Enjoy our little piece of paradise! This SUPER clean, one bedroom, one bath unit has been recently remodeled and updated. In the heart of Kihei, you are walking distance to beautiful Charley Young Beach, famous Kamaole Beaches 1, 2, and 3, and popular Cove Beach, fantastic restaurants, incredible happy hours, shopping and more. You'll love the 3 private pools along with the newly resurfaced 6 championship tennis courts on the property. The kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook a great meal or bbq on one of the gas grills just outside of our unit. The kitchen boasts new bamboo, soft-close cabinets, new refrigerator, granite countertops, flat electric stove, oven, new pots/pans, blender, coffee pot, Keurig, and more. There is also a brand new washer/dryer in the unit. In the living room, you'll enjoy the brand new 55” flat screen tv, dvd/ blue ray player, and cable tv. The comfortable new couch folds out to a queen size bed with a memory foam topper. The over-sized ground floor private lanai has a table, umbrella, and 4 chairs so you can enjoy your morning coffee, have meals, or enjoy a mai tai. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed with a new memory foam topper, new bedding, a tv, a large dresser, nightstands, a ceiling fan, and large closet. The completely remodeled bathroom has a walk in shower, granite counters, medicine cabinet, a removable shower head, new towels, and a hair blow dryer. Don't worry about beach gear! We have brand new Tommy Bahama chairs, an umbrella, an ice chest, a new boogie board, and sand toys. There is also a portable playpen, if needed. We also provide complimentary wifi. There is air conditioning throughout the unit to keep you nice and cool. You'll love being able to just grab your beach gear and head out across the street to beautiful Charley Young Beach. Property is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Interior was nice, very clean and well stocked with beach accessories, etc. We booked this property weeks in advance and had no communication with the hosts until we finally reached out to them just a few days before our flight to Maui and obtained access information. Did not hear from the hosts the entire 9 days we stayed there, and no communication after we left. Would have appreciated them checking in while we were there to see if everything was going ok, and a thank you after we left for staying at their property would have been appreciated.

Our family had an amazing stay here during our trip to Maui. This location is superb in terms of location and ease of access to our favourite beaches. We enjoyed morning coffee on the outdoor patio to start the day off right. We look forward to visiting again.

I recommend this unit. very good communication, the landlord responds quickly to questions. the condo was very clean, no need to do any cleaning when I arrived, I'm very dismissive. The condo is at ground level with a beautiful terrace, a stone's throw from the barbecue, the swimming pool, the premises are secure, there is private parking. Shops are close by, grocery stores, restaurants and boutiques. The beach is across the street a minute's walk away and is very beautiful. You have the possibility to use the owners' chairs and parasol. I could tell you more. I recommend this condo and want to return

The only bad thing about this condo was how hard it was to leave. We stayed for a week with our two kids, ages 8 and 4. The Maui Vista complex is beautiful and very well maintained. Charley Young Beach, which is just a 5-10 minute walk across the street, is a long, picturesque beach with calm water in the mornings that was perfect for our kids to play in. We went there nearly every morning and some afternoons too. The condo itself is very quiet and has a nice lanai overlooking a large shared lawn that was great for eating outside. The unit is very clean and has everything you could possibly want, even child life jackets which our kids wore every day. It's also walking distance to a large ABC Store with a wide variety of reasonably priced meals that we went to often. We'll absolutely be staying here again next time we visit Maui.

Property Smelled wonderful with beautiful flowering trees. Condo had everything we needed snorkel beach chairs cooler. Lots of clean lien and beach towels. Property Never felt crowded, plenty of parking. Near Charles young beach great for children 5/6 . Easy check-in process. Da Best shave ice and ABC store 2 min drive.

