Perfect for our requirements. We needed somewhere close for Christmas night for our extended family to stay. This fitted the bill.

I booked this property last minute for my bridesmaids as I had been let down by someone else. Sarah was incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating with check-in times to allow everyone to get ready! Communication was great and everyone commented on how wonderful and comfortable the property was. Thank you for helping make the run up to my wedding stress free!

The hosts thought of everything and we had more than we needed. We were travelling with a toddler and they had provided a travel cot, high chair and lots of plates/blows/cutlery for her and even a box of toys! The house itself is beautiful and it was spotless when we arrived. There was a lovely hamper of croissants, bread and cereals and butter etc in the fridge. We really couldn't fault this place. Thank you very much!

Breakfast was good, large range of options.
Very homely. Thought of everything.
If being picky - Parking was an issue. We had two cars and lots of cars parked in front for vets. Not keen to park on pavement.
Also there was a high pitched noise at times either fridge or boiler when downstairs.

We have stayed here before and really like the house and garden. It is in a very central position and near the main town and you can go for a lovely walk - if the weather permits! The owner lives near and is very helpful - we didn't have any ice and she brought some round for us within a few minutes - such good service !
The only downside at this property is the main settee, in that it is not particularly comfortable. My mother who is 77 did find it a bit uncomfortable.

The house has a really nice vibe about it and puts you in a relaxed mood as soon as your in the door.
The house was spotless and Sarah went above and beyond to make my family and me feel really welcome!!
Wouldn’t hesitate in booking again 10/10

Charming, clean, cosy cottage with modern kitchen. The owner was fantastic - very friendly and went out of her way to make our stay wonderful in every way. There are lovely walking routes starting just across the road. Sainsbury's is also just a 2 minute walk.

Very welcoming and well provisioned house. Great attention to little details.
No off road parking - packing / unpacking was therefore harder.
