This is a GREAT budget-friendly place to spend a night or two!

I didn't take advantage of the breakfast b/c the hotel offered a 10% discount at a wonderful restaurant (Perkins) within walking distance. I have no knowledge of the hotel's breakfast offerings, but I enjoyed a Perkins' "Build Your Own" breakfast that was jaw-droppingly wonderful.

There was nothing I didn't like about this no-frills place! I particularly liked the fact that there's no carpet and that the floor was squeaky clean.

If I had known their mattress were worn out I’d probably just went somewhere else

The mattress was so uncomfortable that we couldn’t get to sleep. They really need a new mattress in room 312

The quietest and the king size bed. and the cleaning guys and gals are doing great!

I liked that it was away from all the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge but still in a good driving distance.

The room had an odor like it had been closed off for a long time. I went out and bought Lysol and air freshener but still smelled old.

Although updated, there was mold in the bathroom.

Loved the location and had an excellent experience at this location last time.

The paint on the door was peeling. There was a French fry on the floor; sticky night stand. Shower rod was loose making it impossible to take a shower without flooding the bathroom. Stains on the ceiling indicated a leaky roof.

Location And staff was nice

Dirty, bed spreads dirty, bathroom floor dirty, bathroom tub filthy. No extra toilet paper on 3 towels for 4 of us.

The availability of parking for truck drivers

There was an elevator outside that had a bunch of bird crap on it that even though it’s part of the structure needs to be cleaned up

Front desk staff were courteous and friendly

There is black mold in bathroom and around sink - We had a room initially that the fridge was out and had leaked all over the floor Then this room - we should have asked to move again Had to keep the bathroom door shut

Large rooms with up to date decor. Very good lighting in parking lot and in room.

Floors were sticky in spots and bathroom had hair in the tub and on floor.

Absolutely nothing.

Someone else's toothpaste on my sink, dirty covers, dirty floors. Ac was cooking but sounded like it was about to sling a rod! Someone else's leftovers in my fridge. Overall, just NASTY.

The room was not very clean, and there was no microwave in the room.
