Perfekt geführtes B&B

Das Personal war super und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war klasse und mehr als ausreichend. Das Zimmer war groß, die Betten bequem und das Bad komfortabel. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, aber wenn man mobil ist, kann man alles gut erreichen. Wir waren jeden Tag unterwegs und haben alles gesehen, was wir uns vorgenommen haben. Die Unterkunft ist auch perfekt zum Wandern in dieser Gegend. Man kann von der Unterkunft direkt zum „Sentiero degli Dei“ gehen und wandern.

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt. Das Nachfolgende hat mit der Bewertung der Unterkunft nichts zu tun, gehört aber erwähnt, wenn man sich entscheidet mit dem eigenen Auto anzureisen oder mit dem Mietwagen und viel herumfährt. Der Verkehr in dieser Gegend ist sehr aggressiv bei den teilweise engen Straßen in dieser Gegend. Wir haben fast kein Auto gesehen, welches nicht beschädigt war. Sehr schlimm waren die Motorräder und Mopeds, die von allen Seiten überholten, was sehr zum Aufpassen war. Wir waren mit unserem eigenen Auto unterwegs und nicht mit einem Mietwagen, deshalb sind wir froh das wir unser Fahrzeug heil durchgebracht haben.

The best b&b I’ve ever experienced

The most perfect & pristine b&b set in the hills, it couldn’t be better. It’s run by a beautiful, friendly family. Arianna is a sweetheart, she recommended a hike to me & even dropped me at the start point! Breakfast was superb (the best scrambled eggs! & those homemade cakes 😍) I will surely return to this b&b, bellissima!

Relaxing with a great view away from crowded coast

It is a really nice location in the mountains away from the crowded coast, with an absolutely fantastic view to the Amalfi-Coast. The Path of gods is just a few steps away. The owner are fantastic. Friendly and engaged to help wherever they can.

It isn’t a dislike, more an information. The road to the hotel is a little bit challenging. Maybe you could remove the fridge from room 1 because it causes too much noise during the night ;-)

The warm welcoming, the little girl, made us laugh and happy, felt like arriving to a family home , the view and the nature around the place is wonderful, at night the view was magical , couldn't stop watching the moon, in the morning we injoyed the great breakfast outside in the beautiful garden with the singing birds in the background

The pillow was so high for us, we didn't ask to change - it was late when we got back to the room at night - I'm sure that if we did, they would change it.

Nice stay with very friendly peeople.

Very kind staff. We felt very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. We came to this hotel because We wanted to do a hiken closeby and we could just start the hike from the hotel. We left the car at the hotel wich was really nice.

Excellent B&B a short walk from path of the gods.

This property is beautifully located and although we found the mattress quite firm, overall the room and facilities were very comfortable. A well organised breakfast with plenty of choice, in the garden over looking the valley every morning was an absolute pleasure. The owners are very friendly and always happy to give advice about the area.

Great spot to see the path of the gods and to escape from the city with perfect hosts.

I love Villa Italia and had a wonderful time here. The staff picked us up from the bus stop, which was super helpful, because the location is nestled into the hills above the town about a 20 minute walk from Bomerano square. It makes for a pleasant afternoon hike, though it is a difficult trek with luggage. Breakfast was delicious and had a range of pastries, fruit, dairy options, as well as perfectly made espresso. This is an excellent location for starting the path of the gods hike, and there are many other trails that begin close to the villa that will deliver you to gorgeous views. I loved the staff here; they were incredibly informative and helpful, and even rescued us when a twisted ankle left us stranded on the hillside. This is a perfect place to get out of the crowds of Amalfi for a bit -- the incredible view of the sea and the town from your balcony will set your heart at ease.

This is not an easy location to get to. If you are not familiar with the Amalfi coast, you might look at the birds eye distance to Praiano or Amalfi and think that this spot is not too far away from the beaches. However, it's at least an hour bus ride to Amalfi (or a pricy taxi!) and SITA is a fickle mode of transport. It took us two and a half hours and some shenanigans (think: hitch hiking in a camper van along Amalfi drive) to get to Agerola from Praiano, and while it's a gorgeous escape from the touristy hubbub of the coastal cities, I wouldn't recommend this spot as a home base for coastal exploration.
