Welcome to our remodeled oceanfront condo on stunning Keawakapu beach! Enjoy the privacy of our 6th floor center condo. Picture perfect views and room for 6! Designed with a modern and comfortable surf feel in mind, we strive to bring the essence of Maui to your stay with us. We hope you will love it as much as we do!

This area around Wailea and Kihei is called "South Maui" and is the sunniest spot on Maui. It is located 45 minutes south of Lahaina. Fortunately, this area was unaffected by any wildfire activity.

Maui welcomes you! By coming to the island you play a crucial part in helping to keep Maui's local businesses, families and economy thriving during this crucial time of rebuilding.

Mana Kai 608: Mana Kai sits on the most ideal location on Maui on the most ideal beach "Keawakapu". This spot has direct access to both Wailea and Kihei, and 5 minutes to beautiful Makena and Makena Landing. Enjoy an easy 15 minute ride from airport which is nice after a long flight (vs. an hour drive from airport to Kaanapali/Napili/Kapalua/Lahaina areas). South Maui is located 45 minutes from "West Maui" or the areas of Kaanapali and Lahaina and a similar distance to "Upcountry" or Kula and the areas up and around the volcano Haleakala. Easy access to the rest of Maui, that's if you ever leave!

808 General Store is open at Mana Kai! This wonderful, locally owned family business sells sandwiches and salads, groceries, adult and kid beverages, reef safe sunscreen, beach toys and other items you may have left off your packing list.

Why Mana Kai? After an extensive search on Maui, it was crystal clear (like the water on this beach) that Mana Kai would be our choice. We absolutely love this 2 bed/2 bath oceanfront location situated in an ideal beachfront spot directly on the ocean and smack dab on the border of highly sought after Wailea and South Kihei.

Personal Property Manager: Since we don't reside on Maui, we (Mana Kai 608 owners) have privately contracted with the best Property Manager on the Island to take care of your every need at Mana Kai 608. Tracy O'Reilly has proven experience and treats her clients how we would welcome any guest into our home. Her team will help you navigate the expectations before and during for a worry free trip!

We take your health and safety very seriously! We have our own professional cleaning team for Mana Kai 608, your safety, comfort and well-being are very important to us!

Mana Kai 608 is situated RIGHT ON, like directly on an incredible beach and walkable to the Wailea shops and dozens of restaurants throughout Wailea and Kihei. Wailea Tennis Club and lots of golf are nearby as well. This spot is perfect for families with kids of all ages too, less hassle, more beach/pool time and fun right out your door. We provide 4 beach chairs, 3 umbrellas, 2 coolers, metal hydroflasks, outdoor wine tumblers, beach towels, kids beach toys/balls and other beach goodies in the condo for your convenience!

After staying in many of the nearby resorts and condos, we chose Mana Kai because it sits on a stunning and level sandy beach, many convenient on site โ€œresort-likeโ€ amenities, mellow vibe and sunny south Maui location. A truly rare find, Mana Kai sits directly oceanfront on one of the most clear and beautiful, swimmable beaches on Maui. Simply put, Mana Kai 608 is situated with better views, bigger lanais and even closer to the water than you get at the "oceanfront" or "ocean view" hotel rooms and you walk right out to the beach at Mana Kai or watch the sunset from your own oceanfront lanai.

The beach: Keawakapu Beach is a highly sought after beach for visitors to Maui due to its incredible clarity and world class snorkeling, sand bottom and gentle enough waves for all ages and water sports. Enjoy the view of the water in front of you instead of sitting behind endless rows of umbrellas and chairs often times at the resort beaches. Mana Kai shares the pristine Keawakapu beach with a row of multimillion dollar private oceanfront homes resulting in a more tranquil setting for all to enjoy. Staying at Mana Kai 608 you can enjoy all the incredible beauty that Maui has to offer, right beneath your feet.

Turn Key Service offering: We have privately contracted with Tracy O'Reilly and her team to manage our condo. Tracy's team will provide incredible service to our guests. They are a small Maui team with a proven track record.

