About this house rental

Pleasant holiday home located at the end of a cul-de-sac, 200 m from the beach and 500 m from the city center.
Everything is done on foot or by bike! Peace and relaxation guaranteed.

Single storey house of 80 m2 including a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, traditional ovens and microwave, induction hob), living room with TV, veranda serving as dining room.
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms:
* a first bedroom with a 140x200 bed, very practical storage in drawers located under the bed; direct access to the garden
* a second, larger bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a dressing room with wardrobe and drawers
* a third bedroom with two storage columns each comprising drawers and wardrobe.
All bedding is new and of quality.

Fully enclosed 300 m2 garden.

2 adult bikes are available.
Private place for the car located right in front of the house, at the end of the dead end.

Household linen (sheets and towels) is included in the price. Your beds will be made upon your arrival so that you can immediately enjoy your vacation!
End of stay cleaning is also included in the price of your stay!

We came for the second year in a row. Great location at the end of a private road, very quiet but at the same time only a few minutes by foot to the beach and shops as well as the local market. The house was in perfect condition and super clean.

We spent a perfect holiday with our three small children. Great location, very quiet at the end of a sandy road, everything within easy walking distance , the beach , the local market , Main Street with small shops and restaurants House provides ample space and is very nicely decorated, kitchen , furniture, bathrooms all is new and in perfect condition. Everything was very clean. Bicycles and beach equipment (body board etc.) were provided as well. The hosts were very friendly. We were that happy that we would like to spend the next summer holidays there as well :-)

Très bon accueil de nos hôtes ainsi qu'une écoute très appréciable. Maison idéalement placée ,tout peut se faire à pied plage, commerce et marché. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à la Faute. La location est vraiment au top. Décoration, fonctionnalité, accessibilité. Tout est sobre mais super pratique. Et l'emplacement au calme a 2 pas de la plage est parfait. L'accueil de nos hôtes fut de même. Petites attentions a l'arrivée, merci pour les chocolats et boissons en plus une disponibilité en cas de soucis. Nous recommandons vivement et à bientôt pour un futur séjour.

Nous avons passé un séjour de deux semaines parfait dans cette maison. La location est très bien située, super propre, bien équipée, décorée avec goût, confortable, spacieuse : tout ce qu’on cherchait ! Et en plus les hôtes sont très agréables. On voit qu’ils veulent que les locataires passent un bon séjour. Nous recommandons, sans hésitation : vous ne serez pas déçus :-)

Gîte calme et confortable à 2 pas de la mer

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte qui était très propre à notre arrivée. Le gîte est confortable et la literie de bonne qualité. Nous y avons très bien dormi. D'autant que l'environnement est calme (au bout d'une impasse). Le gîte est situé à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage ce qui était appréciable. Les plages sont grandes et belles. De même le gîte est à proximité des commerces et des restaurants. On peut donc aller chercher son pain frais le matin sans difficulté d'autant que 2 vélos sont mis à disposition. Et on peut faire un tour à pieds le soir pour aller voir les animations organisées par la mairie en centre ville. Quelques petits accessoires à rajouter et qui manquaient : une poubelle dans la salle de bain et une table de chevet du côté gauche de la 2ème chambre. Nous conseillons vivement cette location et serions prêts à y retourner avec grand plaisir.

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in La Faut genossen. Das Haus wirkt neu, sehr sauber, übersichtlich und alles ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Angenehm harte Matratzen ließen uns gut schlafen. Schön war auch, dass Handtücher vor Ort waren. Strand und Innenstadt fußläufig gut erreichbar. Unter dem Feigenbaum im Garten konnten wir angenehmen Schatten in der Mittagszeit finden. Sehr nette Vermieter hießen uns freundlichst willkommen. Ein sehr schöner Sommerurlaub!

Ideal location

The house is immaculately presented with all the comforts of home. It is ideally situated for the beach (5 minutes walk) and the shops and restaurants (5 minutes walk). Located at the end of a short no-through road, our September stay was peaceful and relaxing with temperatures around 30 degrees most days. Communication with the owners was prompt and they were obliging and flexible regarding entry and exit times. The town/beach is great for those who love walking, beach activities and water sports. In summary - this is one of the best presented/located houses we have stayed in. Roger & Linda

Wir haben im Juli 2019 mit 5 Personen für 2 Wochen das Haus gebucht. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen: • Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind angenehm hart, so dass man lange schlafen kann. Bad und Toilette sind einwandfrei. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alle Utensilien sind in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Zwei Fahrräder für Erwachsene und das Kinderfahrrad haben manche Wege verkürzt. • Die Vermieter sind sehr engagiert, so dass wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt haben. Herzlichen Dank hierfür! • Die Lage ist ideal: Strand (man hört das Meer auf der Terrasse), Markt (2x pro Woche), Geschäfte und Restaurants sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Der nächste große Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto 10 Minuten entfernt. • In Verbindung mit dem Nachbarort L’Aiguillon-sur-Mer vielfältige Freizeitangebote ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar wie Splash Games, Standup Padelling, Wakeboard, Musik am Abend etc. • Darüber hinaus haben wir viele tolle Ausflüge in der Umgebung unternehmen können: Ile der Ré, La Rochelle, Les Sables-d'Olonne, Maillezais etc. Wir wären gerne noch eine Woche länger geblieben und würden gerne wieder zurückkommen.

La maison de vacances de Christophe et Géraldine est très agréable. Tout est réuni pour passer un très bon séjour. Maison lumineuse, très bien équipée, au calme . Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la plage et du centre du village. Les pistes cyclables et l'engagement de nos hôtes pour offrir une prestation de qualité. Un grand merci à eux pour leur gentillesse et leur dévouement à ce que chaque vacanciers passent un très bon séjour.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigt haben. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben bei Ankunft alles gut erläutert. Auch war das Haus sehr sauber und die Betten bereits bezogen und es lagen Handtücher bereit. Das Haus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand und zum Ortszentrum. Wir bedanken uns für den schönen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

Christophe et Géraldine sont très gentils et compréhensifs. Maison impeccable et très fonctionnelle tout y est pour passer d’agreables Vacances!
