Best Western needs to check on the facility performance

Calm place in a way

The room cleaners was poor. No sugar or tea bags or spoons. Only a couple of cups with a couple of saks of coffe

I had the feeling like coming home

We had a comfortable and restful evening.

It was easy to access with a grocery store nearby. I liked the fact that it wasn’t all shiney, glassy, and modernized. It felt like Imwas staying in an old, well preserved hotel!

It could have been a little brighter in the lobby and halls.

The decor was nice dark woods fireplace and they had 2 screened in porches and close to the highway

We stayed here vs the other places because the reviews stated good hot breakfast so decided to spend the extra $10 to stay and was let down breakfast was minimal ,cold and kinda dried out and the beds are hard

was very good needs improvement on pillows and towels and wash cloths

great place to stay located close to everything I was doing on my trip

needs better pillows also some of the towels and wash rags were stained

convenient location, fair price, less than ideal conditions.

I like how the property has a theme that offers a tribute to the city’s automotive history. I like the porches and the wood work.

Our room smelled rather strongly of cigarette smoke. I called it to the management’s attention and there was no offer to exchange our room.
