This 3 bedrooms / 2 bath unit located at the Tiki Condominiums, is the ideal vacation getaway! It's perfect for family and friends to enjoy. This condo is close to the pool area as well as a few steps away from south padre’s white sandy beach.
Enjoy the gulf breeze from the over-sized balcony facing the 2nd pool (unit is not directly on the ocean), lounge at one of Tiki's two heated pools, stroll through the tropical grounds in one of south padre island's most popular beachfront resorts or use our property grills to make some barbecue ribs & fajitas.
Prepare your favorite meals in a tastefully updated, fully stocked kitchen with granite counters and contemporary cabinets including oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, stove, blender, coffee maker and utensils. Sheets & bath towels are provided.
Entertain, cheer on your home team or catch up on your favorite movies in the spacious living area outfitted with comfortable furnishings, cable, DVD player and free Wifi.
Rest in the comfort of our Temper-pedic beds, soft pillows and 600 thread Egyptian linen. The first guest room called the 'Sea Breeze Room' has 1 queen size bed. The second guest room the 'Beach Room' has a bunk bed that sleeps 3 people and one twin bed. The 'Lavender Room' is a master bedroom that has a king bed. The full beach condo has just been renovated! In addition, the living room sleeper is a full fold-out bed. There's a full inflatable bed available for groups of more than 8 people (see additional guest fee). Wash away the sand in our 2 stylish, accessible walk-in tile showers, one in the master & the other in the hall that is close to the other two rooms. This condo also comes with a washer and dryer (detergent not provided).

Owner is extremely easy to communicate with. The condo was comfortable and very accommodating. Downside would be that there's only the view of the parking lot. Resort is stingy with their parking spots so 2nd car had to park on the other side of the office. streetstreet.

Only 2 parking passes for a large group, just be aware (it's listed so nothing misleading just something to note
Be aware you need to empty the dehumidifier to maintain comfortable temperatures in the place- my friends were great at staying on top but just something to be aware of with beach side properties
There's a pipe that empties into one of the showers which is weird and something to be aware of

We’ve stayed at Tiki many times. First time in this condo. This condo is set up perfect for Large Families!! Plenty of space with modern upgrades. We will definitely stay here again!!

Check in was very easy, in and out about 5 mins! We are from Wichita Kansas and with an almost 2 year old we drove all night to try and make it easier on him and us. We arrived about noon and was given access to a restroom so the kids could get into swimsuits while we waiting for our room to be ready. The condo is much bigger than what pictures show. Also looks much better in person. Might want to hire a professional photographer as it would definitely show better online. Kitchen is stocked with EVERYTHING you could think of as well as the rest of the condo. The kids loved the beach toys and game console. There’s only a couple things I’d want to bring to your attention.
1. There is no interior front door handle so opening the door specially when it’s humid and the door frame swells is a pain in the butt. Took us about 10 mins on morning to leave.
2. In the spare bathroom shower there’s a pipe from the ceiling that drips into the shower. Looks like it might be a condensation from the HVAC. Looks tacky and splashed water onto the floor making it slippery.
All in all spacious condo with everything you would need to a family vacation!

This was a beautiful place to stay. We did see a coakroach the first day but management took care of it. The pace was very family friendly and the the other rentals were very nice to approach

Not sure what was wrong but could not use either TV. Tried asking front desk for help but as this is a privately owned unit they could not. I tried finding management company’s info to ask for help to join avail. My Family was not at all happy with no TV. Dark and dreary in unit. I suggest trying to lighten the place up somehow. Beds were very nice to me, but all others disagreed. Overall nice place but again you must leave contact information for management. Thank you.

This condo could not have been more perfect!!! Location is superb!!! The other tenants in the complex were great! Made quite a few friends. All of our needs were met and then some. The beds were sooo comfortable, the balcony was our favorite coffee and meal spot. We ended every night with a cocktail out there. We will definitely be back, though we generally switch it up each year. Thank you for sharing your property, we made many memories!

