About this house rental

Casa Polanco is a solar powered, green home. This home has two rooms, a master bedroom with a queen and a twin bed with spacious closet and a second room with a queen and twin size bed. There is a nicely furnished leaving room, dinning room, two bathrooms and a kitchen equipped with a full size refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, pots, pans, dishes, utensils ,silverware and coffee maker. The house also has two full bathrooms, two terrace, one with TV and the second one with a dinning table for outdoor meals next to a full outdoor kitchen. in addition, it has a salt water pool with a sun deck to enjoy during the day or at night.

The House has an A/C unit in the living room that also cover the dinning area and kitchen and hallway, plus an a/c unit in each rooms and ceiling fans in many areas of the house, LCD 60 inches flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, Wi-Fi, Washer & Drier, Iron & Board, BBQ Grill and Patio furniture.

If need more accommodation for family groups, there is an apartment next to the house for two additional persons. Please inquire about more information.

The house is located in a very convenient and safe place, five minutes from Rafael Hernandez airport, minutes away from beaches, recreational places, Las Cascada water park, good wide range of restaurants, golf court, convenience store, post office, bowling alley , casino, skate park and much more!

Really enjoyed our stay in the Casa Polanco house. Centrally located, clean, with all the basics you need for a comfortable stay. We have no complaints about our stay and would definitely use this place again next time we come to the area. Close to airport but airplane noise was not an issue at all. Nice quiet, safe neighborhood.

We originally planned to stay 3 nights and then head to Fajardo for 5 days but on the 3rd day we did not want to leave and booked a 4th day. The house is everything that it looks from the pictures and it’s just perfect and a great location. We visited a lot of the beaches in the area and crash boat was our favorite. 2nd day we visited Gozalandia waterfalls and spent an half a day swimming and our 8 year old liked jumping from the rocks. They had a great restaurant at the waterfall area as well. On the 3rd day we drove to Rincon to see the beaches in that area. We then went on to Fajardo to stay in a resort and it was great but we said we would come back to this house and stay again the whole time when we return to Puerto Rico in 2023

The house is well kept and clean, everything you need for a pleasant stay is provided. The owner had great communication and took care of our requests promptly. We mainly just slept at the house but it has everything you need to spent your days there as well. Thank you for hosting us, you will be our first choice when we come back to Aguadilla

Wonderful stay!

Three friends and I stayed here for a vacation/wedding trip and absolutely loved it. Super close to multiple beaches and a great backyard for when you just want to be outside without being at the beach. Michelle was very easy to communicate with through the app and always willing to help us. The rooms are way bigger than we expected and the beds are very comfortable! All around, I would highly recommend this home.

It was a great place to stay with the family. We enjoyed every bit of it . My boys loved the backyard. The beaches are 5 to 7 minutes away from the house. Michelle the owner was great with responding to any questions or concerns we had. I will definitely stay there again on my next vacation. The property is clean and in good condition. The owner has decorated it beautifully in a beach theme. The beds were comfortable and it was great to have AC in the bedrooms. The living room has comfortable seating and a TV but we spent all our time on the covered patio which was cool and breezy. The outdoor seating was comfortable and it was nice to have a hammock as well. The modern washer and dryer were much appreciated, as were the beach chairs. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. We would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone (except possibly to people with small children because of the many lovely decorative items which would necessitate lots of ¨kid-proofing¨. I am sure there is nothing else comparable available for such a reasonable price.

