Coastal Pursuit condo at Emerald Towers West is directly on the beach ☀️ at Fort Walton Beach, Florida on Okaloosa Island. Destin is just 5-10 minutes away. Our condo has been professionally remodeled & decorated, updated and upgraded. Every rental comes with free beach service which is two beach chairs and one beach umbrella 🏖️from March through October. Amazing views of the sugar white sands of the beach and the Emerald green turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You are so close you can hear the waves so let them lull you into a well deserved nap. The balcony affords the perfect spot to relax and watch the beach activity and search for dolphins 🐬Great sunsets right from the balcony.

You have access to the beach just a short walk over the dunes using the private walkway. You will not have to pack up your car to drive to the beach access, carry your chairs & coolers, etc. across a road to the beach. You are here!

Inside the condo you will find everything you need to enjoy your stay with the comforts of home.

The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed along with a 50"flat screen TV. Inside the master you will find the master bath with a walk in shower and a vanity with one sink.

The second bedroom has king bed along with a 44" flat panel tv. Right next door you will find the second bathroom, which has a combination tub/shower and a vanity with one sink.

Quality linens, bedding, bath towels, hand towels and washcloths are provided for your use. (We do NOT provide beach towels). There is a hair dryer in each bathroom.

The spacious living area features extra-wide sliding doors that allow for amazing views right from the couch which has a queen-sized sleeper sofa, as well as other comfortable seating. A large 55" flat screen TV is available in the living area for your entertainment.

The dining table seats four, and there are three barstools at the kitchen counter.

The kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances (microwave, refrigerator, stove/oven & dishwasher) and dishes, glassware, flatware, pots & pans, coffee maker (traditional which will require filters) and a small keurig, toaster, and blender. There will be a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags but you will need to bring additional supplies or grab them at the store if you are staying more than two days or have a large group.

There is a full size washer and dryer stacked in the front utility closet.

The building has parking in front and also an elevator for your convenience. There is an area by the pool that has a charcoal barbecue grill. (You have to bring your own charcoal for the grill).

There is a pool pool🏊‍♂️in the front of the condo which is heated in the winter by the parking lot.

I do not advertise on craigslist, ask for a wire transfer or direct bank deposit. Please highly consider travel insurance as we are unable to provide a discount for weather, illness,or travel related issues. Covid and flight delays are especially prevalent these days.

This was a memorable vacation and this apartment was beautiful. One of the nights spent on the patio watching the waves we agreed, we’d come back every year for the rest of our lives. I think that speaks volumes about this apartment and location.

We had a very pleasant stay in this unit. Although the building feels a bit dated, the unit itself has been refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. The best feature of this condo was its view of the beach. Highly recommended...

We normally stay in Destin and rent condos of similar size, where the beaches are not overcrowded. However, this time, all the vacation spots we usually visit in Destin were fully booked. Luckily, we found a property across the bridge that was very similar, if not identical, to what we normally rent in Destin. The communication with Scott was excellent, and the property had recently been refurbished. Great job, Scott and the team! The unit was beautiful! One of our top priorities is to find beaches that are not crowded, and we were pleased to find that the beaches near the property were not crowded at all. In contrast, the beaches to our right and left were noticeably more crowded.

Loaction on 2nd floor is convenient. Small building = fewer people = less crowded beach. Added benefit of two chairs and umbrella waiting for us every morning is a plus. Unit was updated with very nice flooring, showers, TVs, comfortable beds, lots of ceiling fans, A/C was cool and efficient. This is a good basic unit, not classified as "high end" luxurious, but definitely provided value and we would stay there again.

The condo was exactly as described. Very nicely decorated and very comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it appeared to be very well equipped. Beautiful view of the ocean and loved having the chairs and umbrella service. We drove into Destin for dinner one night but preferred the quiet and less traffic of Ft Walton. Very nice place to stay.

My spouse and I were long overdue for a beach trip and with what seemed to be unlimited rental options this property stuck out to us. The condo was well decorated, clean, and had a beachfront view. It is in a quiet lower traffic area as well. We absolutely would recommend anyone looking to choose this one and we will certainly be back.

Balcony was wonderful. Directly overlooks beach/ocean. Condo updated and extremely clean. Convenient access to walkway to beach. Beach umbrella and chairs were included and this was so nice. We were concerned the condo would be too far from everything, but this is not the case at all. Just a few minutes drive to the pier area. Kitchen floor space small. Condo sits on a slightly elevated area. Parking directly next to the condo on a slant. Would return again.

We decided to take a last minute long weekend vacation for my husband’s birthday and couldn’t have found a better spot. We had our two year old with us as well and brought bed rails to use on the second king bed, which worked out perfectly! The ideal size for our little family of three and the beautiful view of the gulf made this weekend one we’ll never forget. Scott (property manager) was quick to respond with any questions before, during, and after our stay.

We stayed a week and were very pleased with the property. The host was very responsive to questions and requests. The condo is situated ideally, being close to the water and on the quiet end of the island. The restaurants were close and so were groceries etc. Beautiful, beautiful beach! My only wish would have been a safety bar in the bathroom.

We had an issue during our stay however the owner immediately responded and saw that the issue was resolved. We have been staying at ETW for the last several years. Love how close it is to the beach and it is less crowded than most others. Perfect for peace and solitude.

Extremely clean, and easy to access. Had everything you would need for a whole week, we just brought groceries. Alot to choose from for shopping and dinning around the area, and the beach was very clean. We have already started planning out next visit here. This condo was perfect for a short girls get away. Destin was literally a 5min drive to all of our favorite restaurants. Our beach location was so laid back and not over crowded! Great view from the balcony

If you're looking for location, 5 stars. This is your typical Florida beachfront rental. Furniture is worn, broken appliances and closet doors. If you're looking for luxury and comfortable furnishings this is not it. If its conveniences, veiws and sounds of the surf. It doesn't get better than this!

Great communication, Scott always responded promptly to any questions I had!! Immaculately clean unit. Perfect location, best views and easy parking. Loved having direct access to the beach and this property was way less crowded than any other property around us on the beach! Complimentary beach umbrella and 2 chairs was an added plus! I have nothing negative to say about this place, we will be back in the future!!

The unit was wonderfully appointed and clean. The building is dated and appears unkempt outside. Noise from sliding doors from upstairs unit is very loud, and foot traffic is loud from above, however very quiet from adjacent units.

This condo was exactly as advertised. Easy check in when we arrived, condo was very well stocked and clean. Especially enjoyed being right on the beach and gulf. Loved the early mornings on the balcony with the sound of the surf rolling in. If I'm being really picky, the only negative would be the chest in the 2nd bedroom. It's not in very good shape and it's quite difficult to use for clothing storage. Otherwise, everything was great. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo is well appointed for a beach stay with great views of the gulf, sunset and sunrise views from the living room or master bedroom, and plenty of room for 4 or even 5 comfortably to stay for a visit. Beautiful property that a small group would enjoy. Very convenient location and quiet beach.