We celebrated my 50th Birthday with our adult kids and a few of their friends. We had plenty of space and never ran out of hot water for showers. However, we were only provided with 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 towel per person, and 1 roll of paper towels. Luckily, we brought beach towels of our own and our own toilet paper. But we still ran out and had to go buy more. For 8 people staying 5 days, I would suggest providing at least 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and a few more rolls of paper towels in the kitchen. We also brought several of our own trash bags, too. The place definitely has some signs of wear and tear - couch in living room was pretty stained (but that's expected near a sandy beach), the bed in the queen room is really scratched up, and there were a few holes in the walls. But the place was cute, spacious, comfortable, and the AC worked well. A doorknob on the front door would have been helpful when we were unloading the car but with just a handle, there had to be someone staying inside to lock it behind us or the door wouldn't stay closed. Or, we always had to lock it with the one key provided and place it in the lockbox. This wasn't a big issue, just a bit inconvenient at times. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the beds comfortable. It was nice to have a washer/dryer inside the condo to wash our towels. And we loved the beach access right up the street.

Everything was perfect. Clean, had all kitchen items needed for cooking meals for large family. Location close to beach, loved this part! Communication when originally setting up dates was excellent. Would for sure recommend & stay here again.

All was going well until the we planned an excursion, and the owner decided to spray the property for bugs, which it needed, cause we saw some! We had our dog there, and because they had to reschedule, they charged us an additional $120 fee, then we never saw the bug man. They couldn’t come in with our dog there. They notified us 10 minutes before the exterminator was literally showing up. I won’t be using this owner for anymore VRBO rentals.

Awesome as usual. We try to stay at this very condo at least once a year. The house is so comfortable, great pool, and amazing beach access. The condo itself is always tidy, cozy, and comfy. Plus, we are able to bring our dog which is always nice.
Pro tip: we always bring a portable fan as the bedrooms don't stay icy cold (we prefer to sleep *cold*).
We will keep coming back for years to come.

The property over all was very nice. The only issues we had was the AC seemed to not cool very well, and that in the mater bedroom and the queen size bedroom most of the plugs didn't work. So it was interesting finding a place to plug in things. Other then that we had a lovely stay.

We had an amazing time here. The location was perfect! The condo was beautiful and nice and cool. Beach access was right in front and did not have to walk far. Staff and host were very accommodating and accessible and friendly. We wished we could have stayed longer. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone who wants to have a great and relaxing time.

Amazing 2 bedroom SPI cozy condo! Beautifully decorated and just a steps to the beach and ocean. Kitchen was great and well stocked with everything you need in case you wanted to make a meal at the condo and not dine out~ So close to all of SPI’s shops and restaurants:) Swimming pools were great and check was a breeze!! Host had great communication and would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants a great vacation or just a short getaway~

The pictures definitely does not compare to actual!!!! It so much nicer and bigger!!! Location is great. Unit 221 is a gem for the price!!!! Definitely would come back here again. Very very short walk to the beach, 2 pools to go to, souvenir store is a 2 min walk. Marriott hotel is next door with bars and restaurant by the beach. Hilton is next one after which has Starbucks. So this 3 bedroom unit was perfect for us!!!! Just make sure to bring beach towels if not then walk to souvenir store Treasure Island!!!!

Nice open space/ comfortable beds
I would recommend this place if you don't mind walking a short distance to the beach. Has a parking lot view, but still pretty. Loved the open space concept for my family of 8. Best part.... the beds are amazing.. not your normal cheap beds.
Lots of dogs on property and everyone was friendly. You can only have two parking pass, so if you have more vehicles they will have to park down the street.
Overall.. I would return and book again!

Great Condo
My family and I enjoyed our stay over the July 4th weekend. Condo was clean, roomy, and the check-in process was convenient. I also appreciated that pets were allowed and when we needed an additional key, the property manager was very attentive. My only complaint is not about the condo itself, but about the Tiki property’s restrictions. They only allow 1 car to park by your condo and if you have an additional vehicle, that one can only be parked by the property office. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Amazing Place to Stay for Vacation
This property was an amazing place to stay! It was close to the beach, had amazing pools, and was wonderfully comfortable the entire time! Unfortunately, we were only able to stay a night but I would definitely come again if possible! The kitchen was stunning, the living room was spacious, and the beds left you feeling refreshed in the morning! This was a great stay for us! The only trouble we had was entering the condo and the TV not working for us, other than that it was amazing! Thank you for the stay!

Clean and great location
The property and condo was very clean and wonderful. We had a lot of fun and really enjoyed our stay. The only complaint that we had is that we had a party of 13 and the office management would only give us 9 bracelets for the pool. The advised us that this condo is not supposed to have that many people in it and that they have told the owner many times. They advised that they would let us stay were it was not our fault but they were not very friendly about it. Everything else was great!
