Get out and about and explore Mumbles, this delightful coastal village is home to some excellent boutiques, stylish shops, galleries and cafes. Stroll to Oystermouth Castle or drive along the Gower Peninsular and step back in time with a visit to one of the many castles, stroll along the coastal paths and stop off at one of the fabulous beaches along the way.
Sleeps: 6 in 4 bedrooms Beds: 2 x double beds, 2 x single beds
Accommodation Ground Floor Accessed from the front up 4 steps. Open plan living/dining area: L-shaped sofa, spiral staircase leading to the first floor terrace. Dining table and 6 chairs. Garden access. Kitchen: dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, single oven with separate grill, 4-ring gas hob and washing machine. Sitting room: 2 sofas, flatscreen TV with BT Vision package and DVD player. Cloakroom: WC and wash hand basin.
First Floor Master bedroom: double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Double doors lead directly onto the terrace. Ensuite: shower, WC and wash hand basin. Bedroom 2: double bed, wardrobe with drawers. Bedroom 3: single bed, wardrobe with access onto the first floor terrace. Bedroom 4: single bed and chest of drawers. Bathroom: bath, WC and wash hand basin and a separate shower cubicle.
Entertainment: flatscreen TV with BT Vision package and DVD player. For families: travel cot and highchair. Outside: rear garden with patio and garden furniture and a first floor terrace with rattan furniture and excellent sea views. Parking: on road parking 100 m. General: changeover day Saturday. Gas CH. Bed linen and towels provided. 1st floor terrace with sea views. WiFi. 5 star rating. Pets: sorry, no pets.. Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment. Notes: no smoking.
