We had a wonderful time at our stay at the Rooftop Penthouse. It was a great view and room enough for all of us to be comfortable. Marshall was a great and responsive host! Hope to return!

We loved the amount of space the penthouse provided. We were on a family trip lookin for ample room to allow people privacy when needed especially during nap times for the little ones. A group consisted of 8 adults, a 6 year old, two 4 year olds, and a toddler.
In addition, the outside area provided space for them to get energy out when needed.
The unit has chairs to take to the beach which was a nice surprise.
The location in North Myrtle beach provided an outstanding family atmosphere on the beach plus close enough to activities.
The host Marshall was awesome when a question arose about parking. On other travels, we were given only two spots which makes it difficult for our families with all the car seats. We had enough room for all vehicles as there is additional parking across the street.

Great place to stay with large or extended families. Great layout with many amenities. Could not ask for a better view and the host easy to reach! Highly recommended to stay at the penthouse!!!

The penthouse has so much to offer. Oversized bedrooms great eating areas both inside and out on the rooftop. The view is amazing, the pool area was nice with the grills and shaded eating area and even the garbage chute was a bonus! Highly recommend. We will definitely rent again in the future.

As an avid traveler this is the first Penthouse on the beach.
I would recommend for anyone to try this special place for a vacation. Our family does a reunion every two years and this penthouse was the Absolute BEST.

The property was wonderful. The views were fantastic. We would definitely consider this property again.
The twin room does not have a bathroom with a shower, which made it odd for 8 adults, since the showers were all located in the other bedrooms.
We made it work and had a great time. Marshall answered the 2 times I had to call immediately, and was so pleasant to speak to.
The property was very clean and the maintenance crew was on site each day in the building if something came up.

We enjoyed our stay and the private elevator. Suntanned on the deck, watched ballgame on ROKU in bedroom. Outlets need to be checked, some were loose or didn't work. Also, cleaning crew must not have mopped the floors. Because everyones feet were black. No trash bags and kitchen trash was nearly full. Need stool in Master bedroom for short people to get in the bed.

The condo was awesome. Large enough for our group, and we loved the roof top. It is a unique property that we will be trying to stay at again!

Fabulous location. Roof top was huge and furnished with nice outdoor seating. Spacious rooms and hallways. Wheelchair was able to get everywhere.

Excellent views from this Penthouse! Loads of room! Some slight hiccups upon checking in. They were addressed by property manager quickly, however maintenance was unable to fix some things. That didn't ruin anything. Property listing stated Hot tub. There is NO hot tub on property and pool is NOT heated. If you are traveling in the spring with children be aware of that fact. HS children were unable to swim, water was colder than the ocean.
Penthouse is very roomy, but very outdated. We didn't care much because the price was reasonable.
Overall, we all had a great time.

Beautiful ocean views from this beautiful spacious Rooftop Penthouse. We experienced a few minor issues which were addressed and taken care of immediately. The owner, housekeeping, and maintenance are top notch! The month of March can be chilly in South Carolina but we were blessed with beautiful weather. Hoping to return in 2025!

Property definitely needs some upkeep (2x4 supporting door opening, extremely soiled curtains on sliding doors, shower faucets that won't turn off all the way without force, bed frame legs "fixed" with heating duct tape- leg fell off during our stay, etc) and organization (the kitchen cupboards are a mess!) but the views are incredible! Plenty of space to gather and to have some privacy as well. Would definitely be nice to have at least some spices, cooking spray, etc in the kitchen as it's just not reasonable to have to buy all of that for a weeks stay- we made due with mostly freezer meals but as someone who loves to cook for her family, this was somewhat of an issue for me. Communication with host was excellent and he was very responsive to our concerns and needs. We would stay again- we will just pack and plan differently next time!

We came for Thanksgiving with family. The unit was very clean when we arrived. We couldn't find the parking passes - so I texted Marshall and he responded immediately to tell us where they were.
The unit is very large for a 4 bedroom - over 2600 square feet, Plenty of room for gathering, and plenty of privacy as well in the bedrooms.
Really liked all the glass and views from the inside. On the warmer days we spent a lot of time on the balcony - very spacious with lots of furniture.
Definitely plan on returning.

