Absolut kein 3-Sterne Niveau

Zimmer: Die Zimmer sind ausgesprochen sauber und relativ groß. Zudem sind sie mit schönen Massivholzmöbeln ausgestattet. Das Bett war ebenfalls sehr groß und wirklich bequem. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen wlanfähigen Flachbildfernseher, wodurch man auch netflixen kann, da die Kabelkanäle alle auf polnisch sind. Personal an der Rezeption: Ist freundlich und hilfsbereit Fußläufigkeit Apotheken und Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Zimmer: Klimaanlage ist zwar vorhanden, hat aber leider nicht funktioniert, was das Zimmer bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur in einen Backofen verwandelt hat. Ein Kühlschrank sowie ein Safe sind nicht vorhanden. Das Bad ist ebenfalls sehr groß und sauber, Pflegeprodukte, Handtücher und Fön stehen zur Verfügung Leider hat bei uns die Duschtür gefehlt, was das Duschen ohne Überschwemmung unmöglich gemacht hat. Sicherheit: Kein Safe im Zimmer, weshalb wir keine Wertsachen oder Bargeld im Zimmer gelassen haben, denn trotz Zutritt mit Schlüsselkarte sind bei uns leider Kleinigkeiten wie Zigaretten und Schokolade verschwunden. Sprachkenntnisse: Selbst die Damen an der Rezeption sprechen nur gebrochen englisch. Personal: Wurde von der Putzfrau auf polnisch beschimpft (Google übersetzer) da ich mein Zimmer nicht verlassen wollte, als sie zum putzen (oder klauen) kam. Frühstück: Zum Frühstück gab es 1 Sorte Schinken, 1 Sorte Käseaufschnitt, geräuchertes Fleisch, Schmelz und Frischkäse, aus welchen Gründen auch immer, Senfeier, Gemüse aus dem Glas, Tomaten, Gurken, Würstchen, die an Wasserleichen erinnert haben, Rührei ausm Tetrapack, 2 Sorten harten Kuchen, 2 Sorten Cornflakes sowie einen Mini Obstteller bestehend aus Wassermelone, Melone und Grapefruit. Das Schrägste: Es gibt hier kein Gebäck, nur 2 Sorten geschnittenes Brot, das an ungetoastetes,Toastbrot erinnert hat. Der Kaffee aus dem Automaten war gut, der O Saft hat geschmeckt wie der Verdünnungssaft vom Aldi. Restaurant: Mein Freund hatte Carbonara aus dem Restaurant. Allerdings was es keine Carbonara, sondern das fettige Rauchfleisch vom Frühstück mit gekochter Sahne.

Jedny plus to to, że miałem blisko do miejsca docelowego spotkania.

Jak do tej pory chyba najgorsze śniadanie jakie jadłem.

Brak ciepłych posiłow, resztka jajecznicy i trzy parówki. W holu głównym zapach frytury i chłód. W pokoju lampe stojąca trzeba było wyłączać wyciągają wtyczke. Pod prysznicem słuchawka tak zakamieniona że strumienie wody wręcz cieły skórę, bardzo nieprzyjemne uczucie. Wąskie pojedyńcze łóżko.

Decent night sleep

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Fast check in and out. Free parking.

No bottel of water in the room. The plague for the cattle was near the floor so we had to put the cattle on the floor to make a cup of tea.

Practical, easy to use, simple hotel.

This is a very practical hotel, it is easy to access, good parking and simple checkin/checkout process.

The bedroom and bathroom could do with modernisation, but everything works and is clean.

Disappointing

The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable.

We ordered a stay at a hotel with BREAKFAST and yet when we arrived we were simply told that no breakfast will be served because it is the holiday time. I still dont understand why kitchen is not working on the 2nd of January, yet in any case, if you do not serve breakfast - do not claim that you do. That is a deceitful advertisement and we did not get what we paid for. Additionally, two of the lamps in our room were not working, however, the service desk person simply told us that he cannot help. What sort of hotel and hotel service is this?

Breakfast was good, check-in was quick and easy, room was clean and spacious

We requested a cot in advance, and it was being prepared when we checked in. When we returned in the evening, it wasn't in our room, and there was nobody around to help find it or bring another one - it seemed there were no staff on-site except for a security guard. Returning to the hotel in the evening was tricky. They close the car park gate (I'm not sure from what time, but it was closed when we returned around 11pm), and you have to wait for the security guard to let you in - this isn't a major problem in itself, but we weren't expecting it and it would've been helpful to have this flagged up in advance. The room was nice, but would benefit from better curtains as it was quite bright in the morning.
