Location, condo was stocked with what you may need, however we just stayed 1 night. Comfortable beds and couch.
Instructions regarding where the key is located. Had to call the number provided but that information didn't help either. The shower did show signs of orange mildew/mold around the caulk

Great location, nice shower and towels. Good kitchen if you want to cook. Good selection of beds but the smaller bed was more comfortable, plenty of pillows and blankets. Nice fireplace (but no wood).
Heating was problematic -- condo was cold unless heat turned up full blast -- then too hot. The heating or the fridge occasionally made a loud and startling bang, including in the middle of the night. Sauna needs to be refurbished -- lots of initials carved into the wood walls.

Nothing.. too unhygienic
Too much unhygienic.. waste of money.. lots of bug and had bug bites all over on my body. Talked to Costomer care about all and forwarded the my pictures to her with bug bites all over my back. Need to go to doctor for medication. Ridicules place please don’t stay there.

Communication for checking and checkout was clear and easy. Room met expectations for cleanliness and price
Could use TV instructions and supply a hairdryer

The shower curtain was gross. Trying to find the keys was a struggle. The place could have been better marked with an address.

It’s close to Alyeska resort, but much less expensive. Also close, or central to lots of different activities. For that reason i gave the place an 8 overall.
1. The lock boxes were hard to find, and positioned partially over an open grate, so that if you drop your keys, they can fall into it. 2. It was difficult to put the key back into the lock box. 3. Our room had a queen sleigh bed, which broke the second night when my (adult) son sat on it. We had to make do by dragging the mattress onto the floor, then we had no open floor space.

The inside of the condo was nice. There is plenty of free parking.
The room was advertised as having wi fi - it did not. After contacting the management company on third phone call, I was informed there was no long wi fi in the condo and I was given a small refund. The tv remote did not work and I had to go buy batteries because NO ONE from the management company returned my call. The toilet ran off and on the entire stay and again the management company did not return my call. I returned to the room to what I thought was the smoke detector "chirping" One more time, I called the management company and no return call from maintenance. I finally figured it was a Co2 detector under a table and reset it several hours from when it started. The inside of the condo is nice but if you have a problem or question - don't expect any help from the management company.

The proximity to Alyeska and Whittier. The reasonable rate. The self check-in and check-out. Well-stocked full kitchen. Comfortable main bed. The fireplace (though we didn’t use it) and the little balcony.
The inconvenience of documents needing to be signed right before our stay. We were on vacation and didn’t want to have to try to figure out how to sign and return a contract. The carpet was stained and the daybed was basically unusable. The outside of the building and the hallways seemed a bit grungy. When we pulled out the couch it was not clean nor was the floor underneath. Shower didn’t drain properly. So few open restaurants nearby! Not their fault, but extremely frustrating.
