Las instalaciones son modernas, confortables, hay aire acondicionado. El jacuzzi estuvo bien y la vista panorámica desde ahí de la ciudad. El desayuno estuvo rico y variado.

Un poco de ruido de algunos huéspedes en las zonas comunes.

Incomoda

Solo nos quedamos una noche, iniciando el ascensor no baja al parqueadero toca salir del parqueadero con las maletas e ingresar al hotel, el hotel queda ubicado en el centro plaza de Ibague, la ubicación no es muy buena, la habitación la encontramos con algodón sucio en el closet y una almohada manchada de amarillo y rojo, las paredes manchadas, colchones incómodos, la habitación 120 no tiene vista a ningún lado solo a un pasillo dentro del hotel ( da claustrofobia) y el desayuno muy malo! Solo puedes escoger una opción bien sea carne sudada o huevos al gusto con arroz, pan o arepa; mi hija quería cereal y solo podía escoger cereal o huevo. Me he quedado en hoteles con precios similares a este que me ha ofrecido booking y la verdad han superado mis espectativas, por eso me permito tomarlos de referencia para evaluar a Doral In Ibague.

El desayuno, la limpieza, la ubicación, el colchón, el ruido.

If you end up in Ibague, look for other options

No cards accepted in a hotel like this is just a joke. The rooms are spacious but our smelled very weird when we got in. The check in took ages and we had to fill in long forms by hand.

Friendliness of the staff, except the lady who attends the breakfast buffet.

The lady who attends the breakfast hotel is on the rude side. Also, no one answered at the food delivery offered by the hotel. Rooms could be cleaner.

Would be a nice hotel, great view from the rooftop

The jacuzzi was only useable with a reservation even tough it was free, they told me it is not free. Furthermore unfriendly staff.

dirty, I asked for 2 towels because we were 4 there were only 2 towels, and they never gave me towels for asked, didn’t have hand towels, the corridors were full of garbage in general the hotel is dirty and paying all that money for a hotel like this is not worth it

Exceptional

the property has a secure parking lot, a beautiful rooftop and two very nice Jacuzzis. Albeiro (butler) provided us with great customer service and went above his duty to satisfy our needs. The beds are comfortable and the AC unit works like a charm.

The rooms looked like they were recently repainted but there where brushes of a different color in some of the walls. it feels like the work was rushed. The jacuzzi needs to be warmer.

Was near to the bus terminal (is what i needed) easy check in, kind staff, good size room, comfortable and clean.

The room had good size as well as the bathroom.

The room smelled like cigarettes or like someone just smoked there. You can hear noise from outside the room, even if people was not speaking loudly.
