Owner was very responsive prior to arriving, check in was a breeze. My family loved the house, it was located close to everything we needed which was great. I would definitely recommend to family/friends and others, may rent here again next year if it’s available.

I live nearby, but my home can’t accommodate my family when they visit. This home had plenty of space for our 5 adults and one toddler group. The pool and outdoor area was nice and we enjoyed the golf course view. The curb appeal of the home is a 2 out of 5 and that is why it is not pictured. The neighborhood is decent for Port Saint Lucie and the beach is only 15 minutes away. The house and furnishings are dated, but the price suited my expectations. The TV remote situation in the living area is very confusing. They need labels on the many remotes. My biggest complaint about the cleanliness is that although the floors look clean, your feet will be filthy if you walk from one end of the house to the other barefooted. Also, only two trash bags and two dishwasher pods were provided for our 5 day stay. Some of the nonstick pans need replacement as they are scratched to the point of unhealthy. Overall, this home met my expectations for the price.

Great location and plenty of room for us four adults. It was very comfortable, but could use some updating to look even better. We spent several nights playing games out on the patio As a bonus, on our last day we saw an alligator in the pond out back. We would definitely come back again!

The house was clean .. had a problem with the pool being dirty .. house manager had it cleaned the next morning so that was wonderful .. the house is out dated .. needs some repairs and newer decor.. feels very dark .. not like a Fla home .. but overall we had a nice stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and clean. It had a great outdoor space and the pool was lovely. We were perfectly entertained throughout our visit. We played games, swam in the pool, made some wonderful meals, and ended most of our nights all curled up in the king size bed in the master bedroom for movie nights on the huge TV. The den was also a great space for us to play board and card games while my fiancé simultaneously watched football. We made many fun and amazing memories. We would absolutely recommend this house.

This is a great house! It's in a quiet neighborhood so it feels like home. The kitchen had more than enough cooking appliances and pots and pans. There are 4 different coffee makers, regular drip, french press, espresso machine and a kuerig! There were some spices and canned goods in the pantry that have been left by others to use, we left some water and seltzer. The tvs are all smart tvs and you can sign into your own streaming accounts. My kids loved that there were a few stuffed animals on thier need to greet them. The pool area is great! It is an older pool but we'll maintained! There were many pool toys in the garage we use?
Our host was very responsive when we had a small problem and was very understanding!
If we come to this area again we will stay here!

Family vacation
It is located in a good neighborhood that is close to everything you would need or want, including the beach. The house was clean and stocked with enough of the basics to at least get you through the first few days of your stay. Communication with the owner prior to our vacation and with the property manager during our vacation was great.

Very clean, almost to tidy!
Place is large, great accommodations. Set up to take pictures which was odd. No clean dishes as all set up on tables. Felt odd to use them as you would have to wash first. Pool and view was awesome. Gator in pond was fun to watch. All in all had a great time, would rent again. Thank you for sharing your home. As an aside, bikes were not rideable. No issue for us except our 15 year old granddaughter wanted to go for a ride.

We enjoyed staying at Laszlo’s property in Port Saint Lucie while visiting family. My kids loved the pool and we had easy access to the beaches and other sites around the coast area. Our week flew by and we’d love to come back.

Great getaway house!
Our vacation was great at this house! The place is bigger than the pictures show and the large pool area made for an even better stay! Just beware if you want the pool heated, it takes a few days to get there. Definitely would recommend this rental to anyone who wishes to enjoy some sunshine and swimming! The area is nice and quiet, so you are not disturbed by anyone. Owner is pleasant and quick to respond to any communication.

House is very nice. The beds TO HIGH! Bring Paper plates, cups, and cutlery for pool area. Everything is glass. Need to bring washcloths. Not enough for a family. The pool is nice but it takes 3 days for it to warm up in the winter months.

