'Greenview' is an architecturally designed property that sleeps families and groups with it's flexible layout and magnificent inclusions.
A fabulous, solar passive architect designed and master built home set on over an 1/2 acre in a prestigious area of the Southern Highlands, surrounded by wedding venues, wineries, golf courses and within 3 minutes drive to the main town centre of Bowral.
The property overlooks the Peppers 'Graigieburn" golf course affording it stunning views from every window.
Centennial Vineyards, Bendooley Estate, Gibraltar Hotel and Country Club all only a few minutes away.
The main house with 9 double bedrooms and several large entertaining spaces in and around the home, can very comfortably accommodate up to 24 people, ( additional single beds can be added to your booking and made available on request) making it ideal for wedding parties, families and groups of friends wanting a break.

When you book our minimum booking for 12 guests we will open up 6 king and queen rooms for you, as you add more guests we will open up more rooms up to 9 rooms for 18 guests, after that we can add up to 6 single beds making a booking for 24 possible.
The kitchen is well equipped for those of you wishing to cook up a storm or perfect for professional catering, making Greenview perfect for wedding accommodation, family reunions, small corporate teams, or a Christmas in July weekend.
There are numerous areas including, a north facing indoor/ outdoor area with trestle tables seating up to 24+ people. The generous size of the grounds, together with the established trees, courtyards and terraces provide numerous areas for outdoor entertaining.
The property also has a huge laundry with Miele appliances and loads of hanging space (ideal for bridesmaids and groomsmens suits etc.)

A fablous weekend at Greenview Accommodation in Bowral. The rooms were clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated, making it easy to unwind. The surrounding gardens added to the serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxing walks. Its proximity to Bowral's main attractions and cafes made it convenient for exploring. The kitchen was well equipped.
Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience—great for a short escape from the city!

We stayed at this property on the weekend of our wedding with all of our Bridal Party and our families - 19 adults in total. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and getting ready for the festivities. The kitchen was huge and spacious enough to cater to everyone. There are plenty of seating spaces so everyone can spread out. It was a delight to stay in this house!

Greenview was the perfect base for our wedding party of 10 plus their partners. With 9 bedrooms, spacious living areas and a huge kitchen, this house was ideal for us all to stay together for our wedding weekend in Bowral. The house is stunning from the outside and well appointed inside. The master bedroom is incredible with lots of space and a beautiful, big bathroom (couldn’t find any power outlets though) including a huge shower and bath; big enough for my 6 foot 3 husband. They have the little details covered, like extra trestle tables and chairs, perfect for getting ready at the house with hairdressers and makeup artists, etc. Definitely recommend this property for large groups visiting the Southern Highlands. Only downside was a few things that were out of order or broken e.g., the Miele coffee machine, sliding door lock and water/ice dispenser on the fridge. Although they did provide lots of ice in the freezer and pod coffee machine instead.

We had a wonderful time! The photos do not do justice to the space and aesthetics of the place.
It was clean, comfortable and felt like home. We all immediately felt very comfortable.

We LOVED this home, it was ideal for preparation for our daughters wedding in the highlands. A beautiful home, close to Bowral centre yet it was very private and surrounded by beautiful trees and the most amazing birdlife. Lots of light filled area for the make up and hair to be done, and the day after the wedding lots of room for the family to gather , sit in the sun and enjoy. The beds were very comfortable and even though we were a big party the noise did not travel throughout the house. Lots of separate living areas so we could all spread out, A really well equiped kitchen with all that you would need and more. I would highly recommend this home.

Greenview was an amazing location and house for our girls weekend! We had 24 people and there was definitely enough rooms and space for us all to enjoy! Carolyn was very approachable and quick to reply! Would highly recommend Greenview to big groups!

We had a lovely stay here for our wedding in the southern highlands. There’s lots of great space in the house for all the adults staying and Carolyn was very helpful in the lead up to the stay. The only comment was that the house could have been cleaned to a better standard.

