Came up from seattle to ride the bike park for a couple days in Whistler. Location of the property was great. Clean and spacious and we had a great stay. The only issue was with the private hot tub. It was cold upon arrival and was difficult to heat up. The heater didn’t seem to be working g properly. It was also very dirty. Contacted the property manager and she had someone out very quickly to address the issue. But we still lost two days of use with the cleaning, refilling and reheating. There is a public hot tub on the premises but the listing specifically said “private hot tub”, and that was one of the reasons we booked this particular spot, so we were expecting to use that amenity for the entire stay. Only ended up using the hot tub one of the three days, so that was a bummer. Besides that, it is a great spot.

Booked this place for a surprise getaway for my husband and his friends. Linda was easy to reach and helpful, she anawered all our questions and concerns, had detailed instructions on how to get to Whistler, the house, building and parking access. There was a communal pool and a secluded private hot-tub. The apartment suite is an easy walk to the village but far enough not to be noisy and in the heart of the village. They loved it and we would definitely be going back.

We are a family of five and had ample space to enjoy Lisa's home. The home is set up wonderfully, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the kitchen has all of the amenities to cook. We were amazed at how close this was to the supermarket (right across the street), as well as the restaurants, shops, gondolas, and outdoor activities--all within a very short walking distance (5-10 minutes). Lisa's communication was wonderful, and we could not be happier with our stay. Thank you.

This condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable and solidly built. Great beds. Comfortable linens and towels. I had some trouble getting in with the door code given and the owner was very on top of that -- sending me an alternative door code and sending a locksmith over right away to fix the problem. This was one of just several times she responded quickly to me. We stayed in the summer and the location was ideal. Across the street from Fresh St. Market and right on the Valley Trail, which was a wonderful launching area for bicycle rides around the region.

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s property. You can’t beat the location, and the condo was fantastic. Fully stocked, comfy beds, and the hot tub was clean and at the perfect temperature when we arrived. We’ll definitely book here again!

We had a wonderful time at this place. A bit of a hike to the main Whistler Village lifts but definitely doable. We loved the private hot tub for some apres relaxation. Clean and comfortable unit with extremely clear directions both on how to get there and how to care for the space. Recommended!

Hey, for any group of 4 to 6 people looking to stay in Whistler Village this will be a great stay. Easy walk to the #4 bus, private hot tub is a great way to end the ski day, no problems getting in and out. Loved it, thanks!

My family of 4 stayed here over the new year for a week to go skiing and it suited us perfectly. Good proximity to Marketplace shops and the Village. It was also convenient to have the free bus to the Gondola across the street too. Neat and tidy apartment and the hot tub after a day on the mountain was a huge plus. Would stay here again.

The photos don’t do this property justice It was absolutely magical for a six day whistle Christmas stay . You can walk anywhere or get the shuttles We got the syklynx up and would do so again. If your not a local you don’t need a car Fantastic location close to the village market Spa each day was wonderful We would definitely return Thanks Lisa for a wonderful stay

We arrived to find the hottub unlocked and in a cloudy dirty state. We contacted owner who had a tech come next day who simply added a bunch of chemicals to a dirty tub. Needless to say we did not use it at all. She did follow up on whether it was better and we said it was not but her concern was for the next occupant. We were offered a reduced rate for the inconvenience but upon questioning at the end of our stay she chose to ignore. The king bed is also very poor. Mattress felt folded in the middle so you felt as if your head was at a 45 degree angle.

I have stayed in about 4 different locations in the Whistler villiage before this place. This was by far the nicest location, no neighbors to the back, close to ammenities, and quite at night. It is well appointed, clean, and the host was very accommodating. Hoping to come back soon with the family. Would highly recommend!

The location of the apartment was fantastic, within easy walking distance of village centre and both gondolas. There was convenient underground parking close to apartment and highway network. The apartment was spacious and more than adequate for a family of 4. Unlike many of the other apartments the hot tub for this property was in a relatively private location and easy to use which is a bonus. The downside for us (and accepting this was outside of the owners control) was the neighbouring property adjacent to the main entry door for the apartment was a complete mess with broken furniture, waste and general rubbish stored all around the entry way. To avoid this we used the alternative entry to the apartment which limited the impact for us during our stay, but left an unfortunate first impression.

Good over all. One issue, the vent cover for the bathroom fan fell off. I tried to fix it, but one of the clips looked to be homemade. One was factory, one looked like a repurposed paper clip. The homemade clip was too short, making it too difficult to replace the vent cover. If both clips were factory, the cover could be fix easily. Overall a minor inconvenience, did not affect our enjoyment of your place. Thank you.

We had a great time in both the private hot tub and the public pool:/hot tub. The place was nice and cool without using the a/c even though it was hot outside! This was our second time at the unit and we would definitely come again!

A few friends and I came up for a girls weekend and we loved this place! Lots of space and storage which was great. We loved the comfort of the home and had no issues the entire stay. The host Lisa was very kind and responsive to all our questions, which was super helpful! Definitely would recommend :)

Good location. About a 15-20 minute easy walk through the village to get to the Gondola. Relatively quiet. Owner provides good directions for getting into place initially, otherwise it would be very tricky. Clean. Hot tub works good. Very close to convenience store, grocery store, fast food, restaurants, and liquor (all under 5 min walk right across the street).

We had an amazing 4 night stay. We loved the close proximity to the grocery store and shops, Whistler Village and the bus. The place was perfect for our family of 4, including two teens. The kids enjoyed their own room/bathroom complete with twin beds. The private hot tub was appreciated after a day on the slopes. Communication with the host was easy, the photos and description accurately represented the condo. We definitely look forward to booking again.

Perfect accommodation for 6 of us. Great location and private hot tube was perfect. Only note I have is that we couldn’t find the first aid kit. Wasn’t where the instructions had it listed but was only needed for a small cute so not emergency.

Everything we needed for a very fun weekend in Whistler! The beds were super comfortable and the foldout couch was good too (and huge!). The lock on the hot tub was a little sticky but it eventually opened so we enjoyed that as well. Convenient location for walking around Lost Lake or partying in the village (which we might have done....). The decor was lovely and tasteful. We would love to come back:-)

We've been to this complex before but not to Lisa's rental. It is nicely updated and very comfortable. It is close to the main village and the grocery store. For our son, the location is nice because it's easy to bike to the bike park for him, from this location. We love coming to Whistler a couple of times a year and can definitely recommend this condo and complex.
