Miły pobyt na jedną noc blisko dworca kolejowego

Pathetic without a choice

Just the location. Walkable distance from the railway station.

The room is too small and hardly any walking space. It is only big enough to put a single cot and NO space other than that. Lot of noise from the surroundings and quite a bit of mosquito.

Perfect stay

The Ambience was lovely. Also the hotel was located in such a place where we can travel to places easily.

The Lavatory was not that clean. A little more cleanliness needed.

Was horrible because of staffs at the hotel

The staff were very rude, they called me several time for advance money with out booking. Com, they were not even bothered to provide a glass of water. I booked this hotel for 24 hours and they told me to check out before 2 hours. I have never come across these kind of people. Cleaning of washroom was horrible more over if people were good then you can manage bit of things. They were horrible folks and specially that reception boy at the time of duty. Never give your customers to these kind of people other wise we gonna run away from you. Thanks

When they ask to check out they didn't give us enough time... Just got only 10 minutes for getting ready.. we were 4 people.

I dint stay looking at behaviour of receptionist

the guy sitting receptionist was so rude and he did not talk properly offered a washroom before giving room which was AO dirty and no privacy door was half open it doesn’t even have 1star facility also but they have advertising as 3 star worst behaviour by receptionist

Only location as it was walkable distance from railway station.

Not at all clean, there were cockroaches every where including in the washroom. Dirty blanket, floor unclean. When I asked for plates and spoon, they only provided plate and said we do not have spoon. I mean how can you be running a hotel without spoon 😒 Though I opted for Non AC room, but the sanity should be provided irrespective of AC /Non AC facility. It felt like they give preference to people who selected higher range rooms or may be foreigners.

Very near to Ernakulam South Railway station and metro station. Nice clean room and bathroom.

Great service at the reception. Didn't even charge me the agreed amount for late checkout :)

Noisy people in the adjoining rooms.

Location near railway and metro stations is ok

There was enormous problem with check out and paying. Furthernore their messaging/communication was a bit rude and weird (many odd spam messages before arriving) This is accomnodation number 22 on my present Indian trip and The first one which was a real disappoinment (< grade 6)
