Overall good experience.

Recpetion staff was very helpful so was the staff at the breakfast. The Indian lady at check in (Cant remember her name) was very polite at check in and explained all in details.

The breakfast needs bit more improvement. Cheese was too hard and hard to split the pieces (Cheddar Cheese) Couldnt find any bowls for the oats so didnt have it at all. Didnt see any egg station (live cooking) Bed size needs improvement. Why have a queen size bed when you have a large enough room to have a king size bed. Shower area seemed to be very rough and tired also the shower area step seemed to be fragile. I was in Room # 1109.

This is one of my favorite hotel, I am a repeated guest here. Excellent location, neat and clean hotel. Lots of restaurants around. Friendly staff. Spacious parking, Fast check in and check out.

Convenient for airport

This is a good location for the airport. Rooms are clean and spacious and well furnished. We were promised a city view room but were given a room overlooking the pool and bar. This meant that the drumbeats kept us awake. Pool area is nice and lifeguard was vigilant. Ate in the bar that night and food portions were large and food was acceptable.

Reception are smelt which was slightly off-putting on arrival. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. Scrambled egg was cold. Toast was aneamic so I made do with coffee and juice.

After 4 stays in 2 months we've decided the location and price are just not worth it.

Location near T2 DXB.

After a long night of delays in the air and on the ground at DXB we arrived half an hour late (6:00am) for our 5:30am check in hoping to get a few hours sleep. With no line and one person on the front desk it took 45 minutes to check in. The water in the shower was scalding hot. This was the second time in as many months we had this same water problem so it has something to do with the water system in the building. There were other issues with our stay (breakfast quality, request for a dental kit, airport shuttle) and we've decided after 4 stays in 2 months that the location and price are just not worth it.

Not a good stay due to the smell and parking was the issue too.

Its ok, not to good, menue should be revised and should include omlets better tasty food, not much tase honestly.

Would be wonderful if you could upgrade the restaurant lights and set up it could be appreciated by your customers

Would not recommend!

The property was okay.

Around 2am I was awakened by a stranger entering my room while I was sleeping. This was beyond scary. The hotel sold my room to another guest. Completely unacceptable.

Too tired and not close enough to tourist venues so scarcely saw anything in Dubai, so a bit short, however a good rest

Location and transport to and from a/p was good. Able to go to room earlier if I took a room further away from facilities with less view which I accepted rather than take room overlooking pool as I had just come off a long flight. Didn’t bother changing and was able to lay down earlier as did not sleep on flight. Room and bed were good. Once a day opportunity to go to shopping centre, however not return.

Better if at least twice a day the opportunity to go to shopping centre and be picked up. Having to make own way back carrying shopping and a long walk back to hotel from station was not good, and easy to get lost or go wrong way. Definitely not a plus walking in Dubai heat with temperatures in the 40s.

Took more than an our for check in. Upon arrival the rooms were still not ready (we have booked prior) Toothpaste kit werent received even after calling the reception.

El hotel es muy lindo, sus instalaciones muy bien cuidadas. La comida es muy rica, el desayuno sobretodo. Queda cerca al metro al cual puedes llegar caminando. Los taxi están afuera 24/7. El personal muy amable y atento. El precio nos pareció bastante accesible. Me gustó mucho, lo recomiendo!

Mi habitación tenía humedad, lo reportamos pero no mejoró. Sin embargo, no nos afectó tanto ya que la mayor parte del tiempo estuvimos afuera conociendo, así que por eso no pedimos cambio de habitación. Algunos días la limpieza no era 10/10, sin embargo la hacían todos los días.

Comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. Good wifi. The organised a great tour of Dubai for us.

Area is not great. Quite a way from the main attractions.Confusion about airport shuttle. Free shuttle but only runs every two hours. Has difficulty arranging a taxi to airport

Hotel doskonale zlokalizowany. 15 minut do lotniska dojazd autobusem miejskim albo hotelowym busikiem. Polecam jako nocleg przy transferze oraz na pobyt. Wokół mnóstwo knajpek i sklepów. Cena pozytywnie mnie zaskoczyła.

Good choice for the money

The rooms are new built with good view. It has good facilities like pool and gym. There are few shops around it which makes it ideal for people who wants to shop closely. Also, there breakfast was ok, not the best but ok.
