Great location between white beach and the main part of Port Barton town (7min walk into the town and about 10 mins to the main beach). Manuelito was a very nice host and answered all questions for us and even helped with renting a motorbike and island hopping tour. The huts were cute and had enough space for us to lay our bags on the ground and be able to walk around.
No hot water in the shower and some ants getting into the hut but wasn’t out of control. Would be nice to have more wardrobe/shelf space.

A simply stay with a friendly and accommodating host. It’s very tidy most especially the toilet. Kuya Manuelito (owner) helped us to book an island tour and He’s also rented us his motorbike for a reasonable price. The place is near Moon Bar but we didn’t hear the noise from the live music in the bar. Additionally, it’s right beside a cozy restaurant called Fat Cat.
It’s good value for money but there’s no Wi-Fi and AC. So it depends on people.

This is a wonderful spot in Port Barton. Everything is close in this small town so location is good. Such a nice family run 4 bungalow place. They were so accommodating and really appreciated us staying with them. Bed and room was clean and comfortable. Would recommend as a perfect spot to stay!
Wifi across the town didn’t work well, but it didn’t work at all here, which was fine cause we had data
4.7
value for money was excellent! the place had an authentic feel and was within walking distance to the beach
the facilities were fairly basic

Clean, nice, well localed and Manuelito and his wife are excelent hosts
Wifi isn’t the best but is not relevant in a paradise island

Manuelito and his family are beautiful humans. Also very well-respected people within the community of Port Barton. You will be well taken care of if you lean on him and his family throughout your stay.

we had a great stay here and it was very close to town!
the internet was not able to reach us in our room and very slow so we had no connection for a few days. not so bad if you want to get away from it all or just buy a sim card with data

Hotel owner was a very lovely family, they helped us with recommendations and for renting the scooter.
Room was clean and comfy.
Room small.

Fantastic super attentive hosts with a very friendly welcome. Great location , tremendous value for money and comfortable huts with refreshing cold showers. Catered for everything we needed and even paid our tricycle as we left which was a great gesture.
Because of a nearby massive resort the local area suffered from some power shortages. Didn't cause any major inconveniences and was no fault of Jake and Zyras .

very clean, cozy place with friendly owner! A nice place run by family - after coming to El nido we are sad that did not stay there longer

We really enjoyed our stay there. The cottage was spacious and very clean. There is also enough storage space so you can actually unpack some things which was nice and they put hangers on the balcony so you can dry your clothes. There is free drinking water in the reception area 24/7. The owner was super friendly and helped us with booking our tickets to our next destination. You can book island tours through him too (none of it will cost you more than anywhere else). The location was also very good. It’s right next to a new and nice restaurant and it’s around 500m to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.
Just note that the wifi only reaches the reception area and it was very slow. The cell phone reception wasn’t good either but the signal gets better the moment you step out onto the street.

Jake & Zyra was the cleanest place I stayed in in the Philippines! Its also the first time we did not have any mosquitos in the room because the mosquito nets are in such a good condition. Manolito and his family are super friendly and help you with everything. We very much liked it here and would come back :)

The chalets are lovely. Simple but really comfortable. Everything you need. They are lovely and cool at night. Free water and coffee and, most of all, run by very lovely people who can't do enough to help you. I would definitely recommend this place.

The place was very familiar, manuelito and his wife were very Kind and heartwarming as well as bryan, who was in charge when manuelito was absent. We will book again if we are coming to port barton the next time! The place is called after their children what was so sweet :) 11/10

Bungalows are very nice and have a cool little balcony
the staff was pretty pushy about booking tours and transport literally the moment we arrived. every interaction with him was him trying to sell us something. we even saw him confront a couple of guests on the beach when he saw them book a tour with a different tout
4.7
The huts were nice, clean and comfortable, we weren’t too hot with just a fan. we recommend Moon bar which is a short walk to the left as you leave the property!
4.7
The location and the people in Port Barton is just the best in Philippines.
We can't thank enough Manuelito for his hospitality. He helped us booking the tours and transportation for the best price in town. Even when we forgot 2 t-shirts after the checked out and were in the bus station already, he came just to give us the 2 t-shirts we forgot without asking for it. Thanks a lot Manuelito and thanks to Port Barton for exceeding the expectations.

the palce is beautiful and well built! All you need in a room! Manuelito and his family are amazing and super welcoming!

Great family who runs the small busines. The rooms are really clean and comfortable and they will help you with everything from tours to transport.

Wow! Such a gorgeous little bamboo hut, which Manuelito built himself which made it even more impressive! It was extremely clean, had a fan which we didn’t really need at night as the temperature was ok but great during the day. Instant coffee and water available all day, rails to hang your clothing outside, so many storage places inside too, a lovely little terrace to sit on in the morning and the best shower pressure we had during our whole 3 weeks in the Philippines! It is at the end of the village so 5 minutes to the beach and then 10 minutes to the bus terminal which was the perfect location for us. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, Manuelito and his wife and kids were so helpful and kind and we are so thankful to them for making our stay in Port Barton the best! Thank you :)
Everything was amazing!
