Everything gets 5 stars except the location. The walk downtown is through an area with homeless people. Other than that the owner thinks of everything to make your stay pleasant!

Great location. Easy uber to destinations!!

My wife and I stayed 2 nights. We were in town for a concert at Nissan Stadium. The location is just about perfect. It’s an easy 15-20 minute walk to Broadway and the stadium. Some people have noted it’s in a sketchy area. I would disagree. Probably wouldn’t want my wife or daughter walking alone up to Broadway and back at night
but that would be the case in any big city.
Condo was very clean with a cozy bed. Perfect for a couple. Kitchen had everything one would need including some complimentary bottle water and coffee kpods for the Keurig. That was a nice surprise.
Rebecca was a terrific host. She responded quickly to a very minor issue. I would highly recommend this condo for a couple in town for a few days or even a week. Great alternative to a very overpriced hotel.

2nd time staying here, nice walking distance to Broadway is a huge plus. Place is very clean and quiet. It was very hot this week, so the pool was very refreshing! Definitely will be back to Nashville and staying with Rebecca as well!!

We rented this unit to celebrate our 20th anniversary and it was one if the best decisions we made. Condo was great. Well represented in the pictures and descriptions on Vrbo. Easy walk to many attractions. Close to Broadway as well. We will for sure book with this host again.

This spot was so cute, very clean, and had a great balcony overlooking the river. The team was super responsive when we reached out. I highly recommend this condo to anyone staying in Nashville.

Condo was on the 3rd floor. had a balcony overlooking Cumberland river. Watched the barges travel up & down. Kitchen was fully equipped with all cooking utensils, plates, glasses, silverware. K-cups, salt & pepper were available. unit was clean. King bed was very comfortable. Plenty of hangers. Pool water was the perfect way to cool off after a day of walking around, even had a gas grill. Be advised there is no elevator. The Smart TV requires you to log into your apps ( HBO, Netflix, Hulu) . Plenty of parking. Rebecca replied quickly to my text. We had an enjoyable 4 days.

I can’t say enough great things about this property! Perfect location for a short walk to downtown or Germantown. Lots of amenities. We loved having coffee overlooking the river - never had time for wine but it would be great to enjoy the evening there too! The bed and pillows were high end comfort! We plan staying there on our next visit.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay in Rebecca’s place. Everything was exactly as pictured, if not better, and the peace and calm overlooking the river was perfect after busy days exploring Nashville! Rebecca was an exemplary host, extremely responsive and accommodating, and helped make our stay perfect!

Location was close to Broadway- an easy 15 minute walk. Had to pass homeless population along the way. No issues just crossed the street. Wish the unit had filtered water or more bottled water made available. NO ELEVATOR and this unit is two flights up.

The room was great, especially for a couples getaway. The balcony was nice over looking the river. Definitely walking distance to broadway. Would only suggest walking during day and Uber back.

River sanctuary within walking distance to downtown. This rental overlooks the Cumberland River, you can sit on the deck and watch all the river wildlife as you drink your morning coffee or enjoy an afternoon cocktail.
The walk to downtown is a pleasant .9 mile walk along the river. As with any city today, you are likely to see the presence of homelessness so daylight walks to town and nighttime Uber rides are probably best. But we never felt unsafe during our morning and daytime walks. This walk is also really great if you’re bringing a dog.
There was a nice basket of snacks waiting for us. The electric fireplace was enjoyed. The bed and linens were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Our daughter goes to college in Nashville, so we were here to see her for a week. We enjoyed the property, walking distance to so much yet away from the noise of Broadway. Enjoyed some of the restaurants in Germantown that we had never been to; the unit was clean & comfortable and we appreciated it being stocked with K cups, plenty of towels, paper towels, and other things that made the trip enjoyable because we didn’t feel like we had to run out and get all those essentials ! Great stay!

Riverfront Condominium was an excellent place to stay for our long weekend in Nashville. Close enough to Broadway and Germantown to walk (10-15 min) or a cheap Uber (<$10). Rebecca was so great to work with - quick responses to all emails, and excellent recommendations for food, drink and little side trips with our rental car. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My 22 yr old daughter and I stayed here with our small dog for a long weekend in town for a concert at the stadium. We were very pleased with how clean and comfortable the unit was and the great location. We walked to the stadium (about 1 mile) and to nearby restaurants in the Germantown neighborhood. We chose to Uber to downtown ($6-8) only because we had already walked a lot and were tired. Rebecca was extremely helpful with recommendations on places to visit and restaurants to try and responded quickly when messaged. The unit is very nicely furnished, homey, well appointed, and super clean! The bed was also very comfortable and the balcony was so nice to have to start the day with a cup of coffee or to relax on after a long day of activities. We've rented a lot of VRBOs and this was one of the best! I hope to visit Nashville again and would happily stay here again!

The description said short walk to Downtown. Failed to say it was through unsafe neighborhoods. The condo is on the 3 rd floor with no elevator. Also not mentioned in the. Ad. Owner then refused to refund even though we never stepped foot in the door.
