About this apartment rental

Our apartment is located in the top of Belle Plagne in the heart of the massif with a magnificent panoramic view (4th floor) on the mountain, the pastures and the car-free village of Belle-Plagne, in the small residence Callisto.

From the residence, many walks and hikes are indicated through a network of signs, both pedestrian and mountain bike (rental of ATV including electric mountain bike on site, the village). The apartment is located a few steps from the village center, thus simplifying access to shops, bars and restaurants, while enjoying great tranquility.

Many activities and activities are offered during the summer by La Plagne.
An individual terrace located South - South West (not communicating with the neighboring terraces) will allow you to benefit from the landscape and the sunshine. It is equipped with a small table, two chairs and a Chilean chair.

The main area, very bright is composed of a kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer, filter coffee machine and Senseo machine, toaster, kettle, raclette, ...
All the small kitchen equipment is recent and quality.

A table for 5 people will allow you to take your meals in a comfortable way.
The lounge area consists of two sofas, one of which can be transformed into a bed of 160x190 cm, the other into a bed of 80x190 cm, with a coffee table nice to play or have an aperitif with a view beautiful, listening to some music on the bluetooth / USB / Ipod radio allowing you to easily connect your favorite songs.

A pivoting LCD TV allows you to follow the TNT programs from the kitchen or living room.
Board games are available.

The cabin room located at the entrance with 2 bunk beds of 80x190 cm, has a window overlooking the mountains at the back of the residence. It is separated from the living / kitchen area by a door in the hallway.

The bathroom with toilet has a nice bathtub to relax in a good bubble bath after a day of skiing. It has a towel radiator and a hair dryer.

A closet in the kitchen (in addition to the storage of kitchen furniture) and 3 cupboards in the lobby will allow you to store your belongings. A support at the top of the closet is handy to drop helmets and other small equipment when returning.
The ski locker is located in the Ski-room, 30 meters from the entrance allowing the storage of hiking equipment (sticks, shoes ...).

The residence is served by the underground car park (free in summer) which allows direct access from the vehicle.

The housekeeping is not included in the price but may be proposed on request by the concierge at the time of booking, asking for it well in advance.

Apartment is clean, warm and modern with all the appliances you need. The lift takes you down to the ski locker and car park. Shops and restaurants are a short walk. There were 3 of us and it was cosy, more than 4 would be claustrophobic. The only small negative for skiing is you can only ski in from the Arpette side. Would definitely return.

The apartment is in a fantastic location with beautiful views and very accessible ski in/out. Valerie is an excellent host who was happy to help us with any questions/queries we had. The apartment is well equipped and is perfect for a stay in Belle Plagne.

Nous avons séjourné à 4 dans cet appartement, qui compte 5 couchages. Taille du séjour plus adapté, selon moi, pour 4. Ce logement est magnifiquement situé, ski au pieds, en face de l’ESF. Très bien agencé et équipé. Rien ne manque pour préparer ses repas, pratique avec des enfants et si l’on veut réduire ses dépenses restaurants. Ceux-ci ainsi que des supermarchés, boulangeries, traiteurs sont également proches de l’appartement et en nombre conséquents. La propreté est également à souligner ainsi que la communication aisée avec les hôtes. Bref, nous y retournerons !

The apartment is brilliantly located for both esf and oxygen ski schools, ski in ski out. We were a family of 4 and the apartment was perfect for us. Amazing views from the balcony great for lunches or a few drinks in the evening sun after a days skiing. Valerie is super helpful. We will hope to stay again! We had a lovely week!

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique chez Valérie cet été. Belle Plagne est très pratique avec tous les commerces utiles à proximité, très bien desservie pour aller aux autres stations de la Plagne et aux différentes activités qui sont très nombreuses en plus des randonnées ! L’appartement est très bien situé , très confortable et très propre ! En plus il y a une vue superbe du balcon et un couché de soleil magnifique!! Valérie est charmante, je recommande vivement et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !!