A Very Nice Place With A Few Minor Issues
Stayed here as a couple over the long Thanksgiving holiday weekend to get away from the cold and snow in Michigan. Booking process was easy and communication with the host was excellent. Laszlo was very responsive to all inquiries through the VRBO messaging system. He was very accommodating in regards to the pool heat since it's always impossible to predict what the weather will be like and if the heat will actually be necessary. We were very happy to find the temperature of the pool perfect when we arrived. The house is in a nice subdivision with a nice view of the golf course out the back of the home. It is close to shopping, restaurants, etc. The house itself was clean for the most part with just some minor issues in the kitchen area. However, the house is beginning to show some wear. There were some minor repairs needed inside the house such as the bathroom faucet handle was loose and would actually just come off in your hand if you weren't careful when using it. The top rack of the dishwasher was damaged such that if you tried to pull it out it would almost fall out completely. That made it difficult to load and use the dishwasher. The sliding door to the outside patio area was extremely difficult to open and close and it didn't lock so you have to wedge a pole behind the door to secure it. The other main issue we had was with the availability of amenities. Specifically, the DVD player and the bicycles. We were looking forward to using both since the VRBO listing shows them as available for guest use. Unfortunately, both were unusable when we arrived. The DVD player remote was missing making it unusable. I looked everywhere in the house based on direction from the (very nice) property managers but could not locate it. I ended up purchasing a new remote on Amazon and had it shipped to the house next-day so we were ultimately able to watch the DVDs that we had brought along with us. I left the remote at the house so this issue should now be solved for future guests. The bicycles, however, were totally unusable. There are two bicycles and all four tires were flat. There was a foot pump in the garage but it was damaged and unusable to re-inflate the tires. In general, if a listing includes amenities, they should all be available for guests to use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but for the reasons listed above, I can only give this property 4 starts. With some minor repairs and TLC, it could definitely improve to 5 stars.

Awesome and beautiful property!
The owner of this property was very easy to work with. Communication was very easy and phone numbers for local help were provided at check-in. The house was just the right size for my family as we visited the area for a wedding. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The pool was very relaxing and the covered back patio was great when it was raining and we could still enjoy the outside!

Great find!! Beautiful house and great location
We had a wonderful vacation in this house. It was extremely clean, well stocked and very spacious. The pool was lovely and the owner and their manager were very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and the location was close to everything you would need. It was also a short drive to the beach as well. My parents live near by and it was nice to spend time with them. My mom was in heaven that we were so close! Also the check in and out process was very easy . You'll definitely enjoy your stay!!

This property is located in a very quiet neighborhood, located on a golf course. Enjoyed breakfast in the morning by the pool. We spent a day at Club Med which is literally down the road. The house had all the amenities, and space we needed. Beautiful all around.

The quality of the furniture and home was amazing and we truly felt like we were in our own house. The pool was inviting and the large back porch was the perfect place to gather as it had the screen but also a covered section of that screened enclosure so that those who wanted shade could get it. In fact we ate outside under that covered area with the big table provided. It made for the perfect Florida vacation as you could look out at the golf course and the wildlife including an alligator sunning himself on the ponds edge—at a very safe distance!There were new TVs in every room, games, and beach and pool accessories to make everyone’s stay perfect without having to bring a lot. The beach was all of about 20 minutes away so it is the perfect location!We truly enjoyed our stay at this VRBO home and hated to leave! It truly was a wonderful experience and we hope to return again someday. This is an amazing home and a great option for a family or bigger group and even a pet. St. Lucie property
This house is gorgeous with beautiful decor. Very roomy and all rooms are very comfortable and cozy. Beds were all very comfortable as well. Sitting out in the screened in back porch by the pool at night and visiting was so nice and the pool was the perfect temperature. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to this area. It’s also very close to many activities. Boating, snorkeling and fishing. Overall we were extremely pleased. It felt like home away from home. Hosts were also very easy to get hold of and extremely helpful, courteous and friendly.

Overall, the stay was ok. There were some concerns (lights/fans that didn't work, pool deck area flooded because the drains were clogged, some outlets didn't work or were stretched out and caused plugs to fall out or get very hot).

Me, my husband and my two 18 year old children had to attend a wedding over Memorial Day weekend and this house was the perfect weekend getaway for the event! It had everything we needed and more!

Wonderful for family bonding
We hadn’t seen our Florida based daughter since January 2020, and it was long before that for her sister. This house was the perfect spot for us to relax and reconnect. We cooked delicious meals in the well appointed kitchen, floated in the pool and completely enjoyed watching the blue heron and the alligator in the early evening at the edge of the pond. If you enjoy nature that has adapted to Florida’s development, this is the place for you! The place was immaculate and Mikki was wonderfully accommodating. (So sorry about the garbage. ) yes, please do remember, Sunday and Thursday, bins to the curb! I highly recommend this place for a small group to relax and reconnect. Minutes to beautiful beaches and boating and all that Florida has to offer. Would absolutely stay there again.

Florida Vacation
Lovely home in a lovely neighborhood. Two couples celebrating retirement enjoyed the beautiful warm weather coming from winter. Screened patio was a great place to watch the variety of bird life, an alligator in the nearby pond and the golfers playing through the 6th hole of The Saints (a great golf course). Mikki & Joe, the property managers were very receptive and helpful! Thank you!

Very relaxing
Sitting in the family room or in the screened in area and looking over the pool to the pond and golf course is most relaxing. The area is very nice and with in easy driving distance of Jensen Beach and pre-season baseball. Manager was quickly responsive to minor issue with the tv (which my have been lack of technical knowledge on our part). Will be back.
