The home is beautiful and the area is beautiful! This home was clean and well stocked with anything you could need to have a large group! The beds were super comfortable. The outside covered area had room for 16 to gather and dine! This home made our weekend wonderful! Thank you!

Stayed with my family of 13 + 1 pup for the weekend, & we absolutely enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space to accommodate us all. The house was beautiful, the kitchen was fully stocked, there were plenty of towels/blankets, and only a couple minutes drive from the lake. Our only complaint was there was a sulfur smell that would come from the tap water from time to time, but it didn’t bother us too much. Other than that, would consider returning in the future and would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic time celebrating our wedding at this vacation house rental. The deck area was perfect for our 40+ guests, and we also enjoyed using the backyard as an additional lounge during the day to escape the sun.
We were looking for a house that allowed parties and had enough sleeping space, a covered deck, ample parking, and a good location. This house had it all, and we highly recommend it.
The house had everything we needed, and we were able to rearrange the furniture to create comfortable lounge areas. The parking was plentiful and easily accommodated more than ten cars.
The only issue we had was with the water. It smelled strange on Saturday, but we were prepared for it based on the comments we read and bought water from a nearby store in advance. Thankfully, it didn't bother us too much because everything else was perfect.
We hope to return next year to celebrate our anniversary with a smaller gathering and enjoy the place and location again.

Beautiful home, perfect for our family gathering of 14. Lots of places to relax and visit, or just enjoy the beautiful view from the front porch.

We had an awesome stay. The place is huge. and its well taken care of. The kitchen is fantastic. We forgot a personal item after check out, and the communication with the owner is fast and easy. Highly recommended.

This was a great property for our family. Every room had its own bathroom which gave everyone privacy and the living area was perfect for spending time together. The lake was a short walk away, it was cold by the lake this time of year, but it was beautiful! Joe and Rachel were super helpful, they gave us plenty of recommendations for enjoying the area, and they were very responsive whenever we had questions.
We really enjoyed this property and look forward to visiting the area again!

My friends and I rented this property for a long weekend and we had such a great time hanging out. There’s plenty of room for everyone. The property was fully stocked and communication with the owner was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent extended getaway at this cabin. One of the most well stocked prop I have stayed in. Communication, check in and stay were effortless and contributed to a very relaxing stay

House itself needs a lot of improvements for the price per night you’re paying. We loved the added holiday touches and multiple fireplaces. Main floor bathroom shower does not drain, tub also barely drains. Went all night and shower still did not drain.
Kitchen needs some serious deep cleaning. Inside of drawers are filthy, the high chair provided is dirty and gross, we started to clean it and then thought - we don’t even want to use this. Benches at kitchen dining table are about to collapse at any minute and extremely wobbly.
Host is unresponsive and when they do respond is completely unprofessional.
I own a vacation rental in Seattle and I’m writing my honest opinion of an overall not great experience for lugging your stuff up an icy hill to get to sub-par, run down furniture, and necessities within the rental at $775 per night. Would not book again.

We had a great time on a friend birthday trip at the Erb cabin and loved all the Christmas decorations and feel of the place.
The cabin was very well put together, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook big meals together and even had sharp knives which is a rarity in my experience with rentals.
The sulfur water issue that others mentioned was resolved by our trip and the sleds made it really easy to drag everything up to the cabin from the lower parking lot.
Only negatives to note:
-The mattresses, especially in the bunk beds, weren't very comfortable and might be time to replace them.
-the hot tub wasn't hot when we arrived and it took some work to figure out how to get it hot and it never got to the listed temp we think.
Overall we had a great time and would stay there again and highly recommend it for a fun group trip.

Nice big spot great, comfy couch and nice amenities. The lake close by is amazing! But that Sulphur smell in the water was awful. It doesn't go away no matter how long you run water. Some of us didn't bath because of it. Which is too bad because the bathtub looked great! Also I think the house rules book is wrong as it contradicted to the online listing a few places. Also we saw upon leaving we were supposed to be doing multiple loads of laundry before we left which is insane. For the fee we paid someone else can do the laundry.
Would rent again if the water odor was fixed tho!

Since we went inside of the house had a terrible smell and taste on the water like sewer, we couldn’t take a shower, we couldn’t use the water to cook, we couldn’t even wash our teeths we needed to use bottle of water to cook and wash the teeths.
We had 2 dogs and on the second day a extra guest which is additional of *** per the 2 days.
They charge on my card without my consent 1k saying that the dogs scratch the doors and had a stool broke on the kitchen, has been 4 weeks that the app is investigating and waiting for the photos to prove the damage and still no answer, and also we pay for a insurance for in case damage on the house until $1500.00 which didn’t make any difference.
The host is the most rude opportunistic and lier person I EVER had to deal with.
Our farewell for our friend was a nightmare because of this.
So if you want a nice house to rent and enjoy the weekend, that’s not the house!

I had a small ceremony at this property. It accommodated everyone perfectly. Beautiful views and it had everything we could need! We did notice the water smell but it wasn’t a big problem, but we did bring our own water. Would definitely recommend this property!

