Located in a nice part of town, layout of the place uncomfortable.

Location

Stairs, bathroom not clean, moldy. Bed and furniture uncomfortable.

Great quiet condo close to everything!

This condo was just the right size for my wife and I. Kitchen and dining area was large enough to cook. Bathroom was a nice size,with a good shower. Couch and tv on the second floor with a comfortable bed. End unit was very quiet, with an outdoor seating area. We hardly saw any other residents during our stay. Easy walk up to Commercial St. It was perfect for us!

Wonderful

This cottage has the perfect location and is simply charming. It has cozy outdoor seating to let you enjoy the Massachusetts weather! Very clean as well! Would definitely recommend!

Wishful Vaca

We were really looking forward to this trip but due to a home emergency a couple weeks prior (our home flooded), we were unable to make the trip. I love PTown and was going to go to help support Harbor to the Bay, a charitable annual event.

The host would not work with us at all regarding cancellation despite our emergency and intention of coming to Provincetown again in the future. They sympathized but no one really won in the situation besides the property owner making money off of an empty house on one of the busiest weekends. They could have allowed us to cancel, not even refund 100%, and rented it out to someone else at a much higher rate. Just seems like the property owners could show a little more compassion, understanding and humanity when handling cancellation requests. Our request was due to events that were unforeseeable.

Disappointing

The location of the property was great.

The bathroom shower curtain (cheap plastic) was full of mold. There was also black mold around the shower stall, and a hole in the bathroom wall. The tiny refrigerator had a small freezer section that was bursting with frost (no room for even an ice pack). The Air Conditioning unit seemed to be malfunctioning, and was bringing in moisture instead of removing it. Since there is no closet, we used the couch under the AC unit for our clothes, and they were constantly damp. The patio was full of weeds. The owner never explained the roped off parking area, with extremely tight spaces, and a post that is difficult to navigate. The place could be cute if the owner just tried a little harder. At $432 per night, it did not live up to the price. Definitely a greedy p-town owner, ripping off guests because of the location. I would not recommend this place.
