el tamano de la habitacion estaba muy bien

no tiene restaurantes, ni sitios para comer, las habitaciones no tienen sericio de cafetera, ni agua

I liked that it's clean and the location is quite accessible. The staff are also quite helpful too and the process were preferable since it's quick without the need for deposit when checking in. Also, my partner and I saw how you accomodate elders and that was really something :)

All in all it's great, I'd just wish there's a simple slippers (doesn't matter the quality). Since the floor is quite sticky from the polish or cleaner product used.

Great location, great stay

The location is great, a 10 minute walk from Molito for all our entertainment, and a laundry service within 3 minutes walking. There is a convenience store (7-eleven) right at the ground floor of the hotel. It's clean, modern, and the shower and beds are great. Free wifi and a small desk so I could keep working and it's very easy to book Grab cars there as well.

We loved the cleanliness of the place. The availability of nearby pay parkings. The staff was always welcome to help. Food deliveries are always there. What a great place!

There must be 2 chairs inside a room. Another free bathroom tissue would be great.

spilled coffee experience never again very dissatisfied

we like the place clean and near to molito and ATC

customer service is very disappointing. during our stay we reported to clean spilled coffee but no response to the reception so we approach the assigned housekeeper and he said “you can use the floor rug” and then upon check out they charge us on the rug for using it on spilled coffee on the floor and they dont even care with our explanation. 2 rooms have leak on the window

Mostly pleasant stay as usual

The usual clean comfortable room.

I have two annoyances : 1. Checking in and out takes too long. 2. On floor 6 we were being disturbed by staff speaking on their radio from 0600am. There also seemed to be a member of staff using the vacant room opposite ours. 3. The express check out box. Why is it there? There is no express check out as you are told to sit and wait while they check if you have broken anything in the room. So it's stupid having the box there.

Affordable hotel in Alabang

Just across Molito where there are many restaurants, supermarket, drugstore, etc. Near ATC. Near terminal of point-to-point buses to Makati area. Convenience store on the first floor of the building. They only accept cash though. The staffs are nice. Shower has heater. Good wifi. The hotel has a designated swabbing area. So if you need to take PCR test you can have the staff come at the hotel.

No small fridge in the room. Doors are not sound proof so you can hear people walking and talking in the aisle. Request a room far from the elevator if you are a light sleeper. When some people roam around or stay in the reception area even without mask, staffs didn't do anything about it. I felt uncomfortable with people not wearing mask, given that it's still required in the Philippines.
