The view left us speechless. As soon as we pulled up we felt welcomed by Geraldine and her daughters. They made us feel like part of the family. Their home is cozy and comfy and I had one of the best sleeps of my life. The breakfast was phenomenal. On top of your meal choice was fresh scones and bread, the best we’ve had in our whole lives! It’s one of those places you go and feel at home and never want to leave.

Stunning location. Wonderful hosts. Amazing breakfast. Truly felt like staying with a family member in their home.
Small house and noise carried so easily. We could hear our upstairs neighbors talking and stomping around til late, and then to top it off, we could hear the man snoring all night. We had two white noise apps running at full blast and still could hear.
The room was comfy but could use more outlets (tea kettle was on a table with no nearby outlet…), blackout curtains (sunset isn’t til nearly 10pm in summer so our room was bright until late), and there is a big stained glass window on the bathroom, which means when someone needs the loo in the night, the whole room lights up very bright and is disturbing.

Geraldine and her family are wonderful hosts, from the perfect breakfast options with complementary, freshly baked scones, to helpful tips and recommendations for the area. The B&B offers a stunning view over the bay, and deer are visiting the garden in the evening. Killarney National Park, the Ring of Kerry as well as Kenmare are close by - an ideal stop to take a few day trips and recharge in a home away from home!

Some of the most friendliest people we met on our trip was the lovely lady who greeted us and showed us to our room. Breakfast was delicious and you couldn't have ask for a better view. Very clean and well kept rooms. Would happily stay there again.

We loved our stay at Grenane Heights! Sara and Helen were wonderful hosts! The views are absolutely worth the stay! Our room was very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed and Sara’s breakfast was so delicious. She even had gluten free bread! We slept great in our comfy bed and quiet room! Helen recommended a great restaurant for dinner, Davitt’s which was delicious! Hope to get back to Kenmare again and will definitely stay here! We all loved it!
The walls were a little thin but by 10pm things were quiet and we had no problem sleeping.

the view was amazing, the hostess, Geraldine, was wonderful, breakfast was delicious and she offered a nice menu.
the only thing I would say is that being in the first floor- which was wonderful otherwise- you could hear every movement of the second floor guests - but that was never really terrible because they weren’t there very often and neither were we.

Superb view and lovely host. The breakfast blew us away. What a beautiful lady and home...
The mattress was a bit too soft for me but that might be only me nit-picking and that wouldn't stop me from returning.

From the minute we arrived Geraldine made us feel more than welcome. The rooms were spotless and spacious. Breakfast was amazing and the view from the house was sensational.

This was by far the most amazing B&B I've been to. You really feel like you are home at your favourite auntie that wakes up at 6am only so you can have fresh scones and pancakes for your breakfast. Geraldine was a delight from start to finish, she will make everything possible so your stay will be one to remember. We were amazed by how clean was the room and bathroom. The view was spectacular, to enjoy a nice glass of wine in the evening looking at the lakes....Everything was 10+

Geraldine is the best host. We rented the double room with the seaview and the view was really amazing. The room is very nice and very clean and we even had our towels replaced the next day. We were lucky with the weather so we could also enjoy a delicious breakfast outside. The best thing in the morning is waking up with the smell of Geraldine's freshly baked scones. She even gave us some for the road.
If you travel in the area, do not hesitate to rent this place, you won't regret it.

Geraldine as host was top notch! She couldn’t be more friendly & accommodating. Her attention to detail & care for her guests is outstanding. The homemade scones she gave us leaving & for the breakfast added a personal touch. Cannot rate the place, surroundings or the host highly enough. I will be back!

This B&B is special, the owner is a lovely, friendly lady & cannot do enough to help you.
The views are spectacular seeing is believing.
Lovely part of Ireland.

First of all i have to say the owner of this B&B is amazing. She is very friendly, gives you tips where to go, what to see,... And her homemade scones for breakfast also amazing ( i don't really like scones from the shop, you can feel to much baking soda in them, but these homemade scones - we had them with pear, were delicious..).
The whole property felt like home thanks to the owner and her daughters.
