We will treasure our recent stay at this beautifully designed and furnished contemporary home. It was airy and filled with light. Every possible amenity was provided. The views of Menantic Creek are absolutely charming, and the local birds mesmerizing. On sunny days you may never leave the deck. Easy access to the north and south forks of Long Island provided us with the opportunity for occasional day trips.
We enjoyed great communication with the owners and their property manager, who graciously shared their knowledge of local restaurants and other essentials.
Some wonderful new memories were made here, and we hope to return in the future.

It was the perfect location for a quiet weekend to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary

We had the most incredible weekend away at this gorgeous house!! The pictures don't do it justice - it is even more impressive in person. And Kim, the property manager was so helpful and responsive to all of our requests. She even suggested excellent places to eat and explore on the island. We will, without a doubt, be back to stay again!!

This is an amazing house, perfectly located for everything on the island. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could desire, the living areas and deck are spacious and comfortable, and all 3 bedrooms are beautifully appointed.
We made use of the paddle boards and kayak, and explored all around Shelter island - our first visit here.
Kim, the house manager, was helpful and welcoming throughout our stay, and the check in and check out process was smooth.

This was an awesome house. The cleanliness of the house was like a 5 star hotel with a high ceiling both on the first and second floor. One of my family member is an artist and she much appreciated few living-room furniture that beautifully complimented and decorated this home. It had very comfortable beds (sunblock curtains in each room provide us coziness and allow us to sleep in without bothered by the bright sun) and well equipped kitchen(we loved the burner which had such a strong frame that it seared my scallop just perfect in a short time). Oh, plus, we went to beach hopping within the island, its only 10-15 minutes driving to most of it because this house is centrally located. Creek water seemed murky so we didn't swim in it, although we saw few people swam in the water. My husband used kayak provided by the owner and enjoyed very much. We encountered cute baby(small) rabbits and chipmunks(small squirrels) every morning. Loved open space concept. I would definitely visit again and strongly recommend this house.

I spent the Memorial Day weekend with my sisters and our mom here and we all loved our time spent here. The house is new, beautifully designed (we took lots of pictures as design inspirations!), built and furnished - it felt more like a luxury hotel experience rather than a house rental. The house is well stocked with kitchen equipment for cooking as well as plush towels to use. One of the days here was cool and rainy but we used the fireplace and spent a cozy day just cooking and reading. I was little concerned with the property being on an island but the ferry ride from Greenport was quick and easy. We'd love to go back! The best house rental we've done by far.

The house is even better than it looks in the pictures, the location is just amazing ! This is the quintessential Shelter Island retreat and it’s not to be missed.
The owner was very nice and attentive, making sure all booking and arrival issues were handled well.
Their local property manager was very sweet and took the time to walk the house and answer our questions.
The house itself is a beautifully executed modern home that is warm and inviting, we felt immediately at home and loved every minute of our stay.

This is a beautiful house overlooking Menantic Creek with great sunset views. The bedrooms are comfortable, spacious and full of light. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to accommodate more than one cook. We enjoyed our stay very much.
