Six months back I visited the same place. Last time they told me geyser was in repair. Now also they are telling the same reason. Similarly last time they told milk powder was out of stock. Now also they are telling the same reason. Breakfast was very ordinary. No coffee or tea.

I just regret going there. Never visit again

I don't like anything

They charged 500 extra for checking 1 hr before and again 500 by claiming stains on pillow that was already before. They looted 1000 for no reason. Room was stinking and bad smell from bathroom

The stay was average

Rooms were nice and comfortable

There was no hot water. After room service the dishes were not taken away by the staff even when prompted. There is a policy of everyone giving their ID proof for booking the room, which was not mentioned when booking through the site.

Not had breakfast, but when enquired about breakfast the waiter said he don't know what is there for breakfast, He said it is decided by the chef in the morning I have to wait until 8 am. Very good property, needs to maintain.

Staffs needs to train well on customer service. Especially room service staff. I told him to get the paper napkin which was missing with the order.He just left after taking the tips and never came back.

Nothing hotel denied to give us rooms as hotel was over booked. As per hotel blunder was done by Booking.com. be responsible don't take Booking and put customer like me into loads of trouble.

Nothing ,very poor hotel . Please noone go there it is unsafe for you becsuse they throw away you at any cost

This property didnt give the room for us. We prebooked the 4 delux rooms but we wait there for an hour after that the staff told us booking is cancelled. But my booking through booking .com didnt cancelled but they refuse to give rooms we steped out there ,our first visit to trissur we ddnt know abut the place we round and round it is a unsafe hotel. They didnt bother anything about our safety nothing they only need money . They give rooms for direct custmers even after we booked online . Very poor hotel in my experiance

Very inconvenient and irritating. Poor online booking!!

Poor arrangements for completing the checking. I waited there around one hour for checking. Very much irritating and inconvenient... Behaviour of the staff was not friendly and not satisfying