Place is very clean and well ordered. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Washer and dryer is a plus. 2 individual packets of laundry soap were provided and appreciated. AC and fans are awesome! Beach equipment including towels, umbrellas, chairs, cooler, snorkeling and tennis gear, child life vests were all provided free and this is a huge plus. Even freezer packs for the cooler. Really nothing we couldn't find among the kitchen utensils and cookware. BBQs are just a few steps away with free propane provided. It's about a 6 or 7 minute walk across the street to some awesome beaches. The location is far enough back from Kihei Ave so you don't hear traffic. The backyard area is very cool with a large lawn and coconut trees/flowers. It's shared but feels very private when on the individual lanai. You can't see the parking lot or any other condos from the back. We left the curtains open all the time. I really preferred this to an upper floor. The place is within walking distance of a few restaurants and stores. ABC Store (my favorite) is up the street to the left and has a large deli with fresh cooked food, Poke, hot malasadas and musubi. For driving, condo is close to the Piilani highway if you are heading south, upcountry or to West Maui. Kihei has some great places to eat including a couple of food truck lots. The owner was super responsive. I sent a text with a question and they got back to me right away. Very reasonably priced.

Perfect place for us to stay with our 18-month-old and four year old. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants; groceries a short drive away. Condo was clean and comfortable and well equipped for basic cooking. Beach toys and pack and play too. also it was nice to have a pool on site. Thanks Bill and Lauri!

We had a great time at Bill & Lauri's place. Everything was clean and we loved the location close to all the spots in Kihei. Beach chairs and umbrella were invaluable and the snorkeling gear was a must!

The condo was just what we wanted.. Great location, clean , & well maintained . Had a little issue checking in because the entrance code had not been updated. But I was able to reach the owner and he was able to update it quickly. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at your property! It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beach chairs and umbrella were so great to have for the beach (I could see a wagon being helpful if more things were needed at the beach given there is a walk to the beach). It made our time on the beach so relaxing and enjoyable! Everything was clean and ready for our arrival! The keyless entry was fantastic as we didn’t have to worry about a key! The pools are on the smaller side (which for us wasn’t an issue…just a note for those looking). Bill was very responsive to any questions I had! Thanks for a wonderful stay!! It was a great first trip to Maui!

My wife and I were extremely pleased with Bill’s condo. The condo itself had everything we needed (except a kettle for us tea drinkers😉), with plenty of beach accessories and was very nicely decorated. Clearly some thought was put into making the condo feel comfortable. Bill was very responsive to any questions I had. Our first VRBO experience and overall a very positive one.

Owner was quick to respond to questions. Very clean. Set back away from the street so it’s nice and quiet. We never heard any of the neighbors even though all of the building seemed to be occupied. Cooked several meals there and everything we needed was provided. Comfortable bed. Nice to have a washer/dryer

We love our rental home away from home. The place was clean and had everything you need on vacation: fully stocked kitchen, bunch of beach towels, beach toys, surfing boards, snorkeling masks, beach chairs, umbrella, extra sheets, blankets etc. It’s 3 minutes walk to a beautiful beach, the property has 3 pools. Grocery stores and restaurants are in walking distance. The place is perfect, don’t think twice and stop your search… JUST BOOK IT!!!

We enjoyed our stay in Bill’s property. It was comfortable, central and safe base for our Maui trip.. it may seem pricey with all the fees and taxes, but this is Maui. And for what it is, this suite is very reasonably priced. The beach supplies (chairs, cooler bag, toys, towels, etc) is a great amenity. Access a great beach just by crossing the street. The suite was clean but not sparkling clean… snd we don’t expect it to be with rentals — the important thing is clean sheets, towels and clean enough for everything else. Bill was also a very responsive host, and check out instructions are clear (and simple!). I highly recommend.

The location of this condo is fantastic. Walking distance from a great beach, shops and restaurants. With the car we drove around the whole island to all the highlights. Property itself is nice although the complex is somewhat dated. Te condo itself was refurbished a while ago, which is nice. Communication with the owner was fast and convenient. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The condo is great - updated beautifully, lovely lanai to hang out on, a few minute walk to beautiful Charley Young Beach and conveniently located in Kihei close to Wailea, Kahalui and 20-25 minutes from either Lahaina or Pai’a. Hope to visit again soon. Hosts are great and a text message away.

We had a two week stay at Bill and Laurie’s condo and it quickly felt like home. It is well equipped with for all our daily needs. The complex seems to be well run and is quiet at night. The check in process is seamless. The cleanliness of the condo and the well groomed grounds met our expectations and any staff we happened to interact with were friendly. We can’t think of anything else our hosts could have done better!