A very clean, large, modern house with all amenities. Very convenient to local wineries and a nice stroll into town for coffee, pubs, restaurants. Would highly recommend for larger groups. We had 14 who all slept comfortably across 9 bedrooms.

So glad I booked Greenview for my ladies retreat. Fabulous location. Close to town area, and close to some wonderful attractions. Bedding in all rooms were reported to be luxurious. Home fit out was attractive.

What an absolutely wonderful place! Greenview is extremely central to Vineyards, restaurants, shops and more. If you are looking for a getaway with serenity, luxury and character, Greenview is for YOU! The owners and property manager were extremely prompt with replies as well as friendly. From the check in process to the check out, all was smooth sailing. I cannot wait to visit again, oh and FYI... The place is sooooo much better in real life than in the pictures 👏

Our stay was wonderful. This is a beautiful house that accommodated the bridal party and family with plenty of room for guests to call in. The layout is perfect and there is plenty of kitchen necessities.
The views are absolutely spectacular and Carolyn was a wonderful host who was most helpful through the 3 Covid related changes to the wedding date.

The house suited our family as we had such a diverse range of ages. The house provided areas for the young ones to hang out.
We didn’t spend a lot of time in the house as we had a family wedding with lots of other events to attend.
The kitchen was very well equipped and could definitely cater for a large group with more then enough crockery, cutlery and glassware.
I would definitely recommend this house if you are looking for somewhere to house a lot of people.

What a Beauty!
This beautiful property has everything and so much more in what you are looking for. No need to explain what it entails as it says it all in the description. One thing to add is that the beds are extremely comfortable. Words unfortunately cannot explain what a wonderful place it is. Carolyn and Paul should be extremely proud of their property as it shows in their upkeep, hospitality and generosity. We are forever grateful for all the little extra lengths Carolyn went to to make our stay so much more comfortable. I will never forget the words Carolyn wrote when I booked online without seeing the property that I would "not be disappointed" and I (my family and friends) definitely wasn't.

Lovely large home for extended family or a group of friends.
An absolutely wonderful home in a lovely setting. We had an amazing time here, celebrating my daughters wedding. There was plenty of space for a large extended family group. Lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and indoor/ outdoor areas. A huge kitchen. Heated bathroom floors. Light filled and warm on a cold highlands weekend. Lots of glass meant the views could be seen from every room. Communicating with the owner was easy. She always replied promptly and was very easy to talk to. She went out of her way to ensure our weekend exceeded our expectations. An excellent location just a few minutes from Bowral and Bendooleys.

Amazing home for large groups
We planned a weekend away with a group of old school friends. The property was nothing short of amazing and so were the hosts! The house was large enough that everyone had their own space, but also accommodated everyone coming together in the one space. Everything about this stay was so comfortable, easy and indulgent. From the integrated coffee machine to the heated floors in the bathrooms, it was more than we all could have imagined.
Carolyn was more than helpful with recommendations in the area as well as very responsive to anything we needed. Nothing was a hassle! Thank you Carolyn and Paul for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. An amazing, memorable weekend was had by all!

Fabulous rental for a group weekend away
This property is ideal for a large group who want to have a weekend away in the Highlands, as the house caters for everyone coming together but also having their own space. The hosts were exceptional in accommodating to our needs and helping out with planning and preparation, and I could not speak more highly of their responsiveness. Family Reunion
My Family had a wonderful weekend together at Greenview. The home is perfect for a large group.....there were 19 of us and the home accommodated all adults teens and younger children very comfortably.
Thank you to Carolyn who has been so helpful with all of the booking and our needs with accomodating such a large group. The setting is perfect with Bowral just a short drive with restaurants and shops. Loved the local birds who came to visit especially Mr Magpie!

Our stay at this property was nothing short of amazing. The house is everything plus more that we imagined. The one thing that made our stay even better was the hosts. Excellent location for girls' birthday getaway.
We had the pleasure of staying at Greenview for a friend's birthday celebration. The house is beautiful, clean, spacious and central to everything we needed, including wineries.
In terms of amenities, the house had everything we needed and beyond.
Communication with Carolyn was excellent and she was very accommodating to our requests.
