If you don't feel like cooking, breakfasts are available at the hotel or at the lovely beachside cafe on Meadfoot. This property was great, position to the beach and closeness to Torquay town was great.
Was clean and well kept, had everything you would need to be a home from home.
Would recommend to anyone. I would book to stay here again.

The Mews house is both comfortable and spacious with lovely outdoor spaces and good sized bedrooms and a big kitchen/dining area. The area in which it is located is so beautiful and it is literally a couple of minutes to the sea and the highly recommended Meadfoot Cafe. It is a couple of minutes drive to Torquay seafront and all the town has to offer. Thank you Marilyn for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful time.
The house is really comfortable and in a great location.
Easy walks to the seafront, the woods and into the town.
The host was super helpful and responded to all our requests.
Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Place was clean, large enough, and the area not very busy. Parking was generally available opposite.
Very short walk to sea front, and at the other end was a large park area good for walking the dog.
Relatively easy to walk in to the centre.
Overall we had an enjoyable stay.
Couple of minor issues.
Ensuite shower head leaked water, and there was a knack to getting the toilet to flush all the time.
No (tumble) dryer as the listing suggested.
Weather was good too 😀.

we are so glad we chose this holiday home. On arrival, there were welcome treats and the home comforts continued- a coffee percolator or tassimo machine, plenty of clean kitchen utensils and cookware, AND sky tv! All rooms were clean and a good size for the 5 of us. the house is a couple of minutes walk to a lovely beach and tasty ice cream. In a 15min walk you're in the centre of torquay with all it has to offer - a great place to stay. Highly recommend a visit.

Having picked the worst week of weather this summer, the accommodation was excellent to spend unplanned time in. The location was perfect for us, when we could get out. Thoroughly recommend .

Myself and two family members stayed at this home and we were really pleased we did.
The home was clean and tidy, with everything we could wish for, to make our stay comfortable and relaxing.
The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment, pots, pans and utensils. There is a beautiful view to the courtyard garden, which you can sit in, if you fancy dining alfresco. There are two lounges, but we only used the larger one on the first floor - which was comfortable and had a balcony. The bedrooms were relaxing and clean, as well as the bathrooms.
The location was lovely - not far from the beach; which I went to in the early mornings.
We used a car to get around, so unsure about buses.
I would book again, if I decide to visit Devon in the future.
Truly home from home!

Lovely property, spacious bedrooms. Location convenient to beach, cafes, town and walks. Parking no problem on street outside. Added bonus of the garage to store the bike. Thanks to the hosts for the lovely touch of leaving us some welcome biscuits, cake and chocolate.

Beautiful holiday home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the house. It was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Good communication before and throughout our stay. The lock broke during our stay but was was fixed within a few days without any disruption to our holiday. Good base to explore Torquay and the surrounding area, Meadfoot beach very close and a bus stop near the house as well which was useful.
Would definitely recommend 😀

Family holiday
This house was amazing. Positioned within few minutes walk from beach, 15 minute from town centre, we found that we didn't need to use car as much as we would normally.
The accommodation was great and included all home comforts you could wish for.
Highly recommend it.

The house was adequate but lacked a few home comforts
It was nice but for someone who has never been to Torquay before should be aware that it is very hilly & the last bus back in the afternoon is at circa 5p.m. so a taxi service is needed

A stone throw from the beach!
We absolutely loved staying at 4 Hesketh Mews! The house was beautiful and very clean, perfect for me, my partner and our children. It literally took 5 minutes to walk down to Meadfoot beach which was perfect and wasn’t far from Torquay town centre either. Parking was never an issue and we always found a spot close by! Overall we loved it and had a great time in the most perfect location, will definitely be coming back in the future!

Beautiful property
We absolutley loved our stay. The house is so well equipped!
Clean, modern, short walk into Torquay but a killer hill back to the house when pushing a pushchair! Just meant I didn't feel guilty eating scones...
Would 100% reccomend.

Beautiful house in a lovely location
Property was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything needed. There were loads of towels and there was plenty of hot water for everyone. The milk and biscuits on arrival were a lovely touch, as was the real Christmas tree and we had no problems whatsoever, even allowing us early access to the house. The house is a very short walk to Meadfoot beach and a bit longer walk into town. Being able to swim at the Osborne Hotel is also an added bonus, which the kids really enjoyed. All in all, a wonderful break.
