Just felt like getting away from my house for the weekend

Property had everything I needed to just walk in with a few clothes and some food and I felt right at home

I’d stay again if ever I needed to stay in Dallas which I hope never happens.

It was super clean, close to the airport, luxury feel.

It didn’t have coffee in the lobby and no shuttle service.

Brown lives matter too!

I was so upset with the manager I believe. She was not helpful at all. She was rude, and had no concerns or empathy for others. I believe because of my skin color I felt like I was at the wrong place. I believe people like her make people turn around and look for somewhere else to stay due to her attitude. Some people do not need to be working front desk or to be managers. If they are not worried about customer staisfaction but about there own satisfaction.

If he manager or front desk would've been more helpful and not worried about my skin color

Still found hair on shower wall and slight stains on door under kitchen sink.

I definitely will return.

I would have given us 10 store but the three-bedroom unit only had two baths we were expecting a bad for each room. Bathroom sinks we're a little small otherwise I enjoyed my stay completely

There was no breakfast at this location. Website said there was however there wasn’t

I reserved a 3 bedroom however They gave me 2 one bedroom. Very inconvenient for me and my family I was promised some roller beds however they didn’t even give me that my kids had to sleep on the floor with no pillows because they didn’t have extra pillows either.

The staff completely accommodated us We had a mix-up on our reservation and they accommodated us with an extra room for free They treated us very nicely and respectfully and the room was exceptional It was clean comfortable I will definitely stay here again.

Large living area, kitchen. Location. New and clean..
