About this cabin rental

Because we know how important it is to bring our fur babies, we are pet friendly. There is a $150 fee per stay and we allow 1-2 small-medium dog(s) only. Three Kings Cabin was built in 2016 and is named for its 3 king size beds. It is a 3200sq ft custom built log home on 3 levels located in the heart of the White Mountains directly on a nature/snowmobile trail in Twin Mountain. Private access to snowmobile corridor 11 is assessible from the lower driveway. This access point is only for the 8 home owners in the development.
Our cabin is 5mi to Bretton Woods and 11 mi to Cannon ski areas. The property boasts 3 king size bedrooms, a lower level bedroom w/1 queen bed and twin bunks, plus an open loft area with 2 twin beds. Cabin has air conditioning and is perfect for 3 couples plus kids & is ideal for large family/friend gatherings. Dining area features a 10ft farmers table that can seat 12 plus additional seating for 4-6 in the kitchen breakfast nook.
Radiant heat in the basement ideal for those frosty nights. 3 smart TV's. Rustic, skip peel billiard pool table in 2nd level recreation room. Dramatic double sided, field stone fireplace in the grand room & kitchen. Plenty of closets and storage with 3 bedrooms, lower level bunk room, & loft. Elevated west exposure covered porches on two levels with local mountain views, beautiful sunsets and 100 ft farmer's porch. Plenty of parking with two driveways to accommodate trailers, sleds, and multiple vehicles.
Cabin features a grand fireplace living area, as well as an outdoor fire pit w/camp wood located at the top of the lower driveway. Gas grill & additional seating on covered porch facing a large, level grassy yard ideal for outdoor fun & games. Full size washer and dryer provided on downstairs level.
Location doesn't get any better! We are located 2.5 hrs from Boston in the heart of the White Mountains. It is a 7 minute drive to Bretton Woods Ski Resort & 15 minutes to Cannon Mountain. A 15 minute drive to the town of Bethlehem where you will find quaint shops, a small market, several restaurants and brewery. 25 minutes to the town of Littleton with many amenities including Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, Walgreens, TJ Max, Shaws, diners and cafes & shops. Littleton has recently been named one of the most charming, thriving Main Streets in the US.
We are less than 35 minutes to Santa's Village, Clark's Trained Bears, Polar Caves, Storyland, Mount Washington Auto Rd; 15 minutes to the Flume Gorge; 20 minutes to Whale's Tale Waterpark; and 10 minutes to the world famous Omni Mount Washington Hotel, one of the last standing grand old wooden hotels in America. Snowboard, ski, flyfish, golf, swim, hike, hunt, mountain bike, snowmobile, or just enjoy the sites of this great New England Region.
Overall, this is a unique custom log home that will provide your family or group a fabulous vacation experience.

Our stay wss DEFINITELY a 10, due in large part to the wonderful accommodations which enhanced our family time. Full family meals on a great table. Great rooms/beds for family units. Fantastic surroundings with rabbits, red squirrels, a deer, a large lawn for burning off the sugar from s'mores, a path to a body of water for "frogging," a large area with a central firepit, an overall terrific wilderness environment, and great hosts who accommodated us for all of our perceived needs.

This place blows you away even just as you drive up to it. It's perfect for large families/groups with all the sleeping arrangements that are possible. Having three showers was amazing as well for all of us (6 adults and 4 kids). The porch on the outside was lovely at night. We planned on using the fire pit in the back as well but never had a chance to, it's adorable how they have it set up though. The place was very clean, much cleaner than places we've rented in the past. I will say to maybe bring your own pillow if it's hard for you to get comfortable. We all weren't crazy about them but we all have specific needs for that - we might just be being picky. Some things to consider - two of the twin beds are in the loft area, which is not ideal for children who wake easily from loud parents down below LOL. The lower level is perfect for 3 or 4 kids (as long as they are old enough for the top bunk). There are so many different amenities such as a pool table, games, books, etc. The two dining areas came in handy as well. The host was very nice and extremely helpful with the tons of questions we had. She let us stay for a late check out too which was very much appreciated. We can't say enough great things about this place and will definitely look into renting it again next time we travel as a group. *When we put the address in our maps it took us to the wrong place, it is very close though. There's an inn right next to the street is on, so we used that address instead. :)

Beautiful property great for family vacations. Great amount of space and bedrooms, well stocked kitchen supplies, and a fantastic wrap-around porch and spacious outside property to hang out on with the family. Truly a memorable stay and a great place to make some wonderful memories.

