We welcome you to enjoy our private beach home on Sanibel/Captiva. This large six bedroom pool home is a short walk to the beach!

Our home offers incredible privacy with views of the tranquil backyard lake.

The house features two separate living areas comfortably accommodating two large families. There are two full sitting areas as well as 3 bedrooms on each level. This home can sleep up to 14 people. Groups with over 6 adults must be approved by the owner.

House is located mid island in a private community. Located roughly 600 yards from the private beach access and the stunning gulf coast beach with some of the worlds best shelling.

Please note the city of Sanibel ordinance requires rental periods of four consecutive weeks. We abide by all city terms and all rentals will accompany a 4 consecutive week rental blockout period.

This house was perfect for our 3 generations. It was clean, well laid out and the beds were comfortable. The pool was outstanding; clean and warm. The beach was quiet and such easy access with the golf cart. Many hours were spent looking out over the lake at the wildlife. The host was very responsive. We loved the house!

Marcus is an exceptional host to a well equipped, beautiful end of street oasis. The caged pool area is pure serenity overlooking fresh water pond with lovely well maintained landscaping on oversized lot offering nice privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thank Marcus for all the extra special touches that ensured a memorable get-away to our favorite island.

Me and my family had a great time relaxing there! Very cozy and comfy and definitely one to remember. The scenery and wildlife is very cool as well! (a couple iguanas visited the front yard in the morning for breakfast :))

The house is as nicely furnished and immaculate as it looks in the pictures. Well stocked with everything one could need for pool and beach. Property location convenient to both Sanibel and Captiva . Lastly, the owner communicated very well and was extremely responsive to any questions. Would stay again in a heartbeat and highly recommend.

A beautiful, well maintained home in a beautiful, natural setting. Many nice amenities. Private setting close to Sanibel-Captiva Road. Owner and the people who support him were very responsive when we had minor problems. Close to bike path, but distance to retail attractions challenged inexperienced riders.

We had the amazing opportunity to spend a month at Chateaux Sur Mer and it did not disappoint. We loved the location of the house. It is very private and grounds are just lush and beautiful. The home was very well equipped with beach chairs, toys, umbrellas and bikes for every age group. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything you could need. My 10 year old daughter loved making us fruit smoothies in the Ninja blender everyday. She said it was her “dream kitchen”! The bedrooms were so clean and relaxing. All the bedding was comfortable. The two levels really were perfect for our group providing quiet respite and privacy for everyone. The lanai and pool were our favorite places to be. The kids LOVED watching movies while in the pool and we had beautiful views and diners on the table in the lanai. Even though we were there in June the outdoor space stayed cool and shaded while we played games or read books. The view over the pond was incredible. We saw so many birds, iguanas, alligators and critters - all safely from inside the pool cage! Marcus was very easy to get ahold of when we had a couple issues with the house and he solved them right away. We would definitely recommend this house and hope to return. Sanibel is a magical island that we just hated to leave. Thank you Marcus for excellent stay!

We were so impressed with the ease of corresponding with the owner, and his warmth in welcoming our family to his home! We ranged from 1-68 years old, and all of us found relaxation and fun at this property and the surrounding areas! We highly recommend this property for any families looking for a vacation in Sanibel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Sanibel stay! The house is laid out perfectly for larger groups that like to have some privacy. The home is laid out with two separate living areas, upstairs is the main area with the kitchen and dining area. Nicely finished and furnished, beautiful modern look. Downstairs is a separate living area with 3 bedroom and a TV room. In the evening each of our families was able to relax in our own area. The downstairs is also very nicely appointed. The pool and spa area is incredibly private, you cannot see a neighbor from the back of the house but the views are incredible. The ourdoor TV was a nice plus for the kids as well. The subdivision has its own private beach access and the beach is absolutely pristine. It’s deep and quiet. Most days we would see 5 or 6 people out on the beach. It felt like we had our own private beach. It’s a quick easy golf cart ride down to the beach or a short walk/bike ride. The owner had the house very well stocked with all essentials plus pristine linens and towels are a nice touch. The bedding and pillows are all very comfortable. I would strongly recommend this house to anyone that want to enjoy all the Sanibel has to offer 😊

The neighborhood is nice and owners were responsive to questions. However, we thought we rented a large 6 bedroom home but this house had 3 beds down and 3 beds up and were not connected inside the house (it felt like a small 3 bedroom house with an apartment conversion downstairs). Upstairs is beautifully furnished but downstairs is very basic and was super buggy. We couldn’t use the outside patio because we all got bit up terribly the first night sitting out there. We bought bug spray and used citronella but it didn’t seem to help. The golf cart must be left at beach access path and you still have to haul all of your stuff down to the beach. Shelling is excellent there. Sadly, overall we don’t feel like this rental was good value for money compared to many of the vacation homes that we have rented.

We had an amazing vacation in Sanibel. The owners and the property manager were very helpful and accessible. The home is conveniently located in Sanibel but extremely private. The beach is limited to residents, for the most part we had the beach entirely to ourselves. We were impressed with the modern design of the home, the pool and hot tub. The golf cart was a plus as well as all of the beach necessities. Thank you, thank you for a perfect vacation stay !!
