This condo in the small Snodallion complex is a gorgeous fully renovated, street level, 2 bedroom/1 bath end unit, in the perfect location - close to lift AND close to main street. We are on Peak 9 in the Columbine Neighborhood. Although it is a smaller 2 bedroom unit, it feels much larger due to the thoughtful and highly custom design. This property is perfect for the small family or group that wants 2 separate bedrooms and 2 regular comfortable beds (no sofa sleepers here).

Once you arrive at Snodallion and park in the heated garage, you won’t need to worry about driving anywhere, because you are so close to everything! The renovations includes new high-end finishes, such as granite countertops, heated porcelain tile floors, new luxurious carpets, gorgeous custom cherry cabinets, 43” flat panel LCD TV and natural stone gas fireplace. Wonderful stay. Location is perfect- walking distance to downtown Breckenridge. The bathroom is small for four girls, but the place is clean and would stay here again. Scott was great to work with and got right back to me when needed.

The condo was great for our family of four. The location was perfect. It was well stocked with everything we needed. My only suggestions would be a couple extra blankets and a few more towels. We would definitely rent again.

We had such an amazing trip to Breck, and could not have been more comfortable! The condo was perfectly clean, with really nice towels and sheets! I was amazed at how much storage space there was in this unit! The overall size was smaller than some others we’ve stayed in, but we never felt cramped. The beautiful Custom cabinets had more than enough room for our belongings. The walk to Quicksilver lift and South end of Main Street are both less than five minutes. Bonus: the unit has a ground level entrance, which is great if you have little ones or guests with mobility issues. It was really tight, trying to park our Ford Explorer in the underground lot. The outdoor lot onsite was a perfectly fine alternative. When we come back ( we will!!!) I’ll definitely rent a smaller car.
