Ein super Hotel mit direktem Schwimmbad-Zugang

* Sehr freundliches Personal, beim Check-In alles ausführlich erklärt, Extrawunsch wurde z.B. sofort umgesetzt * Zimmer geräumig, großer Balkon mit Tisch und 4 Stühlen * Parken direkt am und um Hotel herum, Zugang über Zimmerchip * „Green-Option“ täglich frei wählbar (ab 2 Nächten). d.h. auf Zimmerreinigung verzichten. Dafür Gutschein für eine Kaffee-Spezialität von der Bar. * „Bademantelgang“ im 2. Stock, führt direkt ins Schwimmbad. Zugang über Zimmerchip-Armband * Schwimmbad sehr lange Öffnungszeiten teilweise bis 22/23 Uhr * Bereich rund ums Hotel und Schwimmbad als Spielstraße ausgewiesen, d.h. sehr wenig Autoverkehr * u.a Rewe-Supermarkt, Pizzadienst fussläufig erreichbar

* Preise für Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet sehr hochpreisig. Alternative zum Buffet fehlt bzw. für Familie mit kleinen Kindern.

Highly recommended with penguins a bonus. Plan to return next year.

Swimming pool, location and apartment with all utensils etc needed. Lots of space and child's bed gave privacy. Entrance to pool via walkway was great too.

2 mattresses pushed together to make a double bed (this doesn't happen in the UK) and pillows gave no support.

Nice hotel but beware of the last minute room rate drop

Staff was very nice and kind. Rooms are very nice and has a good size.

Most employees don't speak English. The price of the room dropped quite significantly after we booked which is upsetting.

Great location, well equipped appartment Free parking Good breakfast, nice spa

In one of the bathrobes, there were bread crumbs in the pocket, apparently someone used this bathrobe before us, it was very unpleasant. The breakfast hostess girl was not very friendly and kind

The stay was fantastic! I will revisit there without doubt.

all the things were great when we visit there! the room was so clean and all the staffs were kind!

when I called to ask some questions, the staff said she wasn’t able to speak English. At least I expected to have call with her colleague who can speak English. But the call was ended without further conversation. This is quite strange and frustrating me. I hope that the staff can hand over the call to her colleague next time.

Very good for Family holiday.

To swim with Penguins, this adventure pool is so much fun to see the Penguins. Our daughter was so excited.

We booked earlier. but we found the winter discount either from the Hotel website or Booking.com. I think that we should get the difference in price from Booking.com. (Booking.com should tell us automatically). If not, I will book from the official website next time.

Really nice hotel. clean and well decorated. The waterpark is so much fun also for adults. The breakfast was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent night away with a mini adventure by the penguins

Hotel room was lovely comfortable and clean. All members of staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was there. From handtowels to bathrobes. Direct access to swim and sauna.

Unfortunately we wanted to take part in the feeding of the penguins. And believed we could book when we arrive. As our estimated arrival time was half an hour before the feeding time. And thought we would miss it. We didn't. But we're told to book online. Unfortunately this was also to late for the next day or even a few days after. Was just poor timing. In future we know to book before we arrive. Would have been the highlight of our trip away. The price for Abendessen was a little over the top for the choice of buffet.

Fantastic family experience for a weekend out of Berlin!

Family friendly down to the smallest details! The service was wonderful and the facilities sparkling clean. Best hotel breakfast we have had in a while. The kids loved it and we loved it! 5 stars.

The only thing that we missed was yea and coffee in the rooms. But this was really a minor detail.

there is no venting hood in the kitchen so if you cook, the smell will stay in the room.

Booking.com's interface may confuse them. We had an issue that we didn't add my son to my booking. But I did it with booking.com. Please be confirm not to repeat this issue to other customers.

no coffe or tee in the room :( water in the shower were not drain proporly ,so shower was floded easaly.but that was a spasific expireance

Wonderful place with kids!

It was really convenient to stay with little children. We loved the swimming pool with Penguins! The restaurant was also very good. We ate all brunches and dinners there.

Nothing special. We didn’t have bath gown in iur room, but could get it right at the reception.

Great fun for the kid

Free day ticket to the pool included and you can walk to the pool directly from the hotel. Spacious room, fully equipped kitchen included. This is not property related but I’d advise avoid Wednesday for going to the pool. It’s free entry day for kids and there are just way too many ppl inside without keeping distance/cautions for hygiene.

The shower makes high pitched noise when running.
