About this house rental

Holiday cottage with a fantastic panoramic view from the first floor as well as from the balcony. The house is located approx. 50 m from the beach at Hvidbjerg. The house is very energy-friendly with 2 heat pumps, one for heating the house and the other for heating the pool. The 2 pumps were installed May 2015 and make the house very energy-friendly compared to houses without heat pumps. The house offers activities for kids and grown-ups alike with PlayStation3, table tennis, darts, basket hoop, boccia, playground with play tower, soccer goal, swing and sand pit. There is both an open and a covered terrace, suited for all weather conditions. The open plan kitchen and dining area has entrance to the centre of the house, the swimming pool room, with the pool, prefilled whirlpool for 4-5 persons, a sauna and a bathroom. The 1st floor living room has comfortable furniture from which you can enjoy the view over the area. 3 of 4 bedrooms have double beds. In the scullery you will find the washing machine and dryer. There is high chair and cot for the children. Nearby you will find a water park, badminton, tennis courts, golf course, bowling etc. No letting to youth and builder groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

It's a great place to stay as any kind of group, Just with small children you need to pay attention, the door to the pool was not able to lock, making it a hazard, But overal it is a lovely home to be at

Kinderfreundliche Ausstattung, toller Garten, Nähe zum Strand, Infrastruktur und Anbindung, großzügige Ausstattung - weniger gut ist, dass sich der Kompressor der Wärmepumpe/Pooltechnik nicht abstellen lässt, weswegen 24h/Tag ein niederfrequentes Brummen zu hören ist. Für diejenigen, die empfindlich sind, ist's nervig.

Wir haben das Haus ja extra ausgesucht und wussten ,dass es 2stöckig ist , im Nachherein ist es aber so,dass wir beim nächsten Mal doch wieder einen Bungalow nehmen werden ,dawir uns sowieso meistens im unteren Bereich aufgehalten haben und das Wohnzimmer im oberen Bereich so gut wie gar nicht genutzt haben.Ist aber eine Geschmackssache.

Die Nähe zum Strand ist super.Minigolf, Eisdiele/kl.Shop,Restaurant und Schwimmbad nur über die Strasse.Sehr viel Privatsphäre ohne das Gefühl der Abschottung. Schöner privater Garten mit Spielgeräten für Kinder.In der 2. Garage Tischtennisplatte und Dartscheibe. Trotz Campingplatz daneben keine Lärmbelästigung.Der Strand ist nie überfüllt und es ist hier durch das flache Wasser sehr familienfreundlich.Für kleine Kinder ist das Haus nur begrenzt empfehlenswert, da ein Treppenschutzgitter fehlt. die Wärmepumpe ist mitunter nevend,wenn´s eh schon warm ist.Aber nicht genug, um das Haus deswegen negativ zu werten. / War ein schöner Urlaub