Getting there: Mana Kai an easy 15 minute drive from the airport. Mana Kai is on the most southern part of Kihei, bordering Wailea, so you can drop down from Piilani Highway on Kilohana street to get to and from Mana Kai versus driving through the South Kihei road traffic.

The Space: OK, back to the condo itself! During your stay in Mana Kai 608, you will be cooled by ocean breezes and commanding sunset and ocean views. It features a private balcony with the sound of the waves in your ocean view bedroom. It also includes 3 ceiling fans and 2 new A/C units to keep you comfortable and cool while in Maui. This 2BR/2BA condo has a full kitchen and 2 private full bathrooms for enhanced privacy. Both bedrooms have new beds plus a queen-sized sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress in the living room. The Master bedroom faces the ocean and the sliding shoji screens allow you to customize your privacy needs while not obstructing the ocean views! Guests will drift off to sleep with the sound of the ocean waves lay comfortably on plush mattresses and cooling memory foam pillows. Ahhh.. sleep is calling.

Mana Kai 608 has a private large lanai with amazing ocean views. The building is directly on the beach and includes a heated, oceanfront, saltwater pool which is a rarity in Maui. There is also a beautiful grassy area with lounge chairs and a shower to rinse off before heading back into condo. This 6th floor condo is located on one of the highest floors in the center of the building with coveted views.

Spend relaxing days soaking up the Maui sunshine as well as action packed days at the beach as you swim, lounge, boogie board, surf, fish, paddle board, scuba dive, kayak, yoga, walk/run along the beach, whale watch, boat, snorkel.

๐Ÿ„ Exciting restaurant news! The acclaimed Hawaii restaurant group Merrimanโ€™s will be opening a farm to table restaurant called โ€œThe Beach House at Mana Kaiโ€. They also own Monkeypod, Merrimans at the Ritz Carlton in Kapalua and The Beach house on Kauai. The restaurant space is being completely built out with plans to open in late 2025. Not to worry, no shortage of nearby restaurants in meantime! Mana Kai is within a 2-minute ride, drive, bike or walk to dozens of restaurants right there in Kihei and Wailea. Food delivery services such as Hopper Maui, DoorDash, Maui Hub (farmers markets goodies), Uber Eats and Instacart deliver to Mana Kai 608. Make sure to put condo 608 on your order and a note to drop off at front door of 608 condo. Owner tip: Order fish tacos from Coconuts (from Kamaole location) on one of the delivery apps listed above for a fast and easy beach or poolside lunch! Have it delivered to condo and just buzz upstairs to pick it up from condo front door and back down to beach. Coconuts is known for their amazing fish tacos! Please do not have anything delivered to front desk, Mana Kai 608 is privately owned and operated.

Mana Kai 608 is located on the 2nd to highest building level, not in a condo situated immediately over restaurant. We have discounted the rates during these months regardless, for the inconvenience of our guests not being able to access the restaurant or potential renovation noise. It's a great time to take advantage of the reduced rates!

We loved our first visit to Maui and this condo was perfect for our young family. After a very long 17 hour trip, it was wonderful for the kids ti enjoy the pool and take in one of the most beautiful sunsets weโ€™ve ever seen. Tracy (property mgr) was super helpful & even gave us tips for things to do on Maui. Weโ€™d love to come back!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Mana Kai 608! First, THE VEIW! So beautiful! Wonderful location set right between Kihei and Waialae. Plenty of options for food and fun for all ages. The condo itself was really well stocked with supplies for cleaning up, dishes & laundry. As well as all the cooking utensils & such. The laundry was just steps away from the front door, so very convenient. Both the owners & property managers were easy to reach with great communication from both! Mahalo for a wonderful trip!

This property is incredibly special. It has everything you need, and more. It's comfortable, adorably decorated, and it was the perfect size for our family of 4. It's in a great location, with amazing views and easy access to an incredible beach. We took long morning walks and lovely evening swims. We even watched whales breaching from the balcony while we were there! The complex had a chill vibe and a great store to purchase snacks, coffee, sunscreen, drinks, etc. The restaurant was under construction (had no effect on our stay), but when it's finished it will be a fabulous addition to this location. We will definitely return to this magical place!