Nous avons passé un super séjour malgré la fermetures des remontées mécaniques. L'appartement est complètement conforme à l'annonce . Une vue magnifique sur la montagne emplacement idéal. Merci aux propriétaires , à la conciergerie qui reste très disponible et aussi au site Abritel où le personnel et très aimable lorsque nous les avons en ligne. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !! Perfect for our small family

Perfect for our small family

I've been to La Plagne before but this was my first time Belle Plagne and it wont be the last. Belle Plagne was absolutely perfect for my family, we are all intermediates happiest on blue and red and we skied in different places nearly every day. Although the slopes were busy, as it was the New Year, you could always find a quieter piste somewhere (try the red sources from the Rio lift or over the blues and reds in montalbert). The resort itself is beautiful, as the name suggests, the bars and restaurants are family friendly and I always felt comfortable taking my 11 year old with me. The location of this apartment is outstanding. From the position in the village close to all the amenities, to the outlook over the beautiful mountains. The mid afternoon on the south facing balcony is beautiful in full sun and the evenings you have amazing sunsets and then a back drop of moon lit mountains when the sun is set covered with groomers which are mesmerising, especially for my 11 year old. Valerie the owner could not do more for you in terms of communication, the welcome book she provides is comprehensive and was really helpful, especially with the process for finding the car park and the concierge service. She responded to a query while I was there within 24 hours. The apartment is well kitted out and although compact, it is very clean and has modern appliances. We used the raclette and the fondue set whilst we were there which was great fun and made a great coffee with the Philip's Senseo machine (it takes the bags not the pods btw). It was great to have a bath, as some apartments this size dont have them, I need one after a days skiing. The lifts are quick and as there are two you are not stood waiting. A couple of hints for those who do book: You pay a deposit which you get back as soon as you have left the apartment clean and tidy with no damage. The apartment has cleaning things, sponges etc. The concierge, where you get the keys, is the Tabac which is tucked behind another shop. Just ask a local...I didn't see it at first. The car park is literally the end of the road at the top of the resort. When you enter you need to keep going until you see the Pierre Vacances signs and them Castillo. It's highly unlikely you will park near the apartment entrance, to reduce the distance you have to ferry bags, park near the entrance to drop off temporarily, then park properly once you've dumped the bags. You pay on exit and can use cards.

Un excellent séjour proche de tout!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans l'appartement de Valerie cet été. Il est très joli, fonctionnel et possède tous les équipements nécessaires. La vue est super avec le coucher de soleil en prime, à admirer sur la terrasse. Proche des commerces et de la cabine la roche du mio, c'est un excellent point de départ pour de jolies balades. La communication et les échanges avec les propriétaires ont été impeccables.

Appartement pas très grand mais très propre, très bien équipé et joliment décoré! Il est très agréable d’y séjourner et la vue est magnifique ! Il est situé au pieds d’une piste et les cours ESF sont maximum à 100 mètres. Du coup il est possible de quitter l’appartement ski à pieds et d’y revenir en ski. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Par ailleurs la propriétaire est très sympathique et la communication est très aisée. Je recommande!

Nous ne connaissions pas La PLAGNE et nous sommes ravis d’avoir choisi Belle Plagne, le plus joli village de la station de notre point de vue. L’appartement est idéalement situé car La résidence callisto surplombe la station toute en étant à proximité des points d’intérêt. On accède directement aux pistes au pied du bâtiment, l’ESF est à 30m, les commerces sont accessibles par un escalier ou ascenseur à 5 minutes. L’appartement est fonctionnel et cosi. La vue est imprenable, le soleil donnant sur la terrasse dès le midi et devient pénétrant dans l’après-midi : magnifiques couchés de soleil. Et des la nuit tombée, le balai des dameuses commencent au plus grand plaisir de nos enfants et de nous mêmes. De nombreux placards permettent de ranger l’ensemble des affaires ce qui est très agréable dans ce genre de petits appartements. L’équipement est complet, de l’appareil a fondu, raclette,... Le petit coin lit superposé a très bien convenu aux enfants, le lit gigogne du salon étant facilement modulable pour les parents dans le séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet appartement.

This is a great apartment with modern up to date facilities in a great location. Very comfortable and the owner was very helpful and thought of everything to make our stay hassle free. The apartment is in a great ski in ski out location and close to shops, bars and restaurants. I would not hesitate to recommend and will look to stay here again. The owner is very helpful and provided lots of information before our stay.. Thank you Valarie, we will certainly look to return in a future season.

Appartement très confortable pour 4 personnes, malgré la petite surface. Très bien agencé avec de nombreux rangements, un équipement flambant neuf et complet, et une literie confortable ! La situation aux pieds des pistes, avec la vue dégagée est idéale, parking sous-terrain juste sous la résidence (payant), commerces à proximité. Un grand merci aux propriétaires, toujours joignables et aux petits soins ! Accueil chaleureux de la conciergerie "la Clef des Neiges". Nous avons passé un très beau Noël blanc, et nous reviendrons sans hésitation ! 👍�😉�😃�
