This elegant 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse apartment with private roof terrace and beautiful ocean view is just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Furnished with comfort in mind, the condo has cable tv, wifi, and air conditioners in each room. It was a great location and the host was very responsive.

My husband, both adult kids and I stayed at the condo for 2 full weeks and we had the best time!! The place has everything you need, best part for me was the washer and dryer haha
They provide everything. Beach towels, regular towels, extra sheets and even reusable bags you’ll need when getting groceries.
Places to eat: La Ricomini bakery is right across the street where you’ll find yourself eating the best sandwiches, sweets ever more than you would think and Econo grocery store also where we got all our groceries for quick breakfast, snacks and everything in between.
You’ll find other places to stop by for a quick bite including the food trucks only walking distance. The beach: There's a beach access area from the condo. Just walk down the side walk towards the back and take the small trail on the left side along the palm trees and at the end, paradise awaits!! That spot feels like a private beach cause not many locals use that area.
The owner also provides beach chairs, umbrella, coolers to use when you go to the beach. Just make sure to rinse everything before putting it away. This condo has private entrance and we felt safe the entire time. The pool area has showers, restroom/changing area also and tables and chairs.
Overall we had a great experience we will definitely stay there on our next trip!!

We had a great time. Absolutely loved the beach. Was in a good location to take day trips to other areas of PR. Didn’t have hot water & hardly any sink pressure in master bath but I know Marshall would have fixed the issues if I had let him know. Shower was warm enough to use. Place could use a deep cleaning & a few more items in Kitchen. Overall fantastic experience and beautiful beach.

Near downtown with many food choices and gas and stores. Things are not as new as they look in the pictures. There's a broken tile on the balcony along with broken pieces from the master bedroom a/c, though it still worked well. The bed in the second bedroom had what looked like water damage at the bottom corners, though I don't know how that's possible with the unit being on the fourth floor. The water from the master bath sink only comes out in a small trickle. Also, you have to provide your own shampoo and body wash. Other than that, the unit was clean enough. You can walk down to the beach from the apartment, and our walk along the beach one morning was beautiful.

Hi, We loved the condo. It was roomy and nicely decorated. The hot water was never hot. You might want to check the washer and dryer as they didn't work at times. We would stay here again. Thanks!

This is an amazing place. A short path to an amazing beach, beautiful views from the unit. One of the best places to see a Rincon sunset, from the private roof top patio. A delicious bakery/sandwich/coffee shop directly across the street, as well as a fully stocked grocery store. Awesome restaurants, local food trucks, and shopping all within walking distance! Just a short stroll from the plaza mayor, center of town! Rainforest and waterfalls are a short ways away as well. This is an awesome place to see Rincon from, and a short trip to all West Coast activities, and just a couple hours from San Juan. Will definitely be back!

This condo was perfect for our family! The beach was in walking distance and was beautiful! The pool was nice for our kids to swim at night, and the showers by the pool were nice. The condo had beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella for us to use. Grocery store was nice to have across the street. We will definitely be back! Hosts were wonderful, and were easy to communicate with.

Spacious, clean. Pool looked nice, but we never went as you are a short walk to a very relaxing, nice swimmable beach. Path right around the corner. Short drive to the major surfing beaches in Rincón. Well equipped with beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and cooler. Plenty to account for our family of 4! Supermarket and bakery across the street. Plenty to see and do in Rincon even if you’re not surfers. Many restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed our stay here!

We stayed in this condo for 2 weeks in July. It is very clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It has spectacular views of the beach and canal. The beach is an easy walk from the unit and was nearly empty most days so we felt like we had it to ourselves. The unit is close to Rincon town center and several restaurants and there is a supermarket and bakery right across the street.

The apartment was nice and clean. The sofa was so comfortable and so was the master bed. The condo is right across the street from the supermarket and very convenient also a quick walk to the town plaza. I would stay here again.

We had a great time at the condo. Parking was easy, there was easy walking access to the nearby beach and it was convenient to other local beaches and attractions.. The place was clean with nice views. The roof deck is very nice although we only used it once sense we were just as happy sitting on the balcony. Overall we would recommend staying here and had a very nice vacation.

This property is 100% as advertised and then some. Very clean and modern space. Nothing at all was broken or not working which is always a plus. Everything from bed linens to silverware , bath towels and even flippers and googles to go to the beach with were provided.
Located right in the center of Rincon. plenty of food and fun within walking distance although I'd recommend a rental. Amazing sunsets every night . Full kitchen with everything but the food already there.
Paul and Carmen were amazing host, very transparent with everything. Always text back within moments of my questions. Our only bad thing we could say is that we waited two days into our trip to book with them, should have do that the 1st day. And that we only booked for 1 week. Next time it will be 2... I will be coming back very soon!

It was definitely a plus to have have a supermarket and bakery right across the street property very well maintained as-well as the grounds pool was cleaned on a regular and beach access was great. I will absolutely be staying here again in the future with my family

We had an amazing stay here! The unit was perfect size for our family of four, in fact we could have easily fit more with the trundle bed and couches. The nearby beach was the best part, a free minutes walk, less crowded than the other public beaches. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The property was not near the beach...it actually is about 5 blocks away. Needs a deep cleaning....master bath had no shower. Just a wand...no bottle opener or pitcher.....owner needs to spend some $ on property

The condo has great space, comfy couch, excellent location to experience the area. Bed was too firm for me but others may prefer. Overall, happy with our stay.

This is the property you want to stay at if you are in Rincon. We went to all the beaches and the beach located out the door and one minute walk away from the property was the best by far. The grocery store is across the street for easy convenience. The Ricomini Bakery ,also across the street , is amazing . We visited it daily. This condo is so perfectly located next to everything you'll ever want to do in Rincon. Their is air conditioning in every room and everything was nice and cool each day we came back from exploring. Thank you for an excellent stay Marshall!

Cleanest property I’ve stayed at in Puerto Rico. Owner was super responsive let me add a few extra day... each day which was probably a little annoying of us but he answered promptly every time and was super helpful. I would definitely stay here again. We didn’t even have to leave the room to catch a great sunset from the rooftop patio. Thanks again for allowing our family to stay in your home.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach was beautiful. To use the pool, we had to reserve it because they did not allow several people at the same time and we really enjoyed it. In the area there are several restaurants, supermarkets and everything you may need to enjoy your vacation. The view from the roof is wonderful.
The only negative thing I can say is that the children's air conditioning did not work. We quickly informed Marshall and a technician came the next day, but regrettably he couldn't fix it. We had to leave the door to the master room open to cool the children's room a bit, and also the air in the living room helped.
Marshall apologized to us and gave us a discount on our reservation.
Apart from this I can say that the experience was unique and that we would return to enjoy the beauties of Rincon.
