My stay was decent

Love the location the view of the beach and the city is amazing

Only the hidden cleaning fees and we still are required to do our on cleaning taking the trash out is required and also putting dishes in the dishwasher is required although we always clean always the excessive amount for fee and require the cleaning is ridiculous cleaning fees are more than the value of staying then and additional 103 for parking and risk bands 😩😩🤦🏽‍♀️

Everything was beautiful and we enjoyed it very much.

The staff at front desk were not very warm and welcoming when we were checking in. Also the condo could use a little better cleaning, as most of the furniture had pet hair, which was especially visible all over us when wore black.

Horrible Elevators!!! The host was very nice, helpful, and friendly! But! The condo itself needs upgrading. The worst of it all, the cleaning staff did a Terrible Job at cleaning! The place had hairs from dogs and humans Everywhere! 🤢!!!

The condo was great. Clean and comfortable. Had all the amenities we needed.

The only issue we had all weekend was how slow the elevators were. When we arrived the elevators in the south parking deck were completely out of order.

Elevator wait time

The shop and the gators I love and the beach but the wait time to get to room was tiring

I didn't like that we spent alot of time at the elevators because they were down a lot on the south entrance they only had one elevator working and it was very inconvenient when you stand there with the kids and your family trying to get to your room and every time the elevator gets to the floor is full and he had to keep waiting

I really enjoyed my stay here despite the things mentioned.

The location was great. It was close to a lot of attractions, shopping & dining.

It could have been cleaned better. There was food/opened bag of ice left in the refrigerator from the previous guest who had left the day before (I know this because they left their parking pass on the counter). There were only four wash clothes for the entire stay so I went and bought more for my family. I also bought more laundry detergent because there wasn’t much left in the container that was either provided by owner or left by previous guest. I don’t know which applies, I didn’t use it anyway.

Very clean and comfortable beds, nice staff and location was very safe.

I really enjoyed my stay here, staff were very very friendly. The condo was clean and we didn’t have any problems at all. Before booking this place I read a lot of reviews and was very afraid to book here, but we didn’t have any problems at all. Everything you need was within walking distance, I really enjoyed myself and will be staying here again.

Kind of get what you pay for

Location was good. View was nice, but not on the beach. Nice tv’s in each room. Master was good.

Needs updated. I’m generally not picky; but this room looks more like a good place for some kids to rent on a school break. It’s very basic. Nothing fancy for sure. Lots of walking, not really convenient, as far as getting to the beach. Other rooms in the facility may be better, but this one is a good distance if you have small children, or anyone that cannot walk distance well; and one elevator was broken 4 of the 6 days we were there. Both showers were clogged and did not drain well. Both toilets ran constantly. Stools are too tall for the bar and impractical to use, and the backs of the stools need tightening. Stuff like that made it feel more like this is why it’s a better price…. The floors were very dirty, as in, sand all over them, gritty, gross to walk on barefoot, dirty. Supposing the master shower had been cleaned,, they had not rinsed it well, and it was extremely slick, and my dad slid, and nearly fell. The price was good in comparison to other places around, but for me, it’s difficult to rest when everything around me seems to be broken or dirty. Bed frame metal in 2nd bedroom was exposed, and both me and my niece hit our ankles on the corner of it. Ouch…. On the plus side- the host, Val, was very kind. She did offer to send maintenance to unclog the shower - but I’m on vacation… i don’t want people working on stuff in my room. I did appreciate the offer, It needs a lot of TLC. Lots of reviewers love it, but i will not book here again:(

I like everything about the room. There was plenty of space for my whole family.

The elevators were a huge inconvenience for us as we were always on a time limit to make it to our baseball games on time. Our first day there we had to carry our luggage up 19 flights of stars because the elevators were either full or never stopped on our floors.