This was our sixth or seventh visit to the Rooftop Penthouse over the last 10 years or so. We obviously like it well enough to return! As others have said, Marshall is very responsive to any concerns that arise. The ocean/beach view is great. The unit is spacious: a group can enjoy time together but with lots of available privacy. Although some of the fixtures could benefit from updating, it remains a comfortable place for a beach vacation.

A great gathering place for our family reunion of 14 people. Seven of us stayed at the penthouse while others stayed in other condos in the building but gathered here. Space was perfect for our needs. Very clean. Liked that the 4 bedrooms were private on each corner of the penthouse. Would rent again for family get togethers.

We used to stay in this penthouse when I was a kid so to bring my own children now to stay was awesome! The space is great, especially the deck view and extremely easy access to the beach and pool. Would highly recommend!
We stayed there with 10 people total and it accommodated us all very nicely after blowing up an air mattress for the kids (both 6 years old) in the larger of the 4 bedrooms.
The only issue we ran into was that the elevator that takes you directly to the penthouse room was broken when we got there so we had to lug all of our gear up 1 flight of stairs from the 9th floor to the 10th floor (the other elevator that stops at floor 9 was working). The penthouse elevator was fixed a few days into our stay but proceeded to break 2-3 more times throughout the visit, including on the very last day when we were checking out and had to lug all our gear down the stairs again to the 9th floor to use the other elevator…
I’m assuming this is not normal and just so happen that we had to deal with it but it was definitely a nuisance.

Overall, this is a nice, large space for big families. It has great views, and it's nice having the whole floor to yourself. There is definitely room for modernization and updates. Some things like the water temperature should be checked for safety (it gets very hot). During our stay the elevator (the only one that goes to this floor) only worked the first couple of days we were there. It was still not fixed by the time we left. The host was very responsive to questions we had and kept us updated about the elevator. Taking the stairs down to the next floor and getting on the elevator there was difficult for some of the members of our group. Unfortunately, the elevator situation did take away from our overall experience.

The owner Marshall was top notch. He was super responsive to the couple questions I had. We had left a personal item at the condo and he promptly was able to make arrangements to get it back to us!

The condo is very open and has lots of space. It is an older condo that could use some updates, but it also gave it the home feeling. The pictures are exactly what you get. Love the stainless steel counters in the kitchen. Love the entree way off the elevator so you keep all your shoes, beach stuff and sand contained to that room not the entire house. Love all the windows and outdoor spaces. I would rent this condo again!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Overall great communication and location. Property in need of repairs and updating. Would have been nice to have a few basics that we've been used to at rentals...ie soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, pillows definitely need updating, better working AC in some rooms and furniture. I imagine this was gorgeous when new. Marshall was so nice to talk with and great that our 3 generations could stay together with enough room!

We had an amazing time at the Penthouse! The view was absolutely amazing. The property was extremely clean upon our arrival, and check-in was flawless. We were able to start enjoying our time together immediately. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Marshall was a great host, and he responded immediately to a couple of questions we had. He even made a wonderful recommendation for a seafood restaurant that was well worth the lovely drive. There are grocery stores nearby, tons of restaurants, and plenty of things for kiddos to do, and ours ranged from 7-15. The pool was lovely, though it was a bit cold for us to use this year. The weather could have been better, and we wished for a bit more sunshine, but we had such a wonderful time, we look forward to going back next year! As a family, we highly recommend this property!

A wonderful location and the Top Floor penthouse was perfect for our family of 6. The beach front location and very nicely maintained pool area was wonderful. The owner was very responsive. The outside concert deck was super fun to hang out on and have the occasional dance party😊. We will be back!

This is the second time we have stayed here. This time I also invited the Grandparents. They loved it as well. There were six of us total, and the RTPH never felt crowded! We spent most of the time on the spacious patio, enjoying the amazing view. I will definitely be back.

Excellent property for more than one family. We went with our daughter and son and their families. Had enough room that no one felt like they were stepping on anyone’s toes. They view is amazing, spent a lot of time on the rooftop patio. This part of the beach is wonderful, lots of seashells and when tide is out plenty of room for small children to play in water.

Location was good. We were there for New Years fireworks up and down beach. Unfortunately the weather that night didn’t cooperate (Foggy). Marshall was attentive to any issues we had and check in and out was super easy. We would definitely stay there again.
