Soggiorno perfetto

Appartamento perfetto, pulito e dotato di ogni tipo di comfort. Il proprietario è stato una persona fantastica, ci ha aiutati quando ne abbiamo avuto bisogno, cosa assolutamente non scontata. La posizione è vicina al centro di Heraklion, quindi comodissima per ogni tipo di esigenza. Se dovessi tornare a Creta prenoterei nuovamente questa struttura. Grazie mille 🙏

Bonne expérience, vol uniquement avec bagage à main, confort au rdv pour visiter l'ile avec loc voit

2 Climatisation +++ (Chambre et pièce de vie), jolie terrasse individuelle, linge de maison, 8 petits beurres et 8 petites confitures individuelles de 15 gr + biscottes Lave linge, produit lessive. Sèche cheveux dans la sdb.

Bruits: Cries d'enfants lors des entrée, sorties et récréations de l'école juste derrière la clôture, ballons de basquets jusqu'à 21h30 même le week-end. Stationnement au petit bonheur la chance dans les rues de proximités mais vs trouverez une place. Manque petits accessoires de cuisine, vs n'aurez que 2 couteaux, 2 cuillères à cafés, 2 fourchettes, verres et mug (pas de: presse agrumes, égouttoir à pattes, bol pour p'tit déj., couteaux à pain même si les locaux n'en mangent pas). Prévoir champoing douche corps et cheveux (Attention à l'aéroport, destruction suivant quantités transporté)

Perfect apartment that is so comfortable.

Helen was an amazing host. She was available at all times and ensured we were able to check in without issue. She offered to call a taxi for me which was very helpful. The place is on point for the price. haves everything you need and is super CLEAN. if I come back to Crete I will again use this as an airport staging hotel. Thank you Helen.

I have no complaints.

Superb

The property was clean, the host was helpful and replied quickly to all our questions and concerns.

the breakfast was pretty basic but it was there. A couple of toast with packed marmalades and honey, water, juice and water. Not something I would choose but I would eat if I had no choice. The room was situated far from the town center luckily we had a car.

Good choice for Heraklion

Very spacious and comfortable apartment with an impressive design. The terrace is huge. The kitchen is well equipped. Good choice for a couple of nights in Heraklion.

Not very close to the historic center, but relatively easy to reach the center by car. Limited parking space in front of the property.

Elen is a very warm, friendly, kind and generous hostess. The apartment was very clean, with all amenities. Definately recommend it!

One night stay near Heraklion airport

Arrived late because of the flight delay. Apartment was easy to get in, clean and spacious. Friendly host provided us with full instructions on how to get into the apt. WiFi and A/C worked well. I recommend this stay when you arrive at the Heraklion airport and need to find a place to sleep.

I wish the breakfast would be improved. Nothing else to complain about.

Excellent functional apartment

Ellen our host was terrific. She provided excellent information from star to finish. Great to communicate with. Ellen gave us detailed check in instructions, how to work washing machine, water heater, cooker etc. She sent pictures and videos to help us. We stayed for 3 weeks during lockdown. We stayed in ‘Cool’ apartment which was exactly as described by host. The apartment has full kitchen, separate bedroom, lovely living area and good size bathroom with bath and shower over. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a lovely little garden with furniture, BBQ, orange and lemon tree. Check in was straightforward with lockbox. On arrival, Ellen had provided breakfast items, tea & coffee, bread and vegetables. All the basics for cooking were available such as oil, salt/pepper and herbs. Plentiful supply of towels and bedding. Thank you Ellen for being fabulous.

Small, cosy apartment

Communication with the host was very good. Breakfast was simple, but there was enough. Although the location is a bit out of town, it kept the cost down. A quiet street with some on street parking. This was a good place for an overnight stop after a late flight.

We were not aware that the bedroom was only separated from the lounge by a fold back divider, not a separate room. This was ok for us, as we were only there for one night.
