About this house rental
New, Custom Designed Multi-Million Dollar home on Folly Beach.This may be the most luxurious home on the island. Nestled away on a private, estate size 1 acre lot & only 2 blocks from the ocean, this home is perfect for a private vacation away from beach crowds. 6 Blocks from restaurants, bars, Folly Beach Pier & shopping.The home's grand interior & exterior living spaces lend themselves well to entertaining year round, & with that entertaining in mind, the spacious, combined kitchen, dining & living areas are definitely a plus for this beach home. The main home has 4 large bedrooms all with their own private bathrooms. The enormous kitchen holds 2 fridges, double ovens,1 full dishwasher and 1 drawer-style dishwasher, wine cooler & separate ice maker. Heated tile floors in living area, kitchen and master bath are a real luxury. There is a separate studio off the front porch area of the main home with a king bed, living area, flat screen tv, sectional with full size pull out bed, full bath, kitchenette and dining area. This studio is perfect for those who still want to be part of the group but need a little more privacy. Pool area has a banquet style buffet counter with built in Stainless BBQ to make group lunches & dinners effortless. 3 sets of French doors open to pool deck. Conveniently located utility room has full size, front loading washer/dryer. Your family will be able to relax and not be on top of each other in this spacious estate. At the end of the day the peaceful, marsh views await you from the screened porch while you lay in the hammock, and if a crackling fire suits you then the screened porch, wood- burning fireplace is ready for a fire year round.

It was everything we hoped for. Great amenities and plenty of room. We had some issues with the pool but the manager was easy to reach and took care of the issues quickly. Would recommend this house.

We stayed at this beach house with 3 generations. The house is spacious with ample room for everyone. The attached apartment above the garage was a game changer for our family! However there are areas needing attention:The game room with bunk beds was a convenient sleeping space for the children, BUT the room smelled musty and damp, even moldy. The doors and windows leading to the deck were covered in moss and dirt, making it hard to enjoy the sunrise. The bedroom downstairs, bathroom door wouldn’t close and could tell had been off the hinges for a while, creating damage in the porcelain tile. Walls were very dirty. The pool deck was covered in green& black moss. The back deck was deteriorating, and the hose peeled the paint off. A deep clean is needed! The pool maintenance was a significant issue. We arrived before Memorial Day, We had to buy a net to clean debris from the water ourselves. Better pool maintenance is necessary for a vacation home. The pool was dirty when we arrived, dirtier on Monday, and downright disgusting by Tuesday and it wasn’t cleaned properly until midweek . They added lots of chemicals, which made the pool unusable for up to 24 hours, returned on Thursday with more chemicals, leading to further delays in pool usage. Despite these issues, we loved our time in this house. The kitchen was well-equipped and met our needs. The house's layout was ideal for large family gatherings but maintenance improvements are needed to enhance the stay.

Property is simply amazing! Place is huge with plenty of room and privacy for everyone…Beautiful pool area. Tucked away for the ultimate in peace and privacy but close enough to town and the beach.
A must place to stay should you ever have the chance… Just do it.

We stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate my sister’s bachelorette. The property had so much space for our large group and plenty of beds that every person was comfortable and had a bed to sleep in. The back deck with pool was perfect for laying out and enjoying the beautiful weather. The beach was an easy walk from the house. The only issue we had was the property was still being cleaned when we checked in and we had to wait an hour past when we should have been able to check in before we could bring our stuff in and get settled. Overall, we had an amazing time during a 4 day stay and highly recommend this property!

The well maintained home is elegant and impressive, and exceptionally well designed and built.
Great personal spaces in large bedrooms with their own en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom suite is mind boggling, with a closet the size of our master at home, and the bathroom is just unbelievably nice.
The shared areas of the kitchen and great room, and the screened porch area, and the pool deck area were functional, spacious and enjoyed by all.
I cannot thank the owners enough for allowing us the distinct privilege of enjoying a reunion in their wonderful home.
The location, off a cul de sac back into a wooded and tidal marsh area on a raised area was extremely quiet and private. Lots of wildlife viewing opportunities were enjoyed.
No wonder it is booked almost continuously. We were very lucky to be able to line this up, even though we had to modify our desired dates.
Do not hesitate to book this property!

