Soggiorno memorabile

L'House Al Noce è un appartamento su 2 livelli, ben tenuto e la proprietaria, Giusy, rappresenta un enorme valore aggiunto: sempre disponibile, attenta all'ospitalità e al nostro benessere. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la stupenda vista sul lago, sia dalla struttura, sia dalla vicina piazza San Martino. Da non sottovalutare la presenza di diverse attività commerciali nei dintorni: bar, gelateria, ristorante, minimarket, ... Il lago di Como è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti, percorrendo a piedi la Scala Santa. Il numero di parcheggi nella zona è limitato, ma non abbiamo mai avuto difficoltà nel parcheggiare l'auto lungo la strada principale oppure nel parcheggio gratuito di via Roma.

Ci è piaciuto tutto (il B&B, l'ospitalità, Moltrasio, etc), ma chi ha problemi di mobilità potrebbe riscontrare difficoltà per la presenza di scale nel paese e all'interno della struttura.

Excellently presented apartment and very welcoming host. Apartment was full of character. Quiet location. Great central location in the heart of the beautiful village of Moltrasio.

The hostess was very nice and helpful and share quite some idea’s for our stay, there’s a large bedroom, nice view over the lake and the city, being able to sit outside, short walk to the center and restaurants, good quality/price ratio

The kitchen was a bit small, parking was difficult in the sense that there’s no reserved parking close by and therefore there is the chance that you need to park far away due to low parking availability in the city, there was some mold on one side of the bath tub,

Exceptional

We stayed there for 3 days. The house was very cute and our favorite place was a chair in a small "iterior" balcony, where we could admire the lake. Nearby was a cafe and a mini market. The hostess was very polite and willing to help us. We also payed at the house a few extra money as a tax at the local authorities for staying there. But, in general, we would recommend the house. It was nice, clean and close to the lake.

Cute little house I loved celebrating my 4 year anniversary in

The pictures do great justice to what the house actually looks like - we were very happy with how realistic they were! My partner spent a lot of time in the little windowed room basking in the sunlight, it was one of their favourite spots! The views of the lake and the church clock from there are also great! The host prepared the front terrace every night of our stay with cute candles and fairy lights, it was very romantic <3 The hosts were super helpful and kind, they made checking in and out of the flat incredibly smooth and easy.

The door to the bathroom was a bit stiff and would sometimes get stuck.

House Al Noce was everything we needed. Tidy, well furnished and the host was so lovely! She made recommendations for places to visit/eat. There is a little kitchen where we ate breakfast and made a dinner. It is a 10minute walk or less to the ferry - a few steps back up but nothing too strenuous. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Superb

The room was clean and comfortable. I could see the lake from a small window. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Many welcome gifts were prepared.

It's very trivial, but Wi-Fi is only available in the living room, not in the bedroom.

Fantastic stay

Welcome sparkling wine and fruits were such a kind gesture, very grateful for the tips on the restaurants and places to go! (One of the recommended restaurants was one of the best we went during our trip in Italy) Giusy is really kind and thoughtful host. The place is adorable and has a great view. Much better than busy areas like Bellagio. Close to the ferry station and close to a little supermarket and nice restaurants.

Nice and cozy apartment

Really nice and beautiful small apartment, has all you need and the host is very friendly. The place is located close to a little river which you can hear at night but we had no problem sleeping. There is a small minimarket nearby which at night serves as a nice restaurant. Summary: nice and cozy place to stay right at the center of a beautiful small Italien village...

WLAN ist not working in the bedroom - just in the living room

Wonderful apartment, great location

The host, Giusy, is so friendly! She gave me a ride up to the property when I arrived in Moltrasio, and the apartment is very cosy and girly, and everything you need is prepared. Of course you are living in a local community and it is truly the Italian experience, where neighbour’s window is so close to yours, and there’s a hike up to the apartment if you don’t drive. Given the hike, it is still relatively near to the ferry station and it’s right beside the town church.

Pleasant apartment for a good price

Giusy was very kind and helpful. The apartment is nice and cozy with spacious bedroom and comfortable bed. You can have a look at the lake from a small window in the living room. The kitchen is small but really well equipped. A small market with wide range of goods and a really good restaurant is next to the house.

The check in time is a bit late (but I cannot have a word, we got the key earlier, so thanks for it) You can reach the house on a very long staircase, it can be exhausting.
