About this house rental
This is a spacious 2/2 is 2000 sf One Story ranch style home with huge fenced in back yard. This is not a room rental, this listing is for a standalone duplex home. Smart home, key-less entry doors, and is equipped with excellent security system. This home has instant booking so, if the dates you need are available for an inquiry that means the dates are available for you to do instant booking. Save yourself sometime with asking us if the dates are available. Do not ask us to pay with check or outside of this platform.
Please read all listing details, I have added a lot of information about the home. Especially after you book. Be sure to read your access instructions for self check-in. Check-in and check-out times. Also, double check our available amenities so you get no surprises.
The home is very clean and comfortable with upgraded kitchen and stainless steel appliances. There is a very big private fenced in back yard. It is senior friendly (one story, no stairs to climb). The home is decorated with simple decor. It is full of convenient gadgets.
The neighborhood is very safe as the police station is two blocks away. This will be our retirement home so we trust that if it is good and safe for us, it is an excellent choice for you.
It is six blocks walk to the Intracoastal, Two Georges, & Banana Boat Restaurants. It is only 4 blocks walk to Hurricane Alley Restaurant. Best of all it is Exactly one mile walk to Ocean Front Park Beach. You can find along the way towards the beach boat rentals, scuba diving, charter fishing, public library, and much more!
Only dogs are allowed (no cats). Maximum of two. No dogs over 60 pounds. Dogs are not allowed on furniture ESPECIALLY on beds. There will $100 non-refundable pet fee for each dog.

This was the best VRBO property I have been to so far. The furniture and decorations were adorable and the house had all supplies that we needed. It was in a fantastic location as well. Eyra was extremely responsive and was a wonderful host. Will absolutely stay at this property again.

In town for a junior golf tournament, we booked this property again as a 'thank you' to the owner after they graciously let us out of a previous rental when a named-hurricane was inbound and a different golf event was cancelled. The place is super cute, very clean, and fully functional. It is an older home, and as such, it makes noises in ways newer homes do not. We had a lovely stay and if we find ourselves in the area we would consider this property again.

Awesome vacation
My family and I had a wonderful stay here. We went to the beach everyday, I walked to the beach. We were able to cook our own meals throughout the week. We were able to visit our family and friends that lived in the area. We felt safe in the neighborhood and was able to relax and enjoy our vacation. The owners were awesome. Hope to rent again.

These owners get what a Vrbo experience should be like. They had everything we needed. Everything was spotless and organized and there was plenty of room for us and our things. Well preserved home well maintained in a beautiful neighborhood

This rental was perfect for us! The house was clean, bright, and cheerful with an open floor plan. We loved the beach theme. The furniture was comfortable both indoors and out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one needs to prepare light snacks or more involved meals. The hosts were easy to communicate with and patient with our changing arrival time. They provided everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, including beach towels and chairs. The location was ideal, with the beach and several restaurants within a mile walking distance. The property was a tremendous value for the money, with many amenities, responsive hosts and a great location.

Loved our stay
We loved staying in this delightful and comfortable home. Eyra and Mike were quick to answer any questions we had. The house was spotless and loaded with amenities. It's about a mile from beach access and close to several nice restaurants: The Butcher and The Bar and East Ocean Cafe (great breakfast). I whole heartedly recommend this home and its hosts.

Great space for a longer stay!
We had a fantastic month long stay in Boynton Beach at this property. The large living space was perfect for 2 young professionals to work from home. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio, fire pit, and the pups loved the yard! Very walkable to the park and restaurants in Boyton Beach (Two Georges, East Ocean Cafe, etc.) Our only complaint is the landscapers coming at 7am on Sunday mornings - it would have been nice for them to come at a later time. A non in-person check-in/check-out would have been preferred as well. Overall, the owners were very responsive and helpful. Would 100% rent again.

Fantastic House
House was immaculate and lovely. The location was perfect - right down the road from the little town and beach. Highly recommend Two Georges restaurant in the town. Cute park on the corner we walked to everyday. Neighborhood was safe and very nice neighbors- I’m from NY - not used to neighbors saying hello often lol. Beds and couch were comfy, kitchen was stocked with all you need to cook and clean, beach chairs and cooler came in handy for the beach, the house is much larger than it looks! Back yard was perfect for sunbathing or just sitting around listening to the birds. Washing machine and dryer were great. Homeowner was absolutely awesome! Will def stay here again!

Lovely home in Boyton beach. Very clean and lovely home. Owner was so sweet met us there and went over everything. It was filled with everything and more to make our stay comfortable and feel like home! A must stay place, loved it.

Can’t say enough about how responsive and helpful Eyra was! House was darling, great beach feel! We have a dog and it totally met our needs! Only reason we gave 3 stars on location is that it was 30 minute drive to our son’s home and the grandkids! Grandkids did stay several nights with us and were mesmerized by the backyard! We had a great stay and would return!

This was our 2nd time staying at this house. It really is perfect for our family. It has everything we need and is in a great location. Everything worked great. The owners are always accommodating and easy to communicate with. We hope to stay there again soon!

Acceptable accomodation
The apartment is very clean, the beds are comfortable. However the owner owner didn't provide the code to get in until an hour before check-in and we couldn't reach her. There is no cable TV. There was no hair dryer and the ice maker wasn't working. The decor is underwhelming.

Lovely, breezy, bright & comfortable decor with serenely beautiful backyard
Two seniors, one handicapped plus oxygen, planning to visit family & friends for about two weeks. Took a delivery for our oxygen generator even before our arrival as plane was two hours late. Very friendly, talented, & responsive hosts. Made to feel very welcome. Unscreened back garden very magical & calming. Michael kindly gave us an informative tour of it. Small screened area directly off bedroom. Shopping, restaurants, etc. close by . We did need our GPS system. One of us did actually walk to beach (which is lovely but a bit more than a mile), so, depending on fitness, you may need a car for that as well. Hope to return as Eyra & Michael planning even more for that garden. Thank you again.

A Great Beach Cottage
We rented this charming beach cottage in Boynton Beach for Astros Spring Training this year. There were just two of us, so there was plenty of room for all our activities; four people would be equally comfortable. Very clean and airy, well maintained by the owners with most amenities that you would expect in a rental. Although the kitchen has most items you would expect, we did not do any extensive meal preparation. Back yard and patio are inviting for lounging or dining. We would definitely rent this house again. The house was very nice but I do not recommend trying to walk to the beach. Lots of traffic so the roads are difficult to cross (4 lanes of traffic). The home owner was lovely ,very nice.
