We also own Ocean Blue 803, which is another 5 bedroom condo in Ocean Blue (vrbo listing # 4150070ha, https://www.vrbo.com/4150070ha). This is another 5 bedroom condo in the Ocean Blue resort on the desirable south side and above the motel next door. There are different size beds than Ocean Blue 503. Please take a look at the photos on that listing if the bed configuration for Ocean Blue 503 isn't ideal for your group. We, the owners, self manage both of our condos. This leads to the condo being maintained better than a property that is managed by a property manager. Since we are the owners, we can quickly answer questions about the condo.

Direct ocean front corner/end condo on the desirable south side of the Ocean Blue Resort. Experience one of the largest luxury condos in Myrtle Beach. On the 5th floor, 2850 sq. ft, 35 foot long, 300 sq ft ocean front balcony, 5 dedicated bedrooms, 4 full baths . Since it is an end unit, our condo spans from the street side of the building (with a private street side balcony) to the ocean side of the building (with a private oceanfront balcony). This property is very private with only 36 units......12 floors - 3 units per floor and 2 elevators. This complex, which was built in 2007, maintains a very private and exclusive feel, yet it's close to all the action Myrtle Beach has to offer! This unit is perfect for extended/multiple families. This property is outfitted with a covered parking garage and pass code locks on all common doors. Who could forget the heated indoor pool, lazy river, Jacuzzi, and outdoor oceanfront pool.....and the soft white sand and the gentle Atlantic Ocean!
Our condo has spectacular views from the balconies! Since the neighboring building on the south side of our condo is only 4 stories tall, and our condo is on the 5th floor, we have incredible unobstructed views of the beach looking south from the balconies and most of the rooms in the condo! The street side balcony has a nice ocean view as well! Only the 5 bedroom condos on the south side of Ocean Blue above the 4th floor have this spectacular view of the beach.
The best part is the view of the ocean from your 5th floor master suite and elegantly decorated living area. After a day at the beach basking in the warm summer sun, you'll enjoy your own wet bar, living room with flat screen TV & streaming DVD player, media room with LCD TV & streaming DVD player, and plenty of space to accommodate your family/friends. In this masterpiece, you'll find LCD TV's in all bedrooms, full size washer/dryer, free WiFi, and two refrigerators to accommodate any size parties! There is a 35 foot long private oceanfront balcony off of the master suite as well as the living room, and all bedrooms have a view of either the ocean or the grand strand! All of the bedrooms have exterior windows that allow natural light in! A second private balcony that provides spectacular street views is located off of the queen suite. This building aims to please, provides easy access for all age groups, and is handicap accessible (Note: condo contains some 34" doors and the kitchen might not be wheelchair accessible).
A fully equipped kitchen, that includes 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 coffee pots, Keurig, waffle maker, crock pot, etc. Our condo contains 7 cable LCD TV's (approximately 100 channels), 2 streaming DVD players, in unit free Wifi, and in building free Wifi.
This property is located on South Ocean Blvd, near 27th Ave South, in the Myrtle Beach South area. This is a quiet area at the southern end of Myrtle Beach.
Banana boat rides, para-sailing, and jet ski rentals are available at Downwind Sails Watersports, a short walk down the beach.
Shops, restaurants, and a movie theater are located at Market Commons, a short 2 mile drive west of the condo.
Bath towels and linens are included with each rental.
We attempt to keep 4 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, and a beach umbrella in the condo. We can't guarantee they will be available due to damage from prior guests. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent from the life guards in season.
Ocean Blue 503 sleeps a maximum of 12 people, which assumes a mixture of adults & children. Some of the beds are not suitable for adults (ie bunk bed). Please look at the pictures and bedroom information closely. Our condo is not suitable for 12 adults. Note: fire code limits the condo to a max occupancy of 14 all 24 hours of the day, including children of all ages. Exceeding the max occupancy will result in immediate termination of the stay without any refund and additional charges to the traveler!
No Motorcyles, RVs, or trailers are allowed on the property per HOA rules!
No pets/animals allowed. We are a animal free property.
Note: 2 vehicles can park in the attached parking garage. Additional vehicles may be parked in metered street spots or the parking garage of the resort next door for an additional charge.

This 5 bedroom condo was PERFECT for our family vacation. My wife and I took our 3 adult children, their spouses and 3 and 1 year old grandchildren to the condo. Place was very clean and well maintained. We had plenty of room for the 10 of us. Balcony was wonderful. Kitchen had everything we needed. The two refrigerators really helped. We all used the outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub and lazy river everyday. Not crowded at all. We also went to beach everyday, not crowded on the beach either. We went back and forth a lot, left our stuff on the beach all day, no one bothered it. It was great being able to watch the parasailing and jetsking right out front everyday because the rental place was only a couple hundred yards away. Place was very convenient to playgrounds, mini golf, par 3 golf, Broadway at the Beach and the boardwalk. Everyone said they all want to go back next year. We loved our stay! Condo was exactly like the listing/pictures. John was very helpful when we couldn’t figure out how to get hot water, which ended up being nothing more than giving it a few extra minutes to get hot.

