About this house rental
With some of the best views on all of Payette Lake, the Payette Lakefront Lodge is the perfect place for your next McCall vacation. Nestled directly in the middle of Pilgrim Cove you can look up the east end of the lake almost all the way to North Beach. This remodeled 4200 Square Foot cabin is perfect for groups of up to 16 guests. The main floor features a spacious living room and large kitchen dining area with floor to ceiling windows to capture the stunning views. The open floor plan allows the conversation to flow seamlessly throughout the main floor. The beautiful river rock fireplace is the centerpiece of the living room and can be seen on every level of the cabin. There is also a powder room on the main level for everyone's convenience. Taking full advantage of the morning views, the master is also on the main level and the river rock fireplace accents this room as well. With direct access to the main deck you will be sure to spend early mornings with your loved one sipping coffee on the deck.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and two additional bathrooms. Bedroom two is very private and features a comfortable queen bed and large closet that shares a bathroom with bedroom three. Guests staying on the upper level will be fighting over bedroom three. Bedroom three's views rival those of the main living area and will leave you laying in bed in awe of the views. Don't worry, there will be plenty of breakfast left for the late risers. The fourth bedroom is perfect for a small family with two queen beds and plenty of room to spread out and relax. Not only that, the fourth bedroom has views of the surrounding forest and is very private with its own bathroom and large walk-in closet.
The children of the group will love what the basement has to offer. A large television hanging from the basement ceiling will keep the little ones entertained for hours. There is also a pool table in the basement for those looking for a little competition, adults and kids alike. Once again, the fabulous river rock fireplace is the centerpiece of the basement. No need for all the kiddos to climb back upstairs there is a large bunkroom in the basement that sleeps 6 in beds and also has it's own full bathroom.
Need to clean up after a long day on the lake? There is a large laundry room with two full sized washer/dryers in the basement so you can keep up on laundry. Did we forget to mention there is a community beach and private boat slip just a few steps away? Yes, this lakefront cabin has beach access and one boat slip on a community dock.

The house, the location, and the view are all amazing. This was the perfect spot for our group of 6 adullts and 6 kids under 10. The private beach, dock, and lake access made this the perfect getaway. Enjoyed EVERYTHING about this stay.

This lodge is absolutely beautiful. It is built of the highest craftsmanship and located in the most ideal location with the best view. Our family of all ages stayed for four nights and everyone loved it. We hiked to a waterfall, biked the nearby state park, went ice skating in town, and kayaked every day. Our 3 year loved playing in the sand at the beach while others played with a volleyball.
We never saw anyone else on the beach; it was a nice gathering spot for our family. In the evening the teenagers played pool and took advantage of the starlink internet set up. There are some old reviews that complain about the internet here, but it is now set up with top of the line equipment and it is super easy to use. Our 3 year old also loved the wooden train set stored downstairs. This place doesn't need a rave review because it gets booked so quick, but we appreciate the generosity and all of the work the owners have put in to making this place perfect. Thank you.

There are few times in life when you can hang out with your friends and family in a large group setting playing games, doing puzzles, chatting and spending time together with the backdrop of a beautiful lake and mountains. The Payette Lakefront Lodge is a nice blend of rustic and luxury, with comfortable accommodations overlooking a mountain lake. The cabin was clean, had everything we needed, and felt cozy (while also housing our large group). Will visit again.

The Payette Lake Cabin was perfect for our holiday vacation. The cabin is very very nice and the setting on the lake is beautiful. There was plenty of room for our big family and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The big table in the kitchen was a great family game table for hours of playing games together. Thank you for the holiday memories!

I had a large group of family gather at this amazing house overlooking the lake! We came to honor my mother who had passed recently and spread her ashes! It was the first time some of us had seen each other in over 20 years! The property is pristine and off the road quite a bit. There was enough space for 16 adults in the house and even more space outside if you needed a moment to gather your thoughts with the dear, chipmunks, birds and squirrels! What a great place to gather and take a breath!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at this beautiful lakefront home. Plenty of room for our extended family and very comfy and cozy. This was our second stay at this home and we will be back next year!

The home is beautiful, well supplied with everything needed, and close to the lake. There is sufficient parking for vehicles, and a safe place to park the boat trailer. Our family has used this home for our annual family reunion for four years, and it has been wonderful.

We absolutely love this home! We have stayed here for our family reunion for 3 years and love everything about it! It's right on the lake with a fantastic view, a super close dock for when we rent a boat or ski-do, and it has a perfect little Sandy beach for the kids. We also enjoy the wildlife and are often greeted by deer and chipmunks. It's also just a short drive into town for golfing, shopping and restaurants. We always hit up a hike or two, as well, and they're just a short drive away. Finally, the house! Three stories of spacious areas to hang out, including a pool table, areas to lounge and watch shows together, and plenty of beds for the whole gang. The kitchen is well stocked and the table is big for plenty of games. Thank you for making this home available!

We absolutely love this home! We have stayed here for our family reunion for 3 years and love everything about it! It's right on the lake with a fantastic view, a super close dock for when we rent a boat or ski-do, and it has a perfect little Sandy beach for the kids. Loved the Lakefront Lodge
My family and I loved the Lakefront Lodge!! It was perfect for our family and it was very clean. (The only problem I would address was the bees that were in the upstairs bedroom. At one point my daughter counted 15 and was stung by one.) Once this is addressed it would receive a 10 out of 10! Thanks for everything!

Fantastic cabin!
The cabin is amazing! Perfect sleeping arrangements with plenty of space to spread out. Pool table downstairs was great fun in the evenings. Cabin was stocked with everything you would need plus some. Very clean! Matt was great to work with and very responsive. Not much beach with the cabin, but the community beach is very close and only a 2 min walk from cabin. Definitely would stay here again!

Wonderful cabin on the lake!
Large very well appointed cabin with great views! We came up with children and grandchildren for a family get together. Kitchen had everything you could need for meals and entertaining!! There were toys games and books for everyone. Only thing we missed was WiFi that would stream movies for the kids. Management was quick to respond regarding trash cans being full. We would definitely come back again!

Waterfront views, Comfort, Convenience
Our stay at the Payette Lakefront Lodge was fantastic. We loved waking up to the beautiful lake views in this beautifully updated cabin. Our entire extended family had plenty of room. The kitchen is well-stocked. The boat slip with nearby ramp access was convenient. The property manager helped us feel welcome, was kind, very helpful and knowledgeable about the property and the area. We would stay here again!

Awesome lodge for our family vacation
We've come to McCall many times, always looking for a place on the lake with dock for our boat. This is by far the nicest, (and biggest) home we've yet tried, in a beautiful spot on Pilgrim Cove. We loved the cabin and its spacious, well-stocked kitchen and dining area for our big family group. We loved having access to the private boat ramp right next door. The only nitpick is that there is not really any wifi as advertised. There is a cell hot spot, but our own cell hot spots were better. Other than that, it was wonderful and Matt the manager was local and helpful.

Payette Lakefront Lodge a great place for our family vacation
we loved everything about this cabin and experience (the lodge itself, the location at pilgrim cove, the dock, the boat ramp, the caretaker, etc.) our only complaint is that this place was advertised as having Wifi when it really does not have usable wifi. probably should tell guests how limited the wifi is. it was a problem for us because a few of us had to check in on work.

Extremely Mean Property Manager
I’ve never been more offended or treated worse. The property manager cussed at multiple guests who broke no rules. We were genuinely afraid he was going to hurt us. I’ve never encountered a more negative person and I wouldn't recommend staying here simply because of him.