This property is amazing!! We enjoyed the pool, although a little chilly in March, we are from Montana so it was not too bad. The house is spacious and well equipped. Beds were comfortable and it was so close to the beach. I cannot say enough good things about this property. We had a blast and would definitely rent this place again. We had a group of 8 adults and one 6 year old and there was more than enough room.

The property was spacious, modern and beautiful. It was located between the marsh and just 1 block from the ocean. Truly spectacular views. All of my guests were thrilled with their stay. I was looking for the perfect entertaining space for a large family / friend gathering and this was it. It has everything a large family gathering could need. Spacious bedrooms, amazing Great Room and kitchen. Plenty of space for our family of 12. There is also a game room with Pool Table, and a lovely patio with pool. We love the location, a short walk to the beach and 30 minutes to Charleston.

There are not enough good adjectives to describe this property! We rented it for our annual girl’s trip. As others have stated, the pictures don’t do it justice. There have been updates since the listing pictures. So much room, well stocked kitchen, gorgeous views! You can’t go wrong with this one.

Sprawling gorgeous home just a couple
Of minutes off of folly beach. The house is gorgeous and so well laid out. Tons of room, comfortable beds, beautiful pool. Clean, convenient, comfortable- perfect. This was my 2nd stay- won’t be my last!

This was our 2023 family Christmas gathering. A number of us stayed on the property. All 35 of us gathered at the property for Lunch and gift exchange on Saturday. The large kitchen and family room were just what we needed. We had a great time.

We had a great stay at this very quiet and peaceful modern home. Our group enjoyed every minute. The only thing to know is that the pool is not heated, so during the off season is it cold. We did some polar plunges in it and made the most of it! Cooked a ton of meals in, and they had everything you would need. Thanks again!

We have been wanting to stay on the marsh side of Folly Beach for years and this property was perfect! The view and the wildlife were fantastic. The property is very private and quiet; perfect for relaxing.

We never stay “off the beach” when we travel to the ocean, but this home blew us away. We traveled with 4 adult couples, a 20 year old and 2 babies under 2. We were able to spend time together as a large family in the common areas and then find privacy when we wanted it. Morning coffee “out back” was one of my favorite events as I watched a large group of deer cross the creek. Quick golf cart ride to the 6th street beach access and you have your toes in the sand! Then into town for some amazing food and souvenir shopping. If you need a Charleston fix, it’s a quick and easy car trip. Will definitely plan future getaways to this amazing property!

We had a great vacation at this beautiful home-it was perfect for 7 adults. Spacious and plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have their own privacy, but also enjoy time together in the common areas. The pool is so peaceful and we spent many afternoons just floating in the sun. The guest suite is a great bonus space.
The walk to the beach and to Center Street was a bit farther than anticipated so we rented a golf cart and that worked out great.
Folly is a beautiful, special place-we can't wait to return.

An amazing house and perfect location, Folly’s hidden gem! A great find for the first time experiencing Folly and all it has to offer. The house was perfect and spectacular for our family and grandchildren. It had everything we needed, so many little extras we didn’t even expect. We all loved the beach but the pool deck area added so much more fun for the little and big ones. It was so relaxing, fun and the sunsets were breathtaking. The grounds were spectacular, we absolutely loved the location, such a a beautiful property nestled in the woods, so close to the beach and town. We all agreed we’ll definitely be back to Folly Beach!!

This home was magical to say the least. Tucked away from hustle of the Folly beach tourist sits this beautiful home. It had everything a person would need for their beach vacation. The mother in law suit was perfect for the members of our party who had a 2 year old that wakes up at 5am! The game room upstairs was great that it had extra beds. Each member of our family had plenty of room and their own bathroom. We had 14 people and we all had plenty of space. We had an autistic child with us, that normally, would bother everyone, but this house had plenty of space that no one felt he was on top of them. I would suggest the property manager update the photos but then I’m afraid the house would sell our faster than the dates can be posted and we are already looking to stay next year! Haha thank you for a great vacation!

A group of 8 guys down for a golf/beach stayed at this house for a long weekend and we were all very impressed. Beautiful /surprisingly secluded lot overlooking the marsh. We all really enjoyed the outdoor porch with a fireplace which essentially overhangs the marsh area. The ceilings for the porch and great room were more than 2 stories high. While we didn't really need it, I can see how having the separate entrance apartment area could come in handy for the right group.

This was a great property and was perfect for our group. The hosts, Rob and Misti, were very helpful and made the whole stay great. We loved the location and the views. We would definitely recommend and hope to come back.
