The condo was perfect for us. Our granddaughters stopped by so it was a good meeting place. I am not a fan of roku tv, but used netflix and prime. Good restaurants close by and beach is nice and close. Would have liked umbrellas at the pool. Pleased. with condo.

We had a great time at this clean, comfortable ocean front condo. Beautiful view from the back balcony. The indoor and outdoor pools were very nice and not crowded. The beach was incredible. We had some questions before our stay and we heard back from the owner promptly. Highly recommend.

The unit itself was very nice. Outside property needs some updating and repair work. Lot's of rust. Hot tub wasn't working and the indoor pool was very chilly.

Location! Location! Location! This centrally located property in Carolina Beach was perfect for our beach getaway. It was very close to so many restaurants, shops & most importantly, the beach. You can’t get any closer to the beach! Amazing amenities to keep the whole family busy. Not sure what the last reviewer was talking about. We found the beds to be great and the management company was very attentive and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

Condo is cute kinna clean but its doeS have a old home smell all beds need to update cant sleep at all 3 nights when we here my back was hurting in the morning .i conact the property manager but they said i shiould take Medicine .😆front door is rusty the Property look creepy at night

Pelican Watch always delivers
Great unit in the Pelican Watch building. Ocean front location is great. M y family and I love that the property has an outdoor pool, indoor pool, and hot tub. Indoor pool is great for rainy days. This unit was clean upon arrival and the recent renovations looked great! We also loved the Roku TV so we could stream all our favorite shows! We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here with my family, all adults, and we were all very happy with the condo. Normally we have breakfast and lunch at the condo and eat out for dinner. This vacation I cooked several times including steak on the charcoal grill by the pool. Charcoal and lighter fluid are provided an can be found in the utility room. Plenty of pots, pans, baking dishes, cooking and eating utensils.
Everyone commented that the mattresses were comfortable.
Living room furniture was very comfortable. Balcony furniture is great too.
The ladies at the realty company that is used for check-in are the best! Kind and helpful, you really can’t ask for more from them.
Two years ago we stayed at another condo at Pelican Watch but it had what I believe were the original balcony windows and sliders and the sound of the waves were LOUD. Not the case in this unit. Nice and quiet even through Tropical Storm Elsa.

Beautiful, Well Appoinited, Clean Condo with Awesome Views
We found this condo to be remarkably clean when we arrived for our stay. Check-in was easy and smooth and they even got us in a little early which was much appreciated and unexpected. The views are simply to die for and it was so good to see people out and about now that Covid-19 is winding down.
We needed an amazing beach trip and this condo answered our beach desires!
I love how Carolina Beach just keeps getting nicer. I started going there as a kid 30 years ago and each time I come back its better and there’s more to do in the area.
We can not say enough about this wonderful condo & the location. It was just beautiful! We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
Also, the owner was very kind & quick to communicate.
We have nothing negative at all to say about our experience. A++

Awesome views from large deck!
Very much enjoyed the week. The company cleaning the apartment does not do a very good job. The base boards were very dirty, the floor was gritty with sand when we got there, dust bunnies on the walls & fans. It is a lovely unit but needs a different cleaning company. Very tastefully decorated & would stay again. Thank you for the opportunity.

Exposed wiring and duct work around water heater and heating and air unit, dryer door would not remain closed during use. Queen bedroom has cable wires dangling from the box on the dresser that are stretched across the floor at the foot of the bed. All things mentioned are easily fixed. I would stay at this condo again.

Relaxing Getaway
My husband and I were looking for a relaxing week away from everything that’s been going on recently. This unit was perfect for us. Nice ocean front with beautiful view from the living room and master bedroom. The outside is older and shows it’s dated but the unit has been updated and was very comfortable. We were close to driving to lots of restaurants and had many good choices. We went to the Aquarium one afternoon and loved the otters. Just a great week away! The pools at the condo are both closed due to Covid if you have children FYI.

The view is awesome but the place looks clean when you start looking around it’s not that clean also there was Cockroach’s that would come out from under fridge . Something fell Behind the night stand and it was gross back there!! And no one told us the hot tub an pools were closed , was very disappointed !!! Would never go back !!

Pelican Watch beach trip
We really liked the centralized location of this condo to just about anything we were interested in doing. Great large balcony for watching the sunrises and surfers who were in town for a competition. Very nice spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath unit that let us spread out and absolutely did not feel cramped. Elevator to all floors made for easy move in and out. Indoor and outdoor pools if you don't feel like getting sandy. A great unit.

I believe that we stayed in the nicest condo in the building. The views are excellent both inside and out. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 to enjoy our time here at the beach. There is great pool and beach access. We have had a wonderful time.

Getaway Vacation
The property was well taken care of. The pool man serviced the pools every morning. The outdoor grills were replaced while we were there. The view from the balcony was great. The beach was beautiful. We will be coming back next year.

Property is as listed, great view of ocean, can hear the ocean from condo. Newly remodeled, close to Kure Beach and everything. Enjoyed our stay. Master bedroom bed is so comfy and enjoyed the sun and moon rises from the balcony. Loved the large balcony, room for all!

Overall was good but...
Overall the unit was great with an amazing view and was well furnished. The biggest issue was cleanliness - there was a layer of dust on almost everything and the first thing we did upon arrival was wipe everything down. The bed skirt and mattress topper in the master bedroom were so badly stained that they had to be replaced. Once notified; however, the owner and Bullard Realty did order a replacement and came and put it on the next day. We did have to use an extra fan in the front right bedroom since the air vent doesn’t seem to work as well as in other rooms. To no fault of the owner or realty company, due to the beach equipment rental companies setting up umbrellas and chairs at 6:30 AM, if we did not get down and save a spot by 7:00, there was no space near the condo for a tent or umbrella. There were at least 30 umbrellas set up each morning, which meant you had to go out in front of another complex to be on the beach. On check-in day, you have to pull up to the front of the building in the loading/unloading zone, get everything up to the unit, and then move your car as quickly as possible into the parking lot across the street. We are thankful for Bullard Realty and the owners for being so responsive during our stay and answering our questions. The owners clearly care about the guests and had put together a visitor’s guide and guest book.
