This condo in the small Snodallion complex is a gorgeous fully renovated, street level, 2 bedroom/1 bath end unit, in the perfect location - close to lift AND close to main street. We are on Peak 9 in the Columbine Neighborhood. Although it is a smaller 2 bedroom unit, it feels much larger due to the thoughtful and highly custom design. This property is perfect for the small family or group that wants 2 separate bedrooms and 2 regular comfortable beds (no sofa sleepers here).

Our location is just one of many reasons to stay with us. Most 'ski in/ski out' condominiums are quite far from downtown and many have further distances to walk to the lifts, than our location. Once you arrive at Snodallion and park in the heated garage, you won’t need to worry about driving anywhere, because you are so close to everything! The renovations includes new high-end finishes, such as granite countertops, heated porcelain tile floors, new luxurious carpets, gorgeous custom cherry cabinets, 43” flat panel LCD TV and natural stone gas fireplace. Wonderful stay. Location is perfect- walking distance to downtown Breckenridge. The bathroom is small for four girls, but the place is clean and would stay here again. Scott was great to work with and got right back to me when needed.

The condo was great for our family of four. The location was perfect. It was well stocked with everything we needed. My only suggestions would be a couple extra blankets and a few more towels. We would definitely rent again.

We had such an amazing trip to Breck, and could not have been more comfortable! The condo was perfectly clean, with really nice towels and sheets! I was amazed at how much storage space there was in this unit! The overall size was smaller than some others we’ve stayed in, but we never felt cramped. The beautiful Custom cabinets had more than enough room for our belongings. The walk to Quicksilver lift and South end of Main Street are both less than five minutes. Bonus: the unit has a ground level entrance, which is great if you have little ones or guests with mobility issues. It was really tight, trying to park our Ford Explorer in the underground lot. The outdoor lot onsite was a perfectly fine alternative. When we come back ( we will!!!) I’ll definitely rent a smaller car.

Nice condo for family of 3. Perfect location; easy walk to lift and town, even with kids! Hot tub and pool crowded at times, but nice. Had a few small hiccups with the property, but the owner was very responsive and helped to resolve right away. When back in Breck, will stay here again.

Great location! Loved that we could walk everywhere… to get ski rentals, ski school, the lifts, and to shops/restaurants!.. the place was very clean! Only downfall is that the hot tubs filled up quickly with drinking adults and only 2/4 were working. Not ideal for kids. The pool was also not warm at all.. which was part of the reason we booked the place with having 2 smaller kids. Other than that, I’d rate the place a 10/10! :)

We enjoyed a 3 night stay in this condo which is within walking distance of Main Street in Breckenridge. It was also close to multiple trail heads that made it easy to hike various trails during our stay.

Loved the condo; however if I had one complaint it would be that they need extra blankets. There were none not even on the bed. Just the comforter which is gross to sleep with. So we froze the whole time we were there.

Great location near the Quicksilver lift. So great to be able to just take the short walk back for lunch or after skiing. The condo was clean and updated and it was nice to have garage parking when it snowed. Easy walk to town also.

Beautifully appointed property with amazing location to Peak 9 at Breck. Highly recommend for easy access to the mountain (walking distance even with equipment). Host had outstanding recommendations for rentals and easy to book. Parking underground and heated was a bonus. Lots to do in town and all walking made it even better.

Our 3 night stay was very relaxing and comfortable. The unit was well stocked and the owner instructions were excellent and very thoughtfully planned. Online pictures on the unit present a larger, more modern place but not a major issue (unless one needs more room). Couldn't find a broom and dustpan, no hand soap or bar soap. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Everything worked perfectly. Thank you.

We loved the location and ease of getting to ski school and the lifts. Heated floors were nice perk. Best of all it had a heated garage! This is so rare for this price point I feel. We had a great time. Can't wait to go back.

We loved our stay in Breckenridge. The property was clean and location was very convenient for walking into town. There was no need to have a car. The beds and furniture were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked with any pans/utensils we needed. We also visited the hot tub during our stay. We would definitely return!

We were extremely happy with our stay at this property. It was just me and my best friend so having two bedrooms was perfect. The property is exactly as advertised and has some really nice features like heaters in each room (separate thermostats), a fireplace, heated tile floors, etc. The kitchen is well stocked and even has some basics that other guests have left. The location could not be more perfect to walk to downtown. It is also close to many hiking trails. Would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful remodeled condo literally steps from the square and gondola, and only 5 minute walk to the heart of Main Street. Very well appointed condo, looks to have been completely remodeled recently. Owner was quick to respond to questions via call or text. Perfect for two couples, couldn't have been happier with our choice.

My wife, 19 yr old daughter, and I stayed 4 days at this location. It was perfect for us. (2 beds and 1 bath) The shower was very nice and one of the bedrooms had a King sized Sleep Number bed, which we enjoyed the comfort immensely.
