There were a lot of kids there, and it was noisy all night long. Loud thumping up and down the floors.

Rooms and staff were great

I didn’t like the pet charge, I didn’t know about it beforehand. I just saw it was pet friendly and didn’t expect a charge in addition to room fee

Compared to same brand property, (K-ZOO) only $25 less than K-ZOO, Ft. Wayne room was ALOT more cramped, no microwave, ill-placed table, one chair, low-pressure shower, ill-placed mini fridge. DIDN’T buy any convenience items at desk, K-ZOO charged me $4.50 for 1/2 pint of milk! STILL PISSED about that! I brought my own milk to Ft. Wayne!

Having everything a traveler needs in one place. Games ,Food,Exercise equipment, Pool and a great staff in all areas. Thank you for making our stay a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Great facility and staff ... not so great tenants above our room that kept us up most of the night.

Breakfast was good, staff and facilities were great ...

The very loud activity above our room (room 205) kept us up most of the night. However, we were completely happy with our room and the staff. Maybe need to look at applying more soundproofing in between floors and rooms??? ... or enforce reasonable "do not disturb others" rules.

Fun, Simple and Funky

Lobby was such a fun, young, funky space. Rooms were clean, simple and great decor

Will come again but will ask not to be in handicap room.

Although right by the highway, I did not hear the traffic at all. Room was very large and roomy and clean.

In the connecting room was a loud group of people who were up late so that was bothersome. I was also put in a handicapped room so floors were tile and I did not prepare for that( no slippers).

Price.

Kitchy messaging everywhere (but I guess I'm not the generational audience for that aesthetic), bed uncomfortable (rare for a hotel), no place to store clothes except on hooks on walls, pretty loud--I could hear the person in the next room talking at a normal level, no light near the bed, shampoo and hand soap available smelled less-than-desirable, though again, maybe I'm just not the audience for that product. I probably won't stay at this brand again since there are many hotels at this price who don't have these issues.

Had great amenities, was very clean, was modern, and is priced reasonably. Great place to stay.

Was a very convenient location. The hotel was much nicer than we expected. I just wish we could have made use of the pool. Our concert ran so late we couldn't use the pool upon returning. The pool was closed. The next morning we had to return home so we couldn't use the pool.

There is absolutely nothing to complain about it was very modern with great amenities, and was very clean. I will definitely stay there again if there is another event we want to attend down there.

the hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the only let down was the nosiness of some unruly ch

There were some kids in the building for a soccer tournament that were very loud, especially at night running through the halls and knocking on random doors.

It was a nice little hotel, and had all the amenities. Breakfast was good. The pillows were amazing!

The pool was closed due to an accident and I was not informed when it reopened later the same day nor the next day.

Noisy sewer line in the wall

I liked the breakfast and the ample comfortable seating available. Room was very clean.

I DID NOT like hearing the toilets flush all night long and showers running through the wall. We were in room 202... think the main sewer line was right there in our wall. Very annoying.
