Wow - this amazing brand new beautifully appointed single family custom beach home features ocean sunrise and bay sunset views with refreshing southerly breezes from the 2nd and 3rd floor decks. Located One Block from the beach, this home is centrally located to the Stone Harbor recreation center, which has tennis and basketball courts as well as baseball fields and parks for the family. You can park your car (3 parking spaces) and walk to 5 restaurants, Bud�s market, public bayside dock, and town. Six (6) large bedrooms, with five (5) full custom bathrooms as well as one (1) half bath, will be able to accommodate any size family and friends, with hardwood floors throughout. This home was designed to sleep 14 people comfortably. The main kitchen is complete with Carrera marble countertops, GE Premium Monogram built-in refrigerator and freezer, gas range/oven, built in Sharp microwave, and a huge 5 seat counter Height Island (5ft by 6.6ft) wide. The living and dining rooms are equipped with a separate wet bar, ice maker and under counter refrigerator. These rooms open up to an expansive covered second floor deck, this area is 420 square feet of additional living space. You can then proceed to the incredible one of kind in Stone Harbor third floor sun deck with its own wet bar, ice machine and under counter refrigerator; this area is over 510 square feet in size. The first floor family room overlooks the heated pool and Jacuzzi area where there is also a pool side covered pavilion this area is 168 square feet and storage area of approximately 100 square feet. This pavilion has a built in refrigerator, wet bar, ice machine, entertainment center, gas grill and lounge chairs in the perfect spots to ensure family and friends have an enjoyable experience in and out of the sun. This beautiful house is in a perfect location--2 short blocks to the beach; across from the Rec Center, and a few short blocks to "downtown". The house really looks like it belongs in a home design magazine. Well appointed, open floor plan, decks/porches/drink fridges/icemaker on every level, refreshing pool and outdoor cabana kitchen/TV and all the beach equipment anyone would need. The owner was helpful and very easy to work with.

Such a perfect house to stay at! We had the most wonderful wedding weekend there. The house was very accommodating for my family as my son was getting married at the nearby ICONA Hotel. The owners of this home have thought of every convenience for the renters and they are the nicest people also. We wish them well with this beach house....we would LOVE to rent it again!

This house was wonderful! Light, bright & modern. Loved the decor! Plenty of room (we didn't even use all the rooms) and located one block off the beach. We attended a wedding in Stone Harbor and this house was close to the bus pickup and all the activities. It was supplied with everything we needed and we especially enjoyed the second floor balcony with the L shaped sofa. We spent most of our time out there! Everyone had their own elegant bathroom and the layout was perfect for our group. The only problem was we needed more time there! Our trip went so fast! We would certainly come back again. Outstanding house - wonderful amenities. Great new technology that is easy to use & works well - many large flat screen tv's, new luxury kitchen appliances, ice maker & mini fridge on each level. Bedrooms on 2 levels, nice for early risers & late sleepers - beds very comfortable. 3 decks, one on each level, and wonderful pool & cabana area - so much space, plus great room is huge. Easy walk to town, stores, restaurants, playground and beach. We loved our stay here!

Rest A Shore House has been a wonderful experience! We brought our family down to Stoneharbor for our son's wedding weekend. The home is brand-new with elite modern appliances and beautiful fixtures! The beds were extremely comfortable, even the pull out sofa! It's very nice to have four of the bedrooms and a living area on the first floor, since we had my 95-year-old mother. Its great that there is a pool!! My grandchildren were able to float on the inner tubes, even though the water was cold! (Middle of May). It's two blocks from the beach and less than nine very short blocks from the main shopping and eating area in Stoneharbor. It's also near a recreational area, as well as the Windrift and the Icona Golden Inn, where we had two of our wedding functions. The owner is phenomenal! She contacted me several times before our stay to make sure that we had up-to-date information about entering and using the property. And she was just a phone call away from periodic calls from me with questions about closing up. I couldn't have asked for a more congenial and helpful owner. We hope to rent this gorgeous property again. We are already trying to find a time in the near future with the rest of our family. You will LOVE this house!!!

This property is absolute perfection. The owner was more than accommodating when we decided to stay an extra night.. everything is so well thought out, it is a perfect house for a large family or group... if you have kids especially I highly recommend this property because of the location... there are basketball courts, playground, large fields across the street and that alone is priceless! You will not regret staying in this lovely home! We are definitely booking this week for next year!
