Gerne wieder :-)

Die Zimmer und die Ausstattung haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Ebenso das freundliche Personal.

Zentrales sehr gutes Hotel

Da wir für eine Karnevalsfeier dort waren, die im Hotel statt fand, war es so opimal. Feiern und dann einfach hoch ins Bett Die Zimmer sind gemüdlich und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam und höflich. Es hat uns sehr gefallen, bis nächstes Jahr!!!!

Für einen Kurztrip gut geeignet

Die zentrale Lage. Ich konnte gut schlafen. Es war ruhig und die Betten waren gut.

Die Glas-Schiebetür zur Toilette mit Öffnung oben. Empfand ich als sehr unangenehm.

Kosten für das Frühstück inakzeptabel

Sehr gute Lage zur Innenstadt, das Personal freundlich, das Zimmer sauber.

Das " offene Badezimmer-Konzept " mit Integration von Toilette und Dusche in das Zimmer, ist weder komfortabel, noch trägt es zum Wohlfühlen bei. Das Frühstück mit 27 EUR pro Person und Tag ist völlig unangemessen.

Overall experience was great and I would recommend

Staff was great. Polite and accommodating.

No refrigerator in the room. I purchased water and juice prior to my arrival and was expecting to put the drinks into the refrigerator. However, rooms did not have a refrigerator. It a deal breaker, I would still recommend the place and return.

kein möglichkeit unten im hotel sich aufhalten. der restaurant und bar öffnete erst um 18.00 uhr,das heisst am tag müsste man sich im hotelzimmer aufhalten,auch wenn die zimmer sehr schön waren aber mit besuch sitzt man lieber unten

Saubere Zimmer

Check- in war sehr unfreundlich und lustlos- man fühlte sich eher als Störenfried nicht als Gast. Klimaanlage war extrem laut, die Fasadenanlage lies sich abschalten, aber die Anlage im Zimmer so laut dass die (zum Glück nur eine) Nacht kurz war.

Alles in Allem ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und preislich meiner Meinung nach angemessen. Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig. Das Personal überwiegend (bis auf eine Person) sehr nett und freundlich. Das integrierte Restaurant war sehr ansprechend und das Angebot überdurchschnittlich gut.

Beim Personal habe ich oben eine nicht sehr gute Bewertung vergeben. Dies ist jedoch ausschließlich auf eine Bedienung im Restaurant beim Abendessen zurückzuführen, Ich möchte ausdrücklich erwähnen, dass das restliche Personal sehr zuvorkommend war. Während unseres geschäftlichen Abendessens hatte ich im Gespräch die Aufnahme einer Bestellung verpasst und wollte nachbestellen, als die unfreundliche Bedienung die bereits bestellten Getränke an den Tisch brachte. Auf die Worte meiner freundlich formulierten Nachbestellung bekam ich folgende Antwort: "Wievielmal soll ich denn noch fragen, ich war gerade erst da!" Alle acht am Tisch sitzenden Geschäftspartner sahen sich über diesen keineswegs angemessenen Spruch verwundert an. So etwas geht absolut nicht!! Des Weiteren fand ich das offene Bad im Zimmerbereich und die Toilette mit oben offener Glastür für mich nicht passend. Ich bevorzuge eher ein abgeschlossenes Bad. Abschließend noch meine Meinung zu den Parkgebühren. Diese sind in einem Hotel sicher etwas höher angesiedelt aber 18€ finde ich dann doch etwas zu hoch.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Gute Anbindung an den Bahnhof; innenstadtnah. Zum Innenhof ruhige Zimmer

Das Frühstück war umfänglich und vielseitig, mit 22 €|Person für meinen Geschmack etwas überhöht.

Nur zwei Minuspunkte: Die Duschtür lässt sich nicht öffnen, wenn die zweite Person am Waschbecken steht. Es gibt lediglich eine Handtuchstange für das Händehandtuch und einen Haken für das Duschtuch, aber keinen Aufhänger am Duschtuch. Die Handtücher für die zweite Person sind zwar vorhanden, aber ohne Möglichkeit, sie aufzuhängen.

Lekker weekend weg in een prachtig hotel en een leuke stad.

Prachtige kamer. Modern, nieuw en erg strak en heel schoon. Goeie bedden en de aanwezigheid van airconditioning op de kamer is erg comfortabel. Prima mogelijkheid om te parkeren in de garage, ook voor motoren.

Lovely

Lovely hotel centrally located. Easy parking facilities and the room was spacious with a great shower and separate toilet. Breakfast buffet was great with lots of variety of different goodies both savoury and sweet.

The location of the hotel is very good. They reserved a parking space for us in the garage. The staff at the reception are friendly. The room is clean. Perhaps in the future, they would offer the guest a refrigerator in the room as an additional service, or have a refrigerator with cold drinks.

The breakfast is very average and I expected better based on the rating of the hotel. One person of staff was acting quite unfriendly.An extra bed could be more comfortable.

I have booked the hotel for my family with payment in advance. The guests arrived but the hotel did not let them to stay in, the hotel said that is not paid, and the guests should go out at midnight!!! But I saw in my bank it was paid!