This is a beautiful three level home on a quiet property. Joe was very responsive to questions I had at check in, and the whole process was very smooth. There were only two minor quibbles I had, not so much with the listing as with the check in email. First, the instructions said there wasn't a wifi password - there is. It's in the property manual, but the manual wasn't readily apparent when we got in. Second, the water still smells strongly of sulfur even with the filtration system. The smell dissipated quickly though, if left to outgas for a coupld of minutes. That's just part of the aquifer though. The filter in the refrigerator works great, but the flow is fairly slow. I suggest bringing water for things like coffee (if you drink a lot) or other higher volume needs.

We used this location for a weekend wedding for a small group. It was such a wonderful space to gather and socialize, the rooms were well equipped and cozy, and the house was a lovely space. Plenty of parking, although there are a lot of machines and junk on the property. We loved the jacuzzi and downstairs bunks/man cave and the beautiful balcony view! The owners were communicative and accommodating, and we loved using the clubhouse by the lake. The neighborhood is very quiet, has nice views, and we even saw a big black bear right behind the house!
The only 3 negatives were that the water had a very strong sulfur smell which made it unpleasant for drinking and showering, there were some broken items, and the cleaning was pretty neglected. Particularly in the kitchen area (dust, grease on stove and dishes, mildew in coffee pot, very dirty fridge) and I found a dirty shirt and some trash from a precious guest in the upstairs room. The owner was notified and apologetic and said it will be addressed in the future.
Overall a lovely, comfortable place to have a casual gathering for a large group if the issues are addressed.

Fantastic property - beautiful, close to multiple lakes, hikes, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. Joe was awesome and gave us some great advice on where to go and what to do. One of the best places we have stayed.

Overall, we loved our stay. The outdoor space is truly stunning- there was plenty of seating for our group of 9 adults with tons of additional space/seating for a much larger group under the covered deck with fireplace/grill/overhead lights and even more uncovered deck space to lounge in the sun. However, there were two unexpected items that were not explained in the listing we wish we would have known: #1 The well water has a strong sulfer smell. #2 Many of the beds are not the sizes listed. Regarding #1: We were emailed one week before our reservation to give us check-in information and were informed in detail about the sulfer smell of the water and that some visitors prefer to bring their own drinking water. This is not mentioned in the property description except for the mention of a new filtration system to address the problem. We brought our own drinking water, at ran water as minimally as possible. The smell was strong and unpleasant, but we made it work. Regarding #2: A few of the "twin size" beds were no more than 3-inch thick cots on fold-out ottomans. This might be okay for a child, but was far too uncomfortable/short for the average adult. We had planned and paid for 12 adult women to stay at the cabin. Thankfully, only 9 came, or we would have had a much more challenging sleeping situation. In addition to the "twin" mattresses, be aware that there is only one true queen mattress as described in one of the upstairs bedrooms. The other two "queen beds" listed are queen bedframes with full-size mattresses on them (including in the master suite).
Finally, be sure you follow directions as given by the owner or you may be led on a very long, curvy, and narrow series of roads to get to the cabin. This happened to two of the cars that used their onboard navigation systems to direct them to the address.

Family independence retreat
The home was fantastic. A story book setting rustic 3 story home nestled on the side of a mountain in the wilderness of Cle Elam lake.
We all enjoyed the wildlife we experienced while there. The dear that traveled up the hill behind the home, the flock of wild turkey, chipmunks, and yes even the bear that visited us sometime in the middle of the night on the 4th of July. They got into the garbage and had it spread all over the hillside when we woke up in the morning. Took over an hour cleaning up the mess, sort of funny trying to pick up garbage while keeping watchful eye for return of the bear.
We were a little disappointed that we couldn't ride our quads in the immediate area. We had to go all the way to elk heights to find authorized off road riding area. And the wind blew so hard on the lake that we didn't even launch our boat.
Adults and kids all enjoyed the games available from pac man to Foosball to board games.
Visiting near by Ronald and Roslyn was a treat. The women and kids especially enjoyed visiting those towns while the guys enjoyed a game of golf at sun cadia and quading at elk heights.
All in all a fun family get together.

Fun for multiple families
We had a great time. Weather was bad so we didn’t use the lake but loved the space. Only issue was the smell of sulfur the entire time from the water. Hard to enjoy jet tub or drink tap wasters with the smell. Other than that, would highly recommend.

We were so happy with this property! Enough room for all of us without being crowded, and “quiet space “ as well for our autistic grandson! Especially appreciated a bathroom in each bedroom! Will definitely be back next year!

Time and Money Well Spent
We had a church Women's retreat at this beautiful house. The accommodations were perfect for our group. We had a couple questions on how to turn a few things on and a GFI trip but communication with Joe was quick and issues resolved fast. It was a refreshing walk down to the Lake and a good calf work out with the stairs in the house. The outdoor area with the fireplace and the BBQ was so nice.
The bedding was comfortable and the girls even had fun playing the PacMan game down stairs.
The fireplaces in the house took the spring morning chill off.
We all made some great memories and will most likely rent this home again. Thank you for keeping this home so accommodating.

Snow getaway
The house was great. Had everything we needed. The climb up the driveway from the parking area was dangerous with all the ice. Required too much work and too many trips to pull up all of our stuff in sleds.
