool and relaxing beside it, and we were also in close proximity to wonderful bicycling routes (and it was very convenient to have bikes in the garage ready for use).

This was our second time to this home. Was quite chilly the first couple days but was perfect for evenings in the hot tub followed by popcorn and movies. Lori, the owner, is very responsive and helpful. Plan on coming back in the future:)

The home and pool area are amazing! Everything was exactly as advertised and we had a wonderful time. Lori also provided great recommendations for local restaurants! We highly recommend this rental home!

Great spot. Definitely coming back!
Loved the layout of the home - the flow of the space;
Kitchen well-appointed and very open
Abundant ceiling fans
Comfy beds; lovely bathrooms
The covered back porch was nice for morning coffee; a break from the sun; waiting out a rain shower; very comfortable table/chairs
Pool/back yard - just right. One of the nicest pools we've experienced and a) we have our own pool so we are a bit picky and b) we always get a place with a pool and this was one of the best
Check in and communication were outstanding - I really felt like I was staying at a friends home.
This is a great spot!

Beautiful home on a quiet block. Beach is a short bike ride or walk away. Available bikes with locks & baskets were a treat! We were able to bike to many nearby stores. Home was very (very) well stocked! Pool and hot tub worked well and was nice to have at the end of the day. Hosts were very easy to communicate with. Loved the welcome bag of treats! Overall wonderful stay....would definitely stay here again :-)!

We had a great time staying here last week of December. This is our 8th year coming to Naples with the kids (now 18 and 14). The house, location, free bikes, beach items and the backyard are absolutely awesome! Lori - the owner- was quick and thorough to respond. Her cancelation and refund polices are the best I've seen on VRBO.
This house has way more pros than cons, hence the 5 star rating, HOWEVER keep in mind one drawback: the twin beds in the "kids room" are flimsy and super squeaky. Our 14 year old, who got to sleep in the "kids room", is a great sleeper, but he complained about his bed every single day. If you have younger kids you should be fine, but we will think twice to comeback. Hope this helps someone.

We had a fantastic time and the house was perfect!

Awesome location. Very comfortable and cozy place. Great amenities .. pool, hot tub, bikes, etc, (only need a few more baking dishes/pans).. although there are many great restaurants around so maybe take a break from cooking! Also, Owner was very responsive, cared and was fair navigating a pool ‘hiccup’ that occurred. Owner also was very transparent - I only mention the hiccup as an example that these are the kind of people you want to rent from who will respond quickly and attempt to remedy an issue - I appreciated that. I definitely recommend their rental home. Thank you and best regards.

Get house in a great location, just as described. Owner thought of all the little things that might be needed. Will bring our family along next time, as great house for kids. The pool was amazing, as were all the bikes. Short ride to Vanderbilt beach.

Absolutely loved this place perfectly located for everything Naples has to offer: beaches, shopping, golf, restaurants and sightseeing. This is not your normal vacation rental, you really feel like you are living in someone else’s house being tastefully furnished and fully equipped for everything required for a great vacation: pool, spa, bikes for getting around and the most comfortable bed my wife and I have ever slept in ! Lori answered any questions we had very promptly. I would not hesitate in recommending this property for future holiday makers looking for a vacation rental, it was faultless.

This property was very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the park passes left for us really helped alot. Would definitely recommend.

I think is our 6th year staying at this property with my family. We love it. I always joke b/c my kid think it's "their Florida home" - if only! I love the location and the size of this house. Lori also has every possible amenity you may want while staying away from home. I miss being there already and look forward to a future stay.

Paradise
This house was great and close to everything.Owners thought of all the things you might need and more. The only thing was house temperature not cool enough for us at night for sleeping Loved the pool and tropical landscaping and also having access to Netflix etc on TV. It was a 10 in our book.

Perfect family vacation
Highly recommend this property. The pool was great during the hot days and the hot tub was a great relaxer to end the day. Close to multiple beaches - the included state park pass made for easy trips to multiple beaches at no cost. The home even came with many beach assessories that our family used.
No complaints - felt like it was even more open and large than the pictures portrayed. Will definitely stay again.

Happily Hemphill
This was mine and my beautiful wifes honeymoon. We throughly enjoyed this house and communication with the owner Lori was very easy and speedy responses. We truly felt welcomed and like we were at home here! We loved that the house was decorated like a beach resort and not like a touristy condominium. Lori and her husband really thought of anything a couple or family could need on vacation and delivered! We look forward to coming back!!! Also, amazing sunsets can be seen at the state parks near by that lori and Dave provided a pass for; so thoughtful and generous!

Amazing Home with Everything You Need for a Perfect Vacation
We loved this house and the host and are already planning our next stay here! The house is even more beautiful than pictured and was perfect for our family that includes a 4 year old, 7 year old and 20 year old. The house has everything you’ll need from a full kitchen, to pool floats to bikes to even games. Books and toys for the kids. We spent slot of time in the amazing pool and hot tub and ate most of our meals on the lanai outside. The location was perfect and close to all the beaches, shopping and other activities too. Lori was amazing with communication and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We highly recommend a stay here- I know you’ll love it as much as we did!