We enjoyed the spacious condo, plenty of room for our group of 11, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The view couldn’t get any better access to the beach was perfect. We did many tourist activities in the area. The only thing we would change is that the condo association does not recycle. Would definitely come back.

The condo was nice & had what we needed for the week. We did notice mold in the shower curtains & white coffee pot in kitchen. Our biggest issue was that the complex was not kid friendly at all. Our extremely well behaved children were constantly approached by adults asking what they were doing in the hot tub, where parents were etc. Also, the indoor heated pool was closed for maintenance half the week. This would have been nice to know before we booked. If you are adults only, this seems to be a good spot.

John’s condo was the perfect place for a family gathering. The 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and great living area gave everyone the space they needed. The view from the terrace was awesome, and beach/pool access couldn’t have been easier. The location was also perfect, close to everything. Check in was seamless and John was super helpful and responsive. Would definitely rebook here in the future!

This condo was definitely luxurious and upscale. Sporting two refrigerators and two dishwashers and two ovens, you could definitely entertain a large crowd here. Our only complaint was that the main living room had a very awkward furniture layout which was not great for viewing the ocean, nor was it comfortable for most to view the TV, either. Other than that, it seemed clean, well-maintained, had great amenities, and easy access to the beach. The lazy river was fun! We really enjoyed our stay.

Other than being 'away' for my daughter's wedding a few years ago we've not taken a vacation with our children and their spouses. My son graduated from Coastal Carolina a few years ago and we wanted to get back to the area. The 5 brs/4baths and the location by the airport worked well. The weather was overcast and rainy parts of everyday, so being right on the beach with a pool was great so we didn't have to go far in case we needed to get back in quickly!

This condo was very clean and comfortable. The decor was nicely done. There was lots of room for our family of 9. No problems with anything not working as it should. Family enjoyed the large balcony and having the media room was great as another gathering place. John was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had.

Beautiful ocean front condo.. family of 10..each family and children having a bedroom with a bath..wonderful family time cooking and eating, large fully supplied kitchen while the children spent time at the beach and pools..Walmart right down the street which was very convenient. Many attractions for a fun full week. John the owner called several days before arrival explaining the policies of the condo which was helpful.. parking is very tight so be careful if you drive an oversized SUV..

We had a wonderful family trip
The property is beautiful. Rooms are huge, views are outstanding, John and Jen have everything you would need to go to the beach and many many kitchen supplies. Kitchen is fully loaded with every dishes, pot and pan, etc. I had a few questions and John replied back in minutes. I will definitely be booking again with them. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Owners are awesome and great communication(even gave me recommendation for a beautiful park to visit with my granddaughter).
Condo was overly stocked for a large group which was appreciated! Plenty of beach stuff for use too. We could tell 503 has been well maintained and was very clean.
Views were amazing from balcony(exception of the building being demolished to the right of the condo)
Everyone we encountered on the premise was helpful.
Mini mart and a few restaurants within walking distance. North Myrtle Beach is within 5 minute drive and parking was definitely not overpriced!

I can’t say enough about this property. The views alone are worth booking. We had 4 adults and 3 children and everyone had their own space and room. The condo is immaculate and the building is very well maintained and managed. John was wonderful to communicate with and made our stay so easy. The kitchen has an abundance of cookware and utensils, and there are plentiful of beach supplies, toys, and pool rafts for guests to enjoy. The beach is quiet and so accessible from the unit. The only hard part of the stay was leaving! We’ll definitely be back to visit Myrtle Beach in this gorgeous condo!

Family Vacation
Condo was not clean, peanuts and puzzle pieces on the floor in the living room. Dust under TV had not been cleaned either. We had to wash all dishes prior to using them, they were put away with sauce all over them. Bedside table in one room still had crumbs on them, the same room had broken blinds and what we think was blood on the wall. Sink in kitchen did not work which made it hard to cook and clean up. It was fixed two days after check in. Very disappointed that I had to pay a cleaning fee when it was apparent that no one cleaned prior to us checking in and we had to clean the entire condo.

The property is right on the ocean. The sound at night of the waves crashing is so relaxing. The size was perfect and fit 2 families comfortable. I would recommend this property to a large family or a good sized group.

Yea!!!It is hard to find facilities that have good sleeping arrangements for 7-9 adults...this one did! Kitchen well supplied...even had large pots for a low country boil! The 2 refrigerators were wonderful... one for drinks and one for food. Start up supplies were plentiful. Loved the rockers on the balcony! Pictures online were accurate. Thoroughly enjoyed the lazy river and the hot tub... indoor pool too! Outdoor pool was nice too look at, but too cold this time of year... no problem there though. My only complaint was parking (and I realize the owner has no control over that). We had 3 vehicles ( which is not uncommon when you have 9 people...). Only 2 could park in the garage and the spaces were very tight. We had to park one car on the street at a meter (not ideal). I wish some exceptions could be made for the time of year. We were there Sept 19-26 and there were TONS of visitor spots open, but we could only use one. Everything else about the condo was great!

Beautiful view!
Great view with top to bottom windows looking out on the deck and ocean. The deck is very large with plenty of seating for everyone. The condo was spacious and comfortable, and very nicely decorated. We would definitely recommend this condo, and we plan on coming back!
