About this apartment rental

Completely Renovated, this spacious and airy 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo, in a small condo building is perfect for couples, friends and families. It can accommodate 6 adults plus 2 children on 1 king and 2 queen beds plus one memory foam full-size futon. It has all of the conveniences and comforts of a modern condo, yet retains that “Old Florida” charm. You can access the beach by going out your patio doors, grabbing what you need out of your own beach closet, and passing the gorgeous Jacuzzi and pool area bordering the beach. Follow the path through the sand dunes and there you are, on the white, powdery sands of the Gulf of Mexico with its calm, clear waters.

This roomy, 1200 sq. ft. condominium has an updated, designer look with its aqua-grey walls, new laminate wood plank floors, new furniture, and new flat-screen smart TVs in the living room and in all three bedrooms. The comfortable light aqua leather couch and two grey leather chairs in the living room all recline. The dining area has a beautiful oval glass table and six cushioned chairs. Two port-a-cribs and highchairs are available on request.

The modern, fully-stocked kitchen has gorgeous blue/grey marble countertops with an expansive breakfast bar, new stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry and a large pantry. The master bedroom and the living room have sliding glass doors that open up to the large balcony with partial and direct gulf views, with a private spiral stairway that leads to your own parking space, the heated pool and hot tub. There are two grills, several outdoor tables and chairs, plenty of chaise lounge chairs, a bathhouse, and an outdoor shower in the newly paved pool area. To ensure privacy, these areas are accessed with a gate code.

The serene master bedroom with breathtaking views has its own sliding doors to the balcony, and private bathroom and closet. It has a king-sized bed, two nightstands with outlets, a dresser and storage bench, and a new flat-screen smart TV.

The second and third bedrooms have brand new queen memory foam mattresses and new windows. The second bedroom also has a memory foam futon that opens to a queen bed. All bedrooms have new sheets, pillows and linens, new overhead lights with fans, nice dressers and nightstands, new flat-screen smart TVs and ample closet space.

We keep our condo ultra-clean and wash the quilts every time for our new guests. All door handles, light switches, knobs, etc. are disinfected prior to each stay.

The bathrooms are beautifully designed with all new tile-work and fixtures, and plenty of storage space. The condo has a large washer and dryer in the unit, and is stocked with beach towels, bath towels, beach chairs, umbrellas body boards and beach toys.

One half of our large balcony directly faces the pool area and Gulf of Mexico. On the other half of the balcony, there is a house that partially obstructs the southern side. Even from that half of the balcony, if you angle your chairs diagonally, you have the same view as the unobstructed half. The kitchen and living room have direct views. From the king size bed in the master bedroom there is also a direct view. Our building is set back from the beach by a grassy yard and pool and spa area. The pictures on our listing shows the beautiful view from our balcony.

The building has an elevator and private and guest parking. You can walk to many great restaurants, a yoga studio, ice cream store, bike and beach equipment rentals, a nail salon, a convenience store, Indian Rocks Nature Preserve and to a shaded playground.

The property was fantastic. Everything was nice. Futon was a little sticky folding it out. Don't attempt when dog tired, late at night. ;-) Close to many great locations. The beach was very nice, and the pool area was very clean. Enjoy the green pool noodles we left in the closet.

This is a fantastic unit with an idyllic location. Just as advertised with a beautiful view of the Gulf, easy beach access, and a wonderful pool. The unit itself easily met our needs with 3 BR, 2 BA. It was clean & stocked with what we needed for the week- basic kitchen, beach towels, chairs & umbrellas, along with pool & beach toys. We loved the proximity to several walkable restaurants & a convenience store right across the street. The grocery store is a quick 5 minute drive. Communication was flawless, with immediate responses to our queries. We even got to fangirl over the NFL players staying with their families in the unit right next door! We'd highly recommend this unit to friends & would return without hesitation.

Everything was as described and very clean. Private access to the beach was fantastic. The beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. were in poor shape and could use a refresh, but the host was VERY responsive and brought us new chairs to replace the broken ones the next day. Overall, we had a great time and would stay here again!

This property was everything we expected and more. Although it is listed as an obstructed view, the sunset is still visible from the balcony. Property was extremely clean and the owner was extremely responsive. The walk to the beach was less than 1 minute and the beach was not crowded at all. Location to surrounding restaurants and activities was perfect. We would definitely stay again!

This beach condo is spacious: 3 bedrooms and a nice sized kitchen made it great for a family vacation. The living room, dining room, 2 bathrooms and televisions with roku made all ages very happy. The greatest part is easy access to the pool, hot tub and beach where crystal clear water and white sand were amazing!! Covered parking and lots of local restaurants made our stay in Indian Rocks beach fabulous, we hope to return in the future.

Great communication. Super clean. As advertised with view and pool/beach. Some restaurants within walking distance.. pizza and convenience store across the street. Came stocked with beach towels and plenty of bath towels. Publix 5 minute drive. Quiet section of the beach. She had 6 beach chairs, 2 big beach umbrellas and a canopy! Kids enjoyed the direct stair access. Traffic and parking in whole area is a little difficult. Kooky Coconut for ice cream. Ilene was very easy to reach and answered all of my questions.

Pros: location was fantastic, in a safe nicer area with the beach nearly at your doorstep and very close to cafes/restaurants etc; bed and lots of pillows were very comfortable; kitchen well stocked; very clean; lots of essentials including fluffy towels + beach towels; heated pool was a hit with my daughter and was never over crowded Cons: minor though water pressure was very light Overall highly recommend and was the highlight of our beach/Disney vacation!

We just returned from a fabulous vacation in Indian Rocks. This condo is completely as described. The minute we walked through the door, we felt at home. Very comfortable layout, very clean and all the essentials you could need and more! Ilene was a fabulous host, answering all of our questions promptly. I highly recommend this condo for a family vacation. The pool and hot tub were awesome we loved the nightly sunsets on the beach. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance or plenty of delivery options. We also enjoyed taking the trolley to visit Johns Pass. We will definitely be returning to Ilene’s condo!

This was by far my best experience with a vrbo property. We had a fabulous vacation in this beautiful condo that looked exactly like the pictures. All of the amenities listed were included (and more!) and everything was in excellent condition. Everything was so clean both in the condo and everywhere on the property. The condo was impressively stocked with everything you need to get started. The hot tub and pool were fantastic! They even keep the pool very warm which makes swimming even on cooler days a pleasure. The view from the balcony is accurately described and we still enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean and watching the waves roll in. Ilene was incredibly responsive. This section of Indian Rocks Beach is comparatively quiet.

Our family of four loved our last-minute stay here. The description promised clean and they weren’t kidding! The beds were comfy, kitchen well-stocked (loved the milk frother/warmer for coffee!) and we were THRILLED to have access to the heated pool and jacuzzi on the cold, windy January days of our visit. We wished for a view from the patio, but the view is accurately represented in the listing, so no surprise there. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. We’ll be back.

Great location. Everything was exactly as pictured. Ilene was a wonderful host, she even came to us near the end of the stay to open the storage closet when we couldn't locate the key. Very comfortable bed, plenty of room. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook when we wanted to. Across the street and within a short walk are good spots for food and drink. We loved this condo and would highly recommend!

Perfect vacation. Condo is beautiful and modernized. Being able to park in spot with the spiral steps up to your balcony is so convenient and easy. Makes going down to the pool And oven a breeze and they are steps away. The pool is large with a hot tub and the ocean calm with numerous sandbars to find sand dollars, and starfish. Even saw dolphins and Manatees. Located conveniently near clear water and Madeira beach with tons of great restaurants around. It’s truly a perfect spot. Definitely will be Back!