Worst stay ever neighbors was fighting across the street cops were called ......first day I got there the dumpster truck didn’t take the trash and left all this glass in the street I had to sweep up in order to drive my car in the driveway the landlord tried to charge me for using the towels sent me pictures of small spots said they were completely damaged she’s not a big fan of trash being put in the trash can as there big trash bin outside was full and never picked up the tried to blame me for breaking a table top that I clearly told her it was put away in the closet I stood there with my 3 yr old a 7 month old baby and my husband no a/c in the living room until u find out they charge a separate fee for that was never mentioned which who charges to use a a/c when you spend 600 to stay there for 4 days???? Lol that should of been automatically included u live in Pr it’s hot and muggy outside hotel would of been a better option next time property manager came by every single day knocking on the door with random excuse to pass by no privacy once so ever they kept saying they were there cuz the apartament next door is going to be rented but never was it’s not a whole house it’s actually four units in one with every apartment u share with a possible person who rents out the garage there is no actual garage the house was nice and clean we cleaned it as well before leaving but she actually complained and said it was dirty which wasn’t and I didn’t think going on vacation would of been such a headache with back and forth messages of fake damage property using towels is not considered a damage fee for all that they shouldn’t provide them at all especially the washer and dryer there is no dishwasher as it is broken so we couldn’t use that either her house keeper was just to nosey smiled in your face act all nice and rubs and tell the real owner a whole bunch of bs for no reason and complained about every single thing it was a nightmare felt like I was in jail with jail house rules it’s ok to come with just your honey If u can get rid of the property manager all up in your business and don’t bring your kids they complain the first day we got there it was just so annoying then I tried to make a police report of the fake damages she claimed soon as I said that then she gave me my refund back about the glass that was not broken once so over i checked out and stayed somewhere else with my money to much drama for me you come to relax not worry !!

We know that Weather conditions in PR is hot this time, found out no A/c in the rest of the house the rooms ok, after I made my reservation and got here I found out it was miserable...in top of that no power no back up plan I wasn't allowed to star the generator it was misereble for power!!!! My wife got sick!!!!bad experience

Great location. We love Aguadilla. Having washing machine, patio area and outdoor shower makes it work well. I wish the dishwasher worked as we needed to do a number of meals at the house.

I stayed at Casa Polanco for a week and I absolutely fell in love with this beautiful, clean, cozy home at Ramey Base, Aguadilla. I brought my Senior Dad on this trip. This was his Father's Day Present and he loved it. The property is minutes away from the Aguadilla Airport. There is Ramey Bakery for a delicious breakfast, great local restaurants, beautiful beaches, local grocery, casino, Aguadilla Mall, and other close tourist attractions. Michelle Gonzalez, the owner, was very pleasant. She was always prompt in responding to any questions. I highly recommend Casa Polanco. I definitely look forward to staying at this great home, in a convenient location in the near future. Thank you Michelle!

My party of 6 stayed at Casa Polanco for a weekend getaway to Puerto Rico. The home is clean, comfortable, and just two minutes from the airport. Not to mention, the backyard is amazing. There are plenty of food options nearby. We went to several local restaurants including Ramey Bakery, Levain, and Desecheo. For the younger crowd, there is a local bar near Ramey Bakery where you can have a drink, play pool, and enjoy nice music. The house is also super close to the lighthouse ruins, Jobos Beach and Crash Boat Beach, which we are convinced is the best beach on earth with its pristine waters. We definitely recommend renting a vehicle to get around the island. Michelle is also a joy to work with it. She was very accommodating to our needs and was always available to us, even when we arrived at 4 in the morning. The overall atmosphere was warm, friendly, and simply amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was clean and adorable. We had everything we needed there. Beaches, local grocery, and restaurants / bars are within 10 minutes. There's a wonderful bakery you can walk to for a meal or snack. The people in this area are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back! Thanks for having us.

The location of the property is fantastic, could not be any better, close to Base Remey, Aguadilla Airport, Crash Boat beach, other nearby beaches and Isabella, Very close to shopping and several great dining options, bowling, billiards and much more. The house is very clean and very well maintained with beautiful landscaping, outstanding customer service from the owner, would recommend this property to friends and relatives and indeed look forward to repeat stays in the near future.

I highly recommend this rental. Very clean , nice neighborhood and very close to beaches and airport. Everything was exactly as advertised. There were three of us on a surf trip and there was plenty of space . very nice back yard area. The WIFI was a little spotty at times but not a big deal. Mrs Gonzales was very easy to deal with and prompt in returning any questions. We will book this place again next year!