My husband and I just returned from our 3 day stay in this wonderful home. We were there celebrating our new marriage with our closest family and friends. Although it did rain the whole time we were there, it didn’t matter a bit. The house is set up perfectly with lots of space to spread out and still have fun. The fireplace set the tone for a relaxing evening to unwind and enjoy each other. The homeowner, Kelly was wonderful in communicating everything we needed to know ahead of time, which made our stay even better. The log home has everything you need, we definitely overpacked! Such a charming, beautiful home. We would love to come back!

House is absolutely amazing and the hosts do a great job of preparing it for the guests. We absolutely love this house and we will definitely be back!!!

Perfect fit for our family. Perfect location for us to travel the area. Very nice cabin. Suggestions for future: folding dryer racks for towels. With 4 to a bathroom we needed more hanging space. A shade in skylight above from twin bed in loft is needed. Glad there was one in bedroom.

So thankful we got to stay at King’s Cabin. Great family weekend. Loved the rustic log decor, the setup, outdoor fire and the pool table!! We had everything we needed, even firewood was provided. Thanks Walter and Kelley for sharing this! We plan on going back!!

The communication with the manager, the cleanliness of every room, and the location to skiing and dining was exactly what we were looking for. I have rented many properties in the White Mountains and this is one of my favorites. It easily accommodated 10 adults and 2 children. The down stairs area was great for the 2 young kids and their parents. The kitchen was well equipped with, plates, pans, utensils etc. The location was perfect for those that liked hiking, skiing and shopping. The most positive thing I could say is that we will be back! Cabin was very comfortable and acccommodated our extended family perfectly for sleeping and everyone having their own space as well as gathering around the two sided fireplace for movies and games. Proximity to Bretton Woods skiing was perfect and although snowmobiling wasn't an option (not enough snow)it was great to walk the trail.

All of us agreed we would stay again, which is the best feedback and review! Hosts did advise setting heat at 60 when leaving; unfortunately, when we arrived the heat was set to 50 and it took until the next morning to get the space comfortable. That really is the only negative. The house could have been a little cleaner, but I understand the hosts are relying on cleaners to do their job as they are not local. Overall, it was a fantastic home and we enjoyed our time immensely.

The cabin and property were immaculate and there would be plenty of room for family gatherings. The fireplace is gorgeous and the game room / pool table is an added bonus. Booking was easy and the owners are super responsive to questions, even proactively reaching out regarding early check in if available. Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved this beautiful property, the gorgeous location with mountain views and stunning foliage. The house is beautiful and well maintained. The amenities made it feel like our home away from home. It was the perfect getaway for our family. The walking trails in the backyard were fun for all ages. This log house is just as pictured...very lovely. It was clean for the most part, but it does need a deep cleaning. There were spider webs and dust on the higher places that most wouldn't see. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms do need some handrails and bathtub safety strips for older guests, such as myself, who have balance issues. The house was charming and comfortable for our brief stay.

We have been coming to this property for at least 5 years and we always enjoy our stay. House is great for our group. I did notice this time that the property was not as clean as there were cobwebs on the ceiling fans and other places, but this is obviously an easy fix.

We had a very nice, quiet and relaxing stay. Everything that we needed was provided. The log cabin was beautiful, the bedrooms were perfect with plenty of room for our family. Our favorite part of the house was the wrap around porch, perfect to enjoy the morning coffee. We enjoyed hiking, relaxing and playing games. We also enjoy the fire pit outside. The location was just what we were looking for. Plenty of places to hike and enjoy nature. We are already missing the fresh air and nice temperatures . We would recommend this cabin for a relaxing and fun family vacation Lidia B
